Hi madam, I feel dizzy when I move my head, especially when I move it to the left side. I also feel some imbalance while walking. Could you please suggest an exercise to help me overcome this issue?
@@pradheepvemula5288 hello! You do need to figure out what is causing your issue. If you know the cause of your issue, I can guide you towards an exercise. Sounds like it could be the neck or it could be the inner ear, but it’s impossible for me to know, that’s why seeing an in person Therapist is so valuable
Urinary tract infection, I also did type it out and text on the video because I did realize that I have a tendency to use abbreviation for medical term. ☺️

Thank you so much for this video!!!! You are so helpful ❤
You’re welcome
Waiting 2-3 months? That's going to be 14 months in my case, between onset of vertigo and seeing an ENT doctor. That's the NHS in England by the way
Oh no!!! That’s terrible 😣 how do you cope? Turning to channels like this and self diagnosing ?
Ma'am how to strengthen the neck if we doubt it might be the reason behind dizziness
