    I’m so glad I found your channel! Especially as a fellow Lindsey (so when you say to yourself “come on Lindsey” it really feels like you’re speaking to me LOL). Your barre workouts are what drew me to your channel and while I’ve done a lot of your challenges, I really love your barre and Pilate classes! Please please do more!

    The barre class pumped me up so much that I did this one right after, I've never sweat so much🤣 and the shakkkkes, omg love the shakes. Also can we talk about Rachel’s growth. I’ve been doing NML for a few years and I love this more confident, more extroverted Rachel. Beautiful personality- both of you 💚💚

    Hayyyy! This was most excellent and I really think you should do one of these a week…make it a rotation staple! I can’t do your other workouts now…😢😢😢…Pilates and swimming are what I can do and light weights! I got my sweat on,as usual, with your workouts!

    I loved the tripod push-up series!! I’ve been repeating Build30 & yesterday was day6. It’s funny how I used 20 lbs for push/press and today my 10 lbs felt SO HARD! I love the variety of your workouts!!

    This is my favorite Pilates workout so far!! Dripping sweat!! Was a struggle for me as my vertigo is back, but I made it through. I’ll definitely repeat this one once my vertigo calms down. ❤🔥😅

    Loved all of the combo moves to keep this Pilates workout interesting and powerful! I usually prefer going for a certain amount of time for each move but it was fun to mix it up today and listen to your count. Seemed to fly by!

    I loved this! Just got back from a 2 week vacation where I was doing all body weight and resistance bands…this was a great way to get back to it on a Monday and with starting back lightly into weights. Thank you!

    Love this class !!! Do you think it would be possible a 30 min class all standing Pilates workout ??? The middle of this class (the all standing session) was so amazing and fun !! (sorry for the English I am French and not very good in English but I am a postpartum mum and your class save my mental health !!)

    Wow!!!!! That was amazing!!! I’ve had a lot of issues with my hips after my pregnancy ( had to go to PT because the left side was locked up in the joint, PP-9 months) and this hit exactly where I needed it to!!! Thank you!!!

    Look for further ! Want strength balance and poise ? This is It. Loved the challenge of maintaining appropriate form in this one. It meant humbly stepping down to an 8 or 7 lb for some moves but confidently knowing I was on point ! Thank Ladies ❤

    Followed this work out as the official first I followed here at NML. I mean wow! I kind of wish it was a a tad slower because it felt that I spent some time needing to catch up with the moves instead of actually being able to do the moves. It was definitely POWER Pilates.

    This was perfect for what my body was needing today!!
    Also surprised how death I was even right before the little cardio push. I also added a little high knees and star jumps and bump kicks for a little more getting loose and creating some endorphins. 😃
