This is a yoga practice that has been done for years most effective for shrinking your tummy. Thanks for posting this up because crunches and situps only do so much and actually can cause back issues.
i’ve been seeing that stomach vacuums can damage your pelvic floor/womb, do you happen to know if it is true? google so far said it’s fine but tiktok says otherwise

Go into caloric deficit + do some normal exercise that obviously works not crunches. Its biologically impossible to spot reduce fat + get a small RIB CAGE (YOUR BONEEEES)

i’ve done this for abt a week now, can see results for sure. i do a steady gym routine already and adding this has helped with my lower back problems a lot. update: it’s been abt 4ish weeks now, haven’t been as consistent as i was in the first two weeks but i do see changes in my core!
i do a four day split with a stretch day so 1) legs 2) chest 3) back 4) arms + 5) stretch. focusing on breathing, progressive overload (lifting weights slightly heavier each lift/when you’re ready to increase, start with 12-10 reps and decreasing as you finish your set) and active rest days (just moving when you’re not at the gym) has helped me see a lot of progress. i also try to do a bit of cardio each workout but especially on stretch days. most importantly: consistency!! i started gym’ ing bc it was cheaper than therapy lol but going especially when i don’t want to has helped me see my progress today. and my mental health is better overall. edit: not healed or whatever but i’m functioning at a slightly better level than before.

Guys she isn’t actually altering her rib cage she’s exercising her transverse abdominis which are the inner ab muscles that kinda hold everything together. The more you exercise them the stronger and tighter they get so ur waist gets tighter and appears slimmer. You’d be surprised how much of a difference training these muscles can make

I don’t usually comment on videos, however, I’ve been working on shrinking down my waist and have been doing different home workouts for 4 months now. I’m also in high level soccer, but have never shown much results in my stomach. I began doing this workout after my workouts whenever I felt I still had some energy left, and oh my goodness. It’s only been about two weeks, but I’m already seeing results!! I gasped when I looked in the mirror this morning! My stomach is not much flatter, but my waist is snatched! Guys if u want the perfect summer body (saying out of experience) For ur hourglass -gloria song{6mins} ,daisy keech{10min}. For flat stomach-lily Sabri{5mins} For abs-Alexis ren {10min} I did and still doing it and when I telll u that it changed my body I had to call the police to find my waist . I did these workouts as a 30 days challenge day and night with no diet,I eat twice or thrice in a day I do eat normally . U can eat junk food but it shouldn’t be everyday maybe 2 in a week. Do these workouts for atleast 2-3 weeks and u will be calling the police to find ur waist. Remember ladies do it for yourself not for people . Love yalll ❤❤❤❤

1. Probably not eating in a caloric deficit/ eating the wrong foods so you aren't actually losing fat just strengthening your muscles 2. Not strengthening the right part of your core 3. Burning enough calories Bam, science :) hope it helped
Guys it works !!! Ive been doing this workout as part of my daily workout routine for the past 5 months. My waist was 27 inch back then. Now its 25 inch!!! My waist is smaller than my bust now haha. My family do notice the changes. They said my body have nice curve. I attract a lot of guys til this moment😅 Other gurls wishes they have my body. i do this everyday !! twice a day , once in the morning and once in the night. it genuinely makes a difference , it makes an even bigger difference if you work out and do cardio in the mornings !

this works soooo well. I thought no workout worked on me and then I found this video. I went on Gloria’s account and saw soooo many videos that helped me ; her hip dips workout, hourglass waist, collarbone and rib cage reduction. And let me tell you this ; it WORKS. My rib cage, two weeks ago, was wider than my hips and now, my hips are wider and the change in my rib cage and waist is shocking ! I’ve lost two centimeters in two weeks ! If you want my routine, it was this : hip-dips workout x2, rib cage reduction method x2 and 10 minute hourglass waist workout + stomach debloating routine and collarbone defining routine. I’m dieting slightly but I’m not hungry or craving fast food or junk food which is actually really amazing ; and I walk 1 hour per day. My body has visibly slimmed down even though I’m only thirteen which makes me so happy ! This alone won't really shrink your waist, but this is REALLY GOOD, do this before any workouts. I PROMISE YOU this helps my breathing technique and makes my workouts easier to do than usual
Trying this workout for 2 weeks, or as long as I have the motivation to keep going Day 1: Did it twice, it was exhausting, but it's short which is good Day 2: Did it once aswell as another workout, to be honest I can feel the difference, I don't see very much difference tho. Day 5(skipped 2 days since I had riding lessons and was busy): Did it once + two other workouts, I do feel the difference + I sleep better too Day 6: Did it three times (Please remind me otherwise I'll loose motivation ;_;)

I don't understand the science behind this workout, but it did help me with my bloating. I'm very skinny but my stomach looks like I'm 5 months pregnant. This helped reduce the bloating to a 3 months pregnancy. 🤣 I've only done this workout 3 times. I'll try to do this consistently to see whether I can really shrink down my waist. But so far positive result 👍

i’ve been doing this for about 5 days a week for the past 3-4 months and it seems to me that it works! i have also been doing other ab workouts along with this, but i definitely think this works as well. if you’re planning on doing this just remember that consistency is key and results take time!!👍

Starting today! I’ll update in 5 days! Okay so I’ve just done the work out and I’m on my first day. I feel so weightless after I did the workout, haven’t lost any weight tho. Hellooo, I'm Tani, a 15 year old currently at 69 kg and trying to lose more weight. When I first tried this in 2024, August..i really didn't had much of a waist...as Sep hit, I lost track as exams came up. But ykw? I actually LOOKED sm better like my waist really looked good from the front. Then I remembered this video, really didn't thought it would work!! In again starting her workouts from today. This is actually going to be awesome for my back! After my back surgery on my L5S1 I did PT for a few months. I never knew about the corset muscle until then and I learned that the core exercises to protect my back are not sit ups but exercises like this for that muscle. He taught me how to activate the muscle by doing a slight Keagle exercise while tensing my core 😅 and I’m supposed to do that throughout the day to use my core more. I’m excited to try this and see how my body responds

I did and still doing it and when I telll u that it changed my body I had to call the police to find my waist .
I did these workouts as a 30 days challenge day and night with no diet,I eat twice or thrice in a day I do eat normally . U can eat junk food but it shouldn’t be everyday maybe 2 in a week.
Do these workouts for atleast 2-3 weeks and u will be calling the police to find ur waist.

this works soooo well. I thought no workout worked on me and then I found this video. I went on Gloria’s account and saw soooo many videos that helped me ; her hip dips workout, hourglass waist, collarbone and rib cage reduction. And let me tell you this ; it WORKS. My rib cage, two weeks ago, was wider than my hips and now, my hips are wider and the change in my rib cage and waist is shocking ! I’ve lost two centimeters in two weeks ! If you want my routine, it was this : hip-dips workout x2, rib cage reduction method x2 and 10 minute hourglass waist workout + stomach debloating routine and collarbone defining routine. I’m dieting slightly but I’m not hungry or craving fast food or junk food which is actually really amazing ; and I walk 1 hour per day. This is actually going to be awesome for my back! After my back surgery on my L5S1 I did PT for a few months. I never knew about the corset muscle until then and I learned that the core exercises to protect my back are not sit ups but exercises like this for that muscle. He taught me how to activate the muscle by doing a slight Keagle exercise while tensing my core 😅 and I’m supposed to do that throughout the day to use my core more. I’m excited to try this and see how my body responds
