I took back the Cobra yesterday and got this one instead. So much better. Door Dashing feels much safer at night now with this camera.

This is the BEST review on this camera on UA-cam 👍 I recently purchased this camera and haven't installed it yet I am hard-wiring it to have park mode but I was going to ask how sensitive is the "gravity mode" the reason I ask is because I have a sound system in my car and my rear view mirror already shakes until I no longer am able to see out of it I know the camera or recording is going to be shaky but I don't want it to automatically lock certain videos because of this thanks
just recently picked this camera at a liquidation shop for $5 bucks believe it or not, and i'm loving it!

TO WATCH IT YOU WOULD NEED TO MANUALLY EJECT THE SD CARD AND WATCH IT ON PC OR PHONE DIRECTLY

This is a great video thank you! At first it was driving me nuts brcuase my ear buds were not working, I usually only use one after playing with them I figured out that one was working and one was not I am assuming you recorded this in mono, that is really the only explanation. I have actually never have had that happen before and I watch alot of stuff. I am only dropping a comment so you know, I checked other videos etc and everything was fine on my end but for some reason on your specific video it only works through 1 earbud. I hope this helps I am only mentioning it as it could affect your views on this with people skipping right over it thinking their is no sound. (I tested with two different sets if that helps no sound in the right ear bud on both) fantastic vid though thank you very very much
It's sad that you haven't replied to so many watchers. I also wanted to know what app you were using, given their app is rated at 1.3 stars. It would have been nice if it were in the show notes or if one commenter had gotten an answer.
When not recording, the time in the upper right hand corner is actually showing how many hours & minutes of recording capacity remains on your SD card. While recording, it is the length of time lapsed on the current recording as you said.

The bad mounting issue is why I returned the camera. Limited up/down positioning the front lens was a issue, too.

I am upgrading my older Rexing as it decided to fail. I have been very happy with the unit and was looking at the V3. After watching this video, I am convinced this will fit nicely. What's the difference in the V3 and the V33 Plus
Great video,,if I may say,,,you should always keep both cameras on,, I have a friend who received a cell phone ticket and the inside camera saved him, his Inside camera recording he brought to court and the ticket was dismissed.
Mine only records the outside how do i turn the inside on too?

Can you make the video how to run the hard wire, I just bought this cam and hard wire kit as yours and I have 2017 Toyota Highlander and I have the fuses in the front under hood, and the fuse that came with hardwire kit, how and where to connect with, it would be helpful for me and others to know how you installed the hard wire kit, thanks other then that cool video ,

You had the best instructions without which it would have taken me forever to figure out how to operate the camera. Good tip on voicing the plate number and whatever else is important to the situation so it will be saved. However it took me a minute to figure out that wi-fi is not always connected but only needed to review video. That’s because it’s my first dash cam. Thanks very much! Great video!

Could you explain if the camera should be hooked to power all the time or just when the ignition is it the run position? How long will the camera run off the charged internal capacitor? Can an aux rear facing camera be plugged in to this model?
Excellent, excellent review and tutorial 👍 I just got one of these as a returned item for 65 bucks. I'm just trying to decide how I want to wire it. Was looking at the OBD2 feed but I don't think that supports the parking mode but I so want it hard wired for set-forget. Thank you for your video 👍👍

Is there a specific way the videos save to the SD card? I had mine installed the other day and drove around yesterday and then pulled the SD and tried to look at the footage on my iPad but it didn’t upload any footage..

Hello my name is mark And I have the v3 dash cam. I did enjoy your video very informative but I have a couple questions. I do have the smart Parking kit I install it myself in a does very good But my question is I drive for lyft. And I know that in your video you recommend the 2 minutes loop recording however what if I want to record like all the time during my ride when I'm taking a customer to their destination cannot be done or is it only the 3 minutes at a time and if it's only the 3 minutes at a time that's the most recording do I just have to hit the lock every time. Also my SD card is 256 gig class 10 card or do I need a bigger gig card.
What do you recommend for the best settings for monitoring outside the vehicle when parked. Will the 2 minute loop overwrite the event where someone messes with my jeep?

Hello I’m having to trouble with my Rexing dash cam v3 after a year a bought it , doesnt want to record anymore and keep appearing memory error format card I format the card in settings and didn’t work I bought a new card and the same happened did you had the same problem?

Thank you for this video. I just got mine and the manual doesnt go into detail on how everything works. i was wondering how the Looping worked as well as some things i didnt know about like holding the ok button to lock a clip.
I still have a couple questions tho. First i noticed my time kept changing on its own when i had Daylight savings mode turned on so i had to turn it off. Second, i want to hook it up to my phone via wifi but i own a Chevy Colorado that has its own built in wifi, will the camera interfere in anyway if both are on?

YOU EITHER HAVE TO UNPLUG/REPLUG IT OR TURN OFF/ON YOUR CAR TO REBOOT IT
THE ONLY WAY TO WATCH IT RELIABLY IS TO PHYSICALLY REMOVE THE SD CARD AND INSERT IT TO PC OR PHONE
Of course you going to give it good reviews they gave it to you so you wont talk nefative on their product

This is the 1st dashcam I've owned. I was surprised at how easy it was to set up. But no matter what I do, I can't get into the menu part. I know which button it SUPPOED to be, but it never comes up. I'm sure it's operator error, but I sure would appreciate a little help. Thanks!!!

I noticed that when I played back the videos using Windows standard video player. I switched to using VLC and no issues anymore.

Hi when I’m try to connect the cam WiFi iturn off
when you want to connect to the app you have to connect the wifi then turn off your cellular data. this is important. you’ll only be able to view recorded footage in the app when you turn off your cellular data. i don’t know why they made it this way, but it’s the only way it works.
Does it record in cab audio?
Yes and considering the price the audio quality is actually pretty phenomenal

@@LordPrettyZacho I returned mine & lost a $100 installation fee.
The product advertising claims that you can sync your dashcam to an app on your phone, but that didn't work for me and I had to take the camera off the windshield & take the sd card out and view 24 hour footage from 3 camera angles. Every 2-3 days.
If I could have just sat in my car and used the app to delete the pictures if I didn't have an incident I would have kept the camera.
The footage outside at night (no street lights), in the rain or snow or even the dew on the vehicle made it impossible to see anything being recorded, but other than that while I was driving the footage was about a 12 on a scale of 1-10. Lol.
If they ever get the camera to really sync with the app on your phone, I'd buy another in a heartbeat.
I wanted a D.C. mainly for recording while the vehicle was parked, but I recommend people get 1 for car accidents, wrongful speeding tickets, road rage, etc.
I hard wired mine and the parked mode STILL won't work.
I was looking at hardwire options and there's two different ones. One has a single fused wire and one with a double. Looking at one online seller it shows the two fused wire model offers full time power for the parking mode and the single only powers the unit normally. The duel model was about 5 bucks more.

My v3 don't turn on automatically I have to turn on with the button
Your plug in your vehicle may stay hot all the time. My vehicle had one that turns on and off with the car and the other stays hot all the time. Plug into the switched plug in.

There's 2 versions of the V3, the V3 basic comes without GPS.

This camera is trash. I bought one with the hardwiring kit and it lasted me 3 days and then it would glitch on and off and one of the cameras had a bad image
