Loved the strict sets and power moves in between, really kept the heart rate up and felt like a real “dig in there” type of workout to knock out back to back sets. Moved quickly and the ab burn out at the end was GREAT! And way to go, Karie🙌🏻- love seeing the members in the workouts! Awesome & strong way to start the week!!

I’ve been in a workout funk and finally pushed myself into doing this one and I’m glad I did. I was able to do most of the exercises with 20s and all of the warm-up pushups from my toes which I could not have done when I started NML workouts. I’m happy to have gotten this done today.

I loved the tip about pushing off from the outside of my foot during side lunges!! I could totally feel the difference and feel my glute fire!! Loved this workout!! 🔥🔥❤️❤️
I loved this workout. Found out last week that I have a significant hernia that they are just going to watch for awhile rather than surgery. But, I can’t lift any heavier weights than I am already😢. Thankfully, they are much heavier than what I started with thanks to you and Rachel!

Any tips for working out after you’ve been sick? I’m a teacher and everytime I get sick, I came back to these workouts and they are so much harder! How can I ease into it and still feel strong
