Just some tips: Don't move your electric toothbrush like a regular tooth brush. It does the work for you and can damage enamel if you scrub too hard or too much. The best way to clean your teeth with an eletrical toothbrush is waiting around 1-2 seconds on each tooth before moving on, no pressing no moving quickly, just staying there and moving on real slow. Otherwise it will only damage your teeth and they won‘t be as clean:)

Thank u for this video! I just wanted to share a little hack for better body moisturizing: girls and boys, just try to apply your body cream on your skin when it's a bit wet after the shower! It works so much better this way and you don't feel like your skin is sticky after it
Shaving with hair conditioner… really softens the hairs and leaves the skin smoother. Abby Yung is really amazing, I learned a lot from her, especially about the bond repair treatment. Recommend it.
The best tip I'd ever gotten from my dentist: put your toothpicks, floss, or whatever you use somewhere where you habitually sit and do something you don't need your hands for, like on your desk (for when you're reading), next to the couch where you watch tv, etc. And then flosssss throughout the day, just when you have time!! I found it really hard to make flossing a part of my nighttime routine but now I floss every single day.
From a dermatologist 1. Don’t use different brands for the skincare base. The base is Cleanser, skin tonic and cream. The ingredients and ph-value don’t particularly match up, so you can end up stressing the skin barrier. Other products as Serum, mask, ampul are all side products. It doesn’t matter if the brand is the same on those. 2. Your skin needs a rinse in the morning cuz there is so many waste products and toxins on your skin after a whole night. The pillow will also put a good pressure on to the skin, so the bacteria will get easier stuck in the pores throughout the night. 3. I would always recommend using cleansing like this: Massage with oil cleanser. Then Bring the Water based cleanser on too and blend the products together. If it’s the same brand it will match perfectly on the ingredients. After that you will emulsify with a bit of water on your finger tips. Do that 3 times. After that wash it off with a warm wet towel or if you have sensitive skin use a soft sponge. After that use a form of exfoliating so you’ll get rid of dead skin cells. I would often recommend enzyme exfoliating gels. Not many skin types can stand a scrub 3 times a week. (Avoid red arteries) This is not a hating comment. I’m just making this comment to correct wrongs, cuz u made a video for healthy reasons. Well me too. We all have the same goal. I just think people should be more careful to speak about something they’re not educated about.
guys a tip is to apply baby oil all over with damp skin when you get out of the shower and trust you skin will be baby butter soft.EDIT:(I’m not sure if it breaks out everyone but it’s never happened to me)
Is there any situations not to do this? I freshly shaved once and when I used baby oil it turned red, blistering and itchy with ingrown hairs for a week..
@@faayumcheesebaby oil is not the safest option because it’s not 100% and isn’t packaged safely! I would suggest using a 100% natural plant oil that’s light and absorbs well into the skin, so that your skin feels nourished and calm as well as soft when it dries! My top suggestions for after showering is Jojoba Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, or Black Castor oil! All three of these are great to lather on to the skin after showering and they leave your skin feeling soft and cozy! Also make sure to buy products in a dark amber colored glass bottle with labels that state the product is “cold pressed”, “hexane free”, “100% chemical free”, or “unrefined”. Not only will it leave your skin soft, glowy, and supple but it will also look more even and overall is healthier! These oils are anti-inflammatory, wound healing, scar reducing, moisturizing, soothing, anti-aging , etc! I hope this helps and I wish everyone soft glowy skin!
i love that this video has genuinely good tips without breaking the bank or pushing products on you. i mean…all my years of life and i never considered brushing the roof of my mouth but it made a noticeable difference! my skin likes your morning routine too. i had a feeling i was kind of “suffocating” my skin considering how hefty the night routine is. 1000/10 video !

A tip if you find the mids or ends of your hair are dry you can leave your conditioner in for about 3-5 minutes before rinsing it out and it will condition it more deeply
In the UK, dentists advise against using mouthwash (unless you've been prescribed Corsodyl), as it kills the good bacteria in your mouth. This can affect your gut microbiome as well as affecting your blood pressure and could cause hypertension.
Great content! Just one comment I would like to add about the skincare: While oil cleansing is good for oily/acne skin or women wearing loads of makeup, it's a bad choice for anyone with dry skin. Oil will bond with the oil in the skin, and effectively make dry skin more dry. Same applies to mature skin.
Oh my god!! Thank you for this comment, Im seeing my skin so dry lately and didn’t understand why! I started using oil in my face and body! 🤧 it must be that!
When you are brushing with an electric toothbrush, you don’t need to scrub. Simply hold the toothbrush to your tooth and let the brush do the work. Slowly glide over all of your teeth.
Tysm for telling i was doing that as first( when i has an electric thoothbrush now i switched back to normal thoothbrush) but i didnt know if i was doing it wrong or correct thanks for telling ❤
i love how realistic this video was, and the products recommended are in an affordable range too!! enjoyed this video a lot, gave thorough advice that im definitely following... (i am such a perfume fanatic and i sometimes cant stick to a specific profile sometimes its a problem but everything just smells so good i can't help it )
If you don't use a loofah, I would advise you to get an African net sponge. It is also a good substitute and doesn't harbor bacteria as much as loofah. You can do the research, it is more beneficial than Loofah. It can also help with back acne by exfoliating the back (because it is harder to reach than your hand or loofah)
girl thank you so much for this video, I loved your honesty! most of these videos are unrealistic, but you showed that anyone can have good hygiene and feel good! I'm kinda of obsessed with your channel, not gonna lie 💗
I've been obsessed with Rituals from the past year, and they have the Sakura collection, although it's not that cheep. I personally recommend the Rituals Sakura body scrub. That thing makes WONDERS.
Pro tip: if u wanna use a loofa but replacing it is a hassle switch to wash towels or a silicone scrubber/ cleaning brush. They’re so much better to use and once you buy one you don’t rlly need to replace them, just clean after using and ur good to go.
I used to be very specific about smelling great, now i just focus on not smelling. like anything. just keeping it clean is good enough 😊 most of the video is also about keeping one clean, perfumes are add on
If you are a perfum user you should know that perfume needs to be in a cold, dark place. In bathroom the parfum liquid sinks faster because of the climate change in the room during hot shower. Even if you dont use your brand new parfum, within 1 year it can be almost empty
This is so fun to watch~ It's literally what most ladies do (or more) on a daily basis in Asia, where it's humid and hot most of the time. Love GGBlush ❤ For "down there" you should consider trying an organic soap bar. But Dove is always a winner~
yes!! but you don’t necessarily need to use perfume if you can’t afford it or don’t like the intense smell - victorias secret body mists are soo good and often on sale! so many smells you can choose from, they’re light and delicate, also they don’t stain clothes as some perfume do ❤ im personally a big fan of perfume 😅
one of my favorite hacks is robe strap curls. it is so pretty but so cheap and affordable. all you need is a robe strap, 4 hair ties, and a brush. you put the strap at the top of your head, secure one side in a ponytail, and move on to the other side. take a medium piece from the front of ur head and wrap it once around your robe strap. then, you take a bigger piece and make sure to get it all the way from ur back of ur head too, and wrap it around. keep doing this until you run out of hair, then simply keep wrapping the hair until you run out. take the hair tie, and secure it onto the robe strap. then twist it up into a space bun, and secure it with another hair tie. repeat, and your done!
Something extra about your teeth brushing, it is a good idea to brush your teeth with water after drinking coffee or beverages thay can stain your teeth. Even just rinsing them with water can be enough at times. I find my teeth feel more clean and have less stains between teeth cleaning. It's not mentioned but for good breath tongue scraping also helps. I use baby powder instead of dry shampoo, it's cheaper. You shouldn't rub it on your scalp though only on the surface. Natural oils, like almond oil, castor oil etc, are very good for your hair and skin. Try out what works for you. I tried coconut oil for my hair and it made me have crazy dandruff, which I've never had before. Now I only use it to shave. What works for most might not work for you and that's okay.
I use coconut oil before washing my hair and massaging my scalp with it but I dont recommened leaving it on, as it's kinda heavy and might clog your pores. I use lighter oils for that like almond or Jojoba oil. And I do recommend applying oil after washing your hair and leaving it on. But research whether they are Comedogenic (if they clog pores or not) Before applying it to your scalp. I almost always have oil in my hair (which is why it grows very fast and I usually only apply a light layer)
Don't brush your teeth immediately after drinking coffee or eating, it can damage the teeth, rinse it and wait about 20 minutes before brushing. Castor oil is very good for eyelashes.
Girl, we need more videos from you. no one compares with you you’re the only trustworthy UA-camr we would take advices from please make more videos and maybe in the next one you could share with us more about perfumes❤❤
I love how you’re giving these tips without making anyone feel bad. I got a question tho, why do u use the pink mouthwash at night and the green one in the morning?
Thank you so much! Honestly, I find that the green one is slightly better at fighting bad breath so I use it in the morning when people are gonna smell me haha. The green one only fights bad breath while the pink one fights cavities as well! ❤
Fun fact, I have used dove conditioner and shampoo for about 6 months now, and my hair grew over five inches. It helped me so much I recommend using both!
@ yeah it helped me a lot since I’ve always had thin mid length hair, it helped to make my hair thicker and I have tons of baby hairs starting to get longer.
I just had a baby and feel so frumpy but my new year resolution is to get back into self-care and hopefully gain some confidence back and this video just gave me sooo much motivation tysm
No matter how clean you make your mouth, I still often smell whats left (especially if they talk or lean close to you) when people dont blow there nose. If you breath through your nose in the night its connected to your mouth and the air passes between both. Hardly anyone thinks of this! So blow and clean your nose in when you wake up. Another tip is gut health. You can also do all these things but if you are dealing with gut issues it can give you bad breath, seep through your skin and such. Chlorophyll can natural deodorize internally and taking a probiotic/prebiotic will help with gut issues ❤
love the way u filmed this🤩this is literally SO random but lately i started buying better quality stuff and i just feel so much cleaner(?) idk how to explain this but eg buying a phone case that isnt turning yellow in two days (i got one from burga) made me feel so much better, better quality clothes etc.
Love these tips! I tend to go higher (not super high, but higher) on my wrists when washing my hands, so instead of putting my perfume there, I spray my inner elbows. 😊
I don’t use a loofa either BUT i do use a sea sponge you can buy them for rlly cheap and people normally use them on babies so I started using it and it makes your skin SO SOFT
For my hair I LOVE the arkive hybrid hair oil. I put it in for i blow dry my hair and it keeps it shiny and the frizz isnt as bad. I have wavey hair that gets really dry so this really helps and it smells so good. Garnier also do really good hair masks that keep your hair so soft
Some hygiene hacks: 1. Don’t use the same side of a pillow case more than once (new pillow case->sleep on one side->flip pillow next day->sleep->change pillow case every 3rd day) 2. Change your face towel every 1-2 days (try to use one side one day and the other the next) 3. Change your bed sheets at least 2-3 times a week 4. Wash your blankets regularly People tend to forget that fabrics dirty really easily and you don’t notice, but trust me, it makes such a difference for hygiene! Plus fresh sheets and pillow cases are soooo nice! Also bonuses, not necessarily hacks: 1. Change your tooth brush (or the toothbrush head for electric) every few months 2. Clean your hair brush! Look up the proper way to be cleaning your hair brush and how often
“3. Change your bed sheets at least 2-3 times a week “ I beg your pardon but in WHAT world. I have 3 sets of sheets and most people I know only have 1-2. I change my sheets weekly on Sundays and then wash all sheets every 3 weeks, and that is more than enough. I don’t even have children but I can’t imagine anyone having time to do this, ESPECIALLY people with children.
new susbscriber here. girllll i just wanna say that I can't focus on what you're saying bc you are so pretty like I can't look at your bare face and listen to your voice at the same time!!!
Loofas actually attract a lot of bacteria and not kidding but , I got infection down there just because of that and I was unaware until I saw a random reel that , all the bacteria just sits there and when u use it and wash all of that goes down and boom . My gynaecologist also suggests not to use them . Simply switch to a silicon brush if you want to .
Just a note you’re not meant to mimic the brushing action with an electric. You’re meant to hold the brush against each behind and in front tooth for a couple of seconds. That’s how to get the most out of an electric. Mimicking the action you might as well just have a manual
I also love Dove! As a person who’s had eczema all of her life, I find that their products are very good for my dry skin. Simple and CeraVe are also great! 👍
Ok here is something about electric toothbrushes, you don't brush with it like a regular toothbrush. You aren't allowing the sonic aspect to work correctly. You move the brush across each surface across the teeth. The Oral B round heads you just move around, make sure the toothbrush as you are brushing the front and back side of teeth you are at gum line. With electric sonic toothbrush angle at 45 degree angle to make sure to get your teeth at gum line clean. Don't use your sonic toothbrush like a manual toothbrush though because you won't get the maximum benefits and are wasting your money.
Thank you so much for this!! I am so excited to try some of your tips and so many of this products look so lovely!! I’ve been using CeraVe for a while but it hasn’t been doing much for my skin so I honestly can’t wait to try these 💖
Ok, you NEED to try the trader joe's hair mask. It is so so hydrating and will make your hair so soft and silky. A plus about is is that it is only five dollars!
Just putting this out there but you’re using the electric toothbrush wrong. You should hold it over your tooth and move it slowly around your mouth. The spinning does the work not you scrubbing 💜
I’m a dental hygienist and yes! Please don’t scrub with an electric toothbrush. The toothbrush does the work scrubbing with it is too harsh. There’s also a timer built in and the toothbrush will buzz when it’s time to switch to a different quadrant. 😊

From a dermatologist
(Avoid red arteries)
This is not a hating comment.
@ I’m sorry, I’ve never experienced that personally but maybe. It’s an allergic reaction. I’m sorry
Baby oil huh...... p, p , p p diddy
It contains mineral oil
1000/10 video !
you’re like the godsend beauty UA-camr, no overconsumption, just straight facts, and very very good advice. AND I also have a round face and acne prone sensitive skin so this is my fav channel rn
I feel more clean after watching this
A tip if you find the mids or ends of your hair are dry you can leave your conditioner in for about 3-5 minutes before rinsing it out and it will condition it more deeply
In the UK, dentists advise against using mouthwash (unless you've been prescribed Corsodyl), as it kills the good bacteria in your mouth. This can affect your gut microbiome as well as affecting your blood pressure and could cause hypertension.
Same. I just use it once a week
😳 that escalated quickly lol so how often would it be ok? Or never?
@@jonatikaWweI wouls leave it. Nasty brunch of chemicals.
Did Adam and Eve need it? If the answer is no, you don't either.
girl, you look so clean and i know you smell amazing
Great content! Just one comment I would like to add about the skincare: While oil cleansing is good for oily/acne skin or women wearing loads of makeup, it's a bad choice for anyone with dry skin. Oil will bond with the oil in the skin, and effectively make dry skin more dry. Same applies to mature skin.
i have dry skin and have not had this issue with almond oil...actually makes my skin much smoother, softer and more even toned
Thank you! I didn’t want to have to buy an oil cleanser and now I don’t. 😭
I have dry skin but it’s the best for me! I use die Oil Cleanser by Transparent Lab. Best skin care product to me everrr
Oh my god!! Thank you for this comment, Im seeing my skin so dry lately and didn’t understand why! I started using oil in my face and body! 🤧 it must be that!
I have dry skin and ALWAYS oil cleanse to get dirt/makeup/sunscreen off throughout the day!
(i am such a perfume fanatic and i sometimes cant stick to a specific profile sometimes its a problem but everything just smells so good i can't help it )
I know she didn't sponsored the dove products but the brand is so good every other girl in childhood used dove and i love it too🎀
The way that you literaly look like you are clean girll! Thanks for the tips!!
thank you!!!! i have struggled with depression for so long and was never taught any of this ur video helped so much
Step 1: don’t be severely depressed
I hope you get better😢
@ thank you 🙏🏻
Ahhh so real 😭😭
no literally i used to have an amazing routine.. and then i got depressed ❤️🩹
Step 1: Don't have any mental disorder
Tongue scraping is a game changer for oral hygiene! also you are so amazing!!
Your energy is contagious!
Pro tip: if u wanna use a loofa but replacing it is a hassle switch to wash towels or a silicone scrubber/ cleaning brush. They’re so much better to use and once you buy one you don’t rlly need to replace them, just clean after using and ur good to go.
Happy that I could see many well-known K-beauty skin care items from this video 😆 Thanks for sharing your self-care tips❤
I used to be very specific about smelling great, now i just focus on not smelling. like anything. just keeping it clean is good enough 😊
most of the video is also about keeping one clean, perfumes are add on
If you are a perfum user you should know that perfume needs to be in a cold, dark place. In bathroom the parfum liquid sinks faster because of the climate change in the room during hot shower. Even if you dont use your brand new parfum, within 1 year it can be almost empty
I LOVED THIS!!! BUT I SUBBED AND GIRL YOU HADNT POSTED FOR 2 YRS?!😭😭STILL STAYING THOUGH, I LOVE YOUR AURAA!❤
THANK YOU SM! I will be posting much more frequently now I promise!!
SAME
YOU FREAKING LOOK GOOD WITH OR WITHOUT MAKEUP. GIRLLL, I LOVE YOUR BAREFACE
This is so fun to watch~
It's literally what most ladies do (or more) on a daily basis in Asia, where it's humid and hot most of the time.
Love GGBlush ❤
For "down there" you should consider trying an organic soap bar. But Dove is always a winner~
I literally have the same cleansers and moisturizer! Korean and Japanese skin products are *chef’s kiss*
I always love to be and feel clean, i’m a newly-teen and this helped me understand more about hygiene, thank you very much ❤😊
I use jojoba oil to remove make up, I wipe it off with a wet bamboo pad. It’s cleansing and moisturising all in one.
WE BEATING SCHOOL AIR W THIS ONE!!
honestly brushing my tongue made such a big difference!
yes!! but you don’t necessarily need to use perfume if you can’t afford it or don’t like the intense smell - victorias secret body mists are soo good and often on sale! so many smells you can choose from, they’re light and delicate, also they don’t stain clothes as some perfume do ❤
im personally a big fan of perfume 😅
Do you have any advice for allergic people like me, by any chance? I'm allergic to most perfume, so I'm searching for a natural scent.
one of my favorite hacks is robe strap curls. it is so pretty but so cheap and affordable. all you need is a robe strap, 4 hair ties, and a brush. you put the strap at the top of your head, secure one side in a ponytail, and move on to the other side. take a medium piece from the front of ur head and wrap it once around your robe strap. then, you take a bigger piece and make sure to get it all the way from ur back of ur head too, and wrap it around. keep doing this until you run out of hair, then simply keep wrapping the hair until you run out. take the hair tie, and secure it onto the robe strap. then twist it up into a space bun, and secure it with another hair tie. repeat, and your done!
Castor oil is so good!! Makes the hair grow! Here in brasil we use it on the eyelashes ✨
Girl, we need more videos from you. no one compares with you you’re the only trustworthy UA-camr we would take advices from please make more videos and maybe in the next one you could share with us more about perfumes❤❤
i love the way you talk and how educational this video actually was. thank you for being here!! stay safe
I love how she actually gets common sense
"Lightyears ahead" 100% agree🎉. Also, Vaseline is a great lip balm if you run out of Laneige!
I love that this video isn't full of unrealistic steps and lots of unnecessary products. Thank you!
It's really good
Does the dove shampoo make ur hair thicker?
@ yeah it helped me a lot since I’ve always had thin mid length hair, it helped to make my hair thicker and I have tons of baby hairs starting to get longer.
I just had a baby and feel so frumpy but my new year resolution is to get back into self-care and hopefully gain some confidence back and this video just gave me sooo much motivation tysm
This helped me so much! After I did this a bunch of people asked how I stay so clean! Thank you!❤
oh em gee this is such a good video. you're so down to earth and you give actual affordable product reccomendations ! ❤❤❤
omg it's my first time seeing her video, and i LOOOUUVEE her personalityy
AW thank you!!
This was so helpful ty🩵 also you remind me of a bit of newjeans Hanni! So cute
This video is the first I’ve seen of yours and all I can say is I love you
For my hair I LOVE the arkive hybrid hair oil. I put it in for i blow dry my hair and it keeps it shiny and the frizz isnt as bad. I have wavey hair that gets really dry so this really helps and it smells so good. Garnier also do really good hair masks that keep your hair so soft
Omg the editing of this video is insane!!! I’m new here. Following for more girl tips
Some hygiene hacks:
1. Don’t use the same side of a pillow case more than once (new pillow case->sleep on one side->flip pillow next day->sleep->change pillow case every 3rd day)
2. Change your face towel every 1-2 days (try to use one side one day and the other the next)
3. Change your bed sheets at least 2-3 times a week
4. Wash your blankets regularly
People tend to forget that fabrics dirty really easily and you don’t notice, but trust me, it makes such a difference for hygiene! Plus fresh sheets and pillow cases are soooo nice!
Also bonuses, not necessarily hacks:
1. Change your tooth brush (or the toothbrush head for electric) every few months
2. Clean your hair brush! Look up the proper way to be cleaning your hair brush and how often
ik ur water bill is high
God you be luckily if I changed mine every week I usually change my sheets every two weeks
“3. Change your bed sheets at least 2-3 times a week “
I beg your pardon but in WHAT world. I have 3 sets of sheets and most people I know only have 1-2. I change my sheets weekly on Sundays and then wash all sheets every 3 weeks, and that is more than enough. I don’t even have children but I can’t imagine anyone having time to do this, ESPECIALLY people with children.
Bro things money grows on trees
we aren’t all rich btw
new susbscriber here. girllll i just wanna say that I can't focus on what you're saying bc you are so pretty like I can't look at your bare face and listen to your voice at the same time!!!
This was an amazing video! the 1st minute into the video instantly made me jump into the shower!
Thank you for watching❤️
Absolutely love the video! Thank you so much for the tips 💕💕💕
Just a note you’re not meant to mimic the brushing action with an electric. You’re meant to hold the brush against each behind and in front tooth for a couple of seconds. That’s how to get the most out of an electric. Mimicking the action you might as well just have a manual
I love how beautiful you filmed the intro 🎀
WAKE UP THE QUEEN POSTED 👑💕
I love how you are recommending affordable options. Such great advice and I love Abby Yung’s haircare advice as well! 🤎
I only have 1 perfume and it works like magic. I always get compliments ❤❤

OMFG that Laura Mercier coconut almond is TO DIE FOR !!! CLEAN yet decadent
Girll i just love your vibe!
i have hyperhidrosis so i sweat like way too much so i always end up looking like a rabid animal by the end of the day i hate it this is so helpful

You explained everything so clearly and gently, unlike some others that promote a lot of products.
❤❤❤
no but this was litteraly so helpful
Thank you so much for this!! I am so excited to try some of your tips and so many of this products look so lovely!! I’ve been using CeraVe for a while but it hasn’t been doing much for my skin so I honestly can’t wait to try these 💖
Ok, you NEED to try the trader joe's hair mask. It is so so hydrating and will make your hair so soft and silky. A plus about is is that it is only five dollars!
This is such a helpful guide, thankyou! :)
2:30 i have braces and my ortho recommended. (I have a water flossier) to mix 1/2 mouthwash, and 1/2 water
I really love dove deo, u convinced me to switch other items to dove too
