- Fellow Patriots & Freedom lovers, I was peacefully exercising my 1st Amendment Rights at the Marshall County Correctional Facility In the State of Mississippi. While there I was confronted by a Correctional Officer who told me to “Go Back to My Country” A short time after Law Enforcement arrived and tried to curtail my Free Speech but I wouldn’t let them! I will hold that Correctional Officer accountable for her Racist Comments! At the very least she would lose her position as a public servant. This one from Mississippi shows that no matter where you go in the US, those in positions of authority don't understand the scope of their authority.
Whether it is Law Enforcement, Corrections, City Officials - education on fundametal rights in this country should be required and it obviosuly lacking today.
This displays what the good book says about Common Law, which is what the constitution was supposedly framed around, and statutes and codes, and that is "no man can serve two masters, for he shall love one and despise the other."

I called the main number and left a message. This facility is outrageous, I cant even imagine how they treat their inmates if this is how they treat free citizens.

In the late 90s before smart phones were a thing. But by composing myself and being patient, I had the pos fired with the help of my parents who were community activists. I don't understand why you always think of situations being like that.
I think that in most scenarios someone higher up has told the person to make a contact and to ask what the unknown person is doing. I don't think the person working for the facility just wondered about and was personally interested in the situation.
In my mind, a person doing their job can have a mindset trying to protect their anonymity.
That may be a wrong mindset working for some facility or as a public employee but you should not wonder why someone is approaching a person taking videos. They were TOLD.

I am increasingly concerned with the appalling standard of some correctional staff who are the ones who should be behind the bars! There are some public utilities on private property. Although most poles are on publicly accessible property, it does not always mean that the easement is open to the public, but it usually is. Another great job. Thank you ❤

That is one scary place. Normally you can reason with officers but I wouldn't expect that in Mississippi, it's like walking onto the set of the Shawshank Redemption. Sean was right to high tail it out of there. The best thing they can do is put a sign on the state line that says "Enter at your own risk".

Having watched so many of your videos in. The last couple of days I chuckled when she said taking my picture is assault, but when the public officials do it to you it only matters if you are injured, and often that doesn’t matter either.

Its insane and very scary just how many government officials and especially the higher up's such as sergeants, lieutenants, chiefs, majors, even some judges that don't know even the basic laws! It's crazy how he's trying to stand up for his rights, but he can't even do that bc they don't know the laws and will lock him right up! I'll never understand why police officers don't have to have some sort of degree or take some sort of classes and tests that they have to past before becoming an officer and then also having to take a test every year on the laws bc their whole job is to know the them! W21ste witness everyday tons of cops from all over the country that don't even know basic laws.. its astonishing!
