  • Fellow Patriots & Freedom lovers, On April 7th 2022 I was peacefully exercising my 1st Amendment rights in the city of Nashville, Tennessee. While gathering content in the Davidson County Building, I was confronted by security who informed me That recording wasn’t allowed but couldn’t explain to me why when asked. Eventually the Davidson CountyClerk came out and was smart enough to say she would check with the legal department but that didn’t stop the security guards from trying to violate my rights…Please be sure to hit the like button, it truly helps spread this around for more Patriots to see it and I appreciate it!

    How did I miss this one when it happened? Sean, you are SO patient. The guy with his completely WRONG "legal speak". Even though he was being an arrogant know-it-all, I was embarrassed for him when he clearly didn't know that someone can be "trespassed". He really thought the word could only be used for the act of trespassing, OOF. But, hey- I hope we are watching our words, Sean. LOL!!! 🤣😁

    • @catanace1741
      @catanace1741 6 місяців тому

      While common, this use of the term "trespass" is informal and somewhat of a legal slang.
      If you look up the laws with regard to trespassing, you would see that the word "trespass" is only used with regard to the illegal entry into a certain place, while the act commonly known as "to trespassing someone" is described as "denying entrance" or "ordering to leave".

    • @Please_Dont_Call_It_Frisco
      @Please_Dont_Call_It_Frisco 6 місяців тому

      @@catanace1741 You are correct 🙂it is most commonly used as a verb. It is also formally used as a noun, both in law and publication. Even the Bible correctly uses it as a noun and a verb. ""If a person commits a trespass, and sins unintentionally..." in Leviticus and in the well-known Lord's Prayer "And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us." The Bible doesn't use much slang 😁

I would imagine one could make rank speedily in the world of private security - I can imagine the incentive to show up to work would allow you to become an officer in no time! I know Sean Paul is quite adept at putting those knuckleheads in their place but he chose to take it easy on them. Good grief - could you imagine the highlight of your day would be either saying "no" or telling someone to "come outside?"
