OFFICERS INSIST THAT WE NEED PERMISSION TO EXERCISE OUR RIGHTS! 1ST AMENDMENT AUDIT

  • Fellow Patriots, I was peacefully exercising my First Amendment Right at the Richmond International Airport in Virginia when I was confronted by TSA agents, who seemed cordial, but were obviously uneducated regarding their own policies. After they contacted Airport Police I spoke with the Chief, told him not only about our 1st Amendment right but I even showed him the TSA policy. Everything was going great until the Captain felt the need to try and exert his authority…

    • @ar007r
      @ar007r Рік тому +3

      @NimbusXD I've been shouting that on all of these videos. The fact that people will call you racist for saying that is literally mental illness. It's a fact that they have affirmative action and that affirmative action produces less qualified employees who are more likely to make giant mistakes like this. It's very simple logic and it blows my mind that anyone doesn't understand it. When you hire based on absolutely any variables other than suitability for the position, you end up with worse employees by definition.

    • @ar007r
      @ar007r Рік тому +2

      @Rattyboy "The Trini Traveler" you are not correct. There is a vastly disproportionate amount of female and black officers who do not do their jobs properly. Also this is a statistical fact. Female officers, for example, are more likely to escalate to lethal violence. If you know any officers you would know that most have been involved in having to physically detain or defend themselves from criminals. Women are less able to do so effectively and therefore are more likely to reach for a weapon. The inability to grasp that is mind blowing. Besides, it is boasted openly that they have affirmative action policies. It is also a definitional fact that that produces less qualified people for any position. Think about it. If you hire based on absolutely any variable that has nothing to do with suitability for a position, you end up with worse employees on average. That isn't even debatable. That is literally what affirmative action means. It means hiring based on race or gender despite the lack of qualifications as compared to the overall talent pool. It's a really bad sign that anyone could not grasp these very simple concepts. As far as I'm concerned you should seek mental health support and work hard to hopefully correct these psychological problems that prevent you from thinking in any logical way. It's not just a bad opinion you have, it's so incredibly idiotic that it should concern anyone who personally knows you. How could they trust you with any responsibility when you cannot think through such simple concepts that one could hardly conceive of logic that is more straightforward. If you are so upset about reality that you must mask it with delusion, that should concern people around you. There are resources you can contact to help you sort out your mental health problems. Please seek immediate, intensive corrective measures.

      They don't know the law. If they did they couldn't claim qualified immunity. One of the key components of the qualified immunity shield is ignorance. It's why cops are protected by it while lawyers are not. So we the people are stuck interacting with people who have a high school/GED level understanding of the law. Police departments should be required to have legal counsel on duty at all times to address in the moment situations like this, but that would probably eliminate a lot of the profit the current court and prison system is designed to generate.

    It’s really nauseating to see how the highest ranking cop on scene has absolutely no knowledge about private vs. public. How is he going to train the other officers if he doesn’t know what he is talking about. And they look like they are paying close attention to every word he’s saying. And he seems so sure of himself that he gets instantly defensive. It’s hard to keep up with his ignorance. He probably acts the same where ever he goes, including his own home. He’s definitely looking for a argument.

      Private property owners spend their money to pay public officers when they do work for them. You see it all the time when police officers direct traffic for a specified time at Churches on Sunday mornings. Restaurants sometimes use police officers to do the same sometimes. In those cases and similar ones, the private entity reimburses the local municipality for the officers' pay for the time worked.

    You know your right and the Chief agreed, why did you let that Captain get away with his line of bull without putting him in check. He feels he can do
    this repeatedly to impress his boss until someone puts him in check. You allowed him to keep running his game/mouth until he ran away.
    I think you should have told him directly that his own boss agreed, and that you don't want to hear his line of crap. He needed to be embarrassed in front of his boss to avoid the next person from being harassed. It probably won't stop him, but at least he will think twice next time.

    Love this guy's videos. He is never aggressive or threatening or yelling at people...stands his ground calmly and proves his point.

    That officer has no control over his emotions. He wouldn't shut up for two seconds. He tried to assert dominance but made himself look childish.

    That captain is a clown and the TSA needs to replace him with the chief or someone else with a better temperament. Also, I hope you keep bringing documented facts and information to show them that you’re right. I like seeing how you’re argumentation keeps getting better.
