Hey! Future dentist here 😅 PLEASE DON'T USE MOUTHWASH EVERYDAY! Not unless your dentist told to do so for a very particular reason. It can lead to several problems in the oral microbiome including antibiotics intolerance. If you want a cleaner mouth, just floss and brush your teeth, the basics work wonders!
Some hygiene hacks: 1. Don’t use the same side of a pillow case more than once (new pillow case->sleep on one side->flip pillow next day->sleep->change pillow case every 3rd day) 2. Change your face towel every 1-2 days (try to use one side one day and the other the next) 3. Change your bed sheets at least 2-3 times a week 4. Wash your blankets regularly People tend to forget that fabrics dirty really easily and you don’t notice, but trust me, it makes such a difference for hygiene! Plus fresh sheets and pillow cases are soooo nice! Also bonuses, not necessarily hacks: 1. Change your tooth brush (or the toothbrush head for electric) every few months 2. Clean your hair brush! Look up the proper way to be cleaning your hair brush and how often
“3. Change your bed sheets at least 2-3 times a week “ I beg your pardon but in WHAT world. I have 3 sets of sheets and most people I know only have 1-2. I change my sheets weekly on Sundays and then wash all sheets every 3 weeks, and that is more than enough. I don’t even have children but I can’t imagine anyone having time to do this, ESPECIALLY people with children.
guys a tip is to apply baby oil all over with damp skin when you get out of the shower and trust you skin will be baby butter soft.EDIT:(I’m not sure if it breaks out everyone but it’s never happened to me)
Is there any situations not to do this? I freshly shaved once and when I used baby oil it turned red, blistering and itchy with ingrown hairs for a week..
@@faayumcheesebaby oil is not the safest option because it’s not 100% and isn’t packaged safely! I would suggest using a 100% natural plant oil that’s light and absorbs well into the skin, so that your skin feels nourished and calm as well as soft when it dries! My top suggestions for after showering is Jojoba Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, or Black Castor oil! All three of these are great to lather on to the skin after showering and they leave your skin feeling soft and cozy! Also make sure to buy products in a dark amber colored glass bottle with labels that state the product is “cold pressed”, “hexane free”, “100% chemical free”, or “unrefined”. Not only will it leave your skin soft, glowy, and supple but it will also look more even and overall is healthier! These oils are anti-inflammatory, wound healing, scar reducing, moisturizing, soothing, anti-aging , etc! I hope this helps and I wish everyone soft glowy skin!
Just putting this out there but you’re using the electric toothbrush wrong. You should hold it over your tooth and move it slowly around your mouth. The spinning does the work not you scrubbing 💜
When you are brushing with an electric toothbrush, you don’t need to scrub. Simply hold the toothbrush to your tooth and let the brush do the work. Slowly glide over all of your teeth.
I love how you’re giving these tips without making anyone feel bad. I got a question tho, why do u use the pink mouthwash at night and the green one in the morning?
Thank you so much! Honestly, I find that the green one is slightly better at fighting bad breath so I use it in the morning when people are gonna smell me haha. The green one only fights bad breath while the pink one fights cavities as well! ❤
I just went on your page hoping to binge water tons of videos like this of yours, pleaseeee do more like this!! I am hygiene obsessed hahaha I'd love a haul of nice smelly stuff and things like that!!
Something extra about your teeth brushing, it is a good idea to brush your teeth with water after drinking coffee or beverages thay can stain your teeth. Even just rinsing them with water can be enough at times. I find my teeth feel more clean and have less stains between teeth cleaning. It's not mentioned but for good breath tongue scraping also helps. I use baby powder instead of dry shampoo, it's cheaper. You shouldn't rub it on your scalp though only on the surface. Natural oils, like almond oil, castor oil etc, are very good for your hair and skin. Try out what works for you. I tried coconut oil for my hair and it made me have crazy dandruff, which I've never had before. Now I only use it to shave. What works for most might not work for you and that's okay.
Hi I 💕 your video and I'm from India 🇮🇳 I'll give you a tip try using your shampoo in this way 😊 - First wet your hair - Dilute your shampoo in water and then use it on your scalp Using this way will help u cause usually shampoos are harsh for our scalp. we Indians use this way and it helps 😊 our ancestors taught us.
Heyyy, i love your Video this Helps me so much! But as an dental Assistent i have to tell you that you dont have to Scrub your teeth Like that With an electric toothbrush, you have to Go Slow on every Toth or it wont work much better than a normal toothbrush🫶

Hi girliesss! Teen with combination skin and short hair that gets oily every other day, heres my simple routine, i reccomend this so hard for every other girl my age because our skin really doesn't need that much product to stay clean. First I shower every other day. The usual shampoo bodywash scrub conditioner shabang. Next up is CTSM !!! Four products thats all we need! Cleanser toner serum moisturizer (and sunscreen ofc if your planning on going out to touch grass) For cleanser I use either neutrogena, or mama earth. But I reccommend the Cetaphil cleanser its really gentle for your skin. For toner, I dont really use toner, I use rose water instead it really brightens your skin and brings it to life. For serum, I'd say an acne treatment serum (if you have acne) is good, but personally I use the minimalist serum. And lastly I use a baby lotion, I know it sounds childish but TRUST me its so light on the skin and it feels amazing. I use the undry sunscreen because it helps keep my face moisturized without being too heavy. And yeah except for that, theres deodorant and roll ons, which you can choose based on what scent you wanna go for. Thats it! And I smell amazing all day. And one thing thats realy important when it comes to scent is DIET(!!!) make sure to not eat too many oily foods, and make sure to get your veggies in.
You’re using the electric toothbrush wrong. You’re supposed to just love it along the teeth and let it do the work. Scrubbing like that is not the right technique
Be careful with Listerine! Listerine use was recently associated with an increased incidence of oral bacteria previously reported to heighten the risk of periodontal disease, esophageal and colorectal cancer, and systemic diseases
girl please wash your hair better. do not just apply shampoo. emulsify it on your hands with some water and then apply on wet hair and massage it on your scalp
