i dont expect anyone to read this so im leaving my secret here.. 2020 i was a depressed alcoholic/drug addict who was trying to drink myself to death at 18, i was kicked out of everywhere i lived and about to be homeless. i had one more chance being housed. i was moved out into the middle of nowhere out of reach of my old habits and began withdrawal- barely eating, never opening my windows or leaving bed. i needed motivation to stay alive. i started chloes exercises as theyre only 10 mins a day and i couldnt bare getting out of bed for any longer then that. they saved my life and gave me a new habit, a new addiction- ive carried these on with me until dec 2020 which pushed me further to go to branch out and start at the gym. i loved my body. 2020 ended and 2021 came, all gyms shut. new lockdown in england. for the last 10 days ive been depressed, not leaving my bed and was using drugs and drinking again. today i got a message saying i could be sectioned because of the way ive been behaving. i finally got out of bed and did a chloe ting exercise. then another. thank you so much chloe, from one chloe to another. i know no one will see this, but im doing this for me :') lifes so hard but i wont give up- Day 1...

Some people say her workouts doesn't work on them, but let's be honest: they are not following the right diet (calorie deficit-well balanced protein-carbs-fat), they're overtraining (more doesn't mean better) or something like that. I mean... When it comes to the moves, it's not like there's really much difference between Chloe and other UA-cam channels. I'm with Chloe for her vibe, she is the cutest and I love hearing her voice while doing the workout 💖
I know I progressed because i did this whole workout without taking 5 minutes break for each exercise as I used to in my firsts days and I'm really happy about it 😊😊
@@mohammedabdulalim1597 This workout builds your glute (booty) muscles making your butt appear bigger. It will not build fat and it will help shape your booty to a rounder shape. If you're doing this as a part of her 2021 challenge, that's great. If not, make sure you take proper rest! 😁

Not sure if anyone has suggested this, but for those whose wrists are hurting: instead of being on your palms, make a fist and put your knuckles to ground so your arms and wrists are in line with each other. That should take the pressure off your wrists. I would only do it for stationary moves like the ones in this video. Def would not recommend for mountain climbers or groiners. here's some advice that has helped me lose weight faster and get good results: •Do not workout in the kitchen. Lol I did that cause our kitchen had enough room to move in, but trust me, you'll just end up eating between breaks. •Everyone's body works different but if you want to lose fat more than carbs, then I recommend working out before breakfast. (I'm talking about high intensity workouts btw, you're burning more fat in low intensity workouts.) I usually drink some coffee 30 mins before working out. (after I drink 2 glasses of water of course!) •I've also noticed that starting a workout is harder than that actual workout. But come on, most of Chloe's workouts are only 10-20 minutes and you can do this! •Warm ups and especially cooldowns are important. You might not even feel sore and be more motivated to workout the next day. •You don't need to have a low-carb diet to lose fat. It is true that it can make you lose more fat than a low-fat diel but carbs are life! (the healthy ones lol I'm not talking about that pizza you just imagined in your head) just don't overeat and you'll be fine. •I recommend having a high-protein diet. I actually got faster results after I started eating more protein. At least have some protein after working out to avoid muscle loss! •Challenge yourself! If you're doing the low impact exercises try one of the harder ones day by day. You'll be amazed by your progress! I really recommend this one cause you don't understand how stronger you got until you push yourself more! •Definitely take the rest days in the program. Cause your body works while you're resting. But if you really want to workout then some scretching or walks would be great! •If you've stopped the video and looking for some motivation: You're losing time right now. Only a few more seconds. Let's goo •And lastly: working out is not only for you to lose weight but it also helps you a lot mentally! I've never been this happier and positive my whole life. Can't wait to hear all about your results guys! Let's go!

@@mariawasa1993 it depends on each person. if you have more fat deposit on your but it’ll probably become smaller but the entire point is it make your butt muscles stronger. so if there isn’t much fat on your but or you have a smaller sized but then it would become bigger and/or more firm and strong

For those of you who feel like their wrists will snap any moment, try focusing your weight on the knee which is on the floor. I don’t know how accurate this is, but it helped me a lot!
It helps but if you give all of your weight on your knees you can injure yourself, especially when your knees are fragile. You should focus on your core and glutes.
Dude same, on the last on.. my hips touch the floor and I can’t seem to get my flutes to engage, and I try to af to move them with my glutes and it doesn’t happen. 😖 I wish she did personal face times, I would pay
To all of you guys claiming that Chloe’s workouts are too easy and that you don’t break a sweat: stop kidding yourself. Her workouts are far from easy. In fact, workouts are never easy if you do them right. You don’t have to stick to her pace. If need be it, go faster for more cardio or slower for more strength. Personalize it: you don’t have to follow her exactly. If you use mind muscle connection I assure you you’ll feel the burn. I’d be dammed if any of you still argue that these workouts are solely for beginners because they definitely don’t have to be. If you’re already fit, good job, I’m proud of you. Keep going and push yourself to the max. That goes for everyone as well, but I do believe the ones who are already fit aren’t working hard enough, or rather, find an excuse not to work hard (as I read in another comment, they might have “unrealistic standards”). Everyone else is putting in their all to get results, and mind you, results sometimes aren’t always visible. Even if you don’t “look fit” your body has changed, it always is changing. You’ll become physically healthy I’m sure if it, so stop saying you didn’t get results because you definitely did. I’m not saying Chloe Ting works for everyone, but rather that people should refrain from discouraging her workouts by labelling them as “beginner level” or “ineffective” (not that there is anything fundamentally wrong about beginner workouts, but more so the derogatory manner in which the phrase is used). I lost 90 lbs in 2019 and going into 2020 strong until the pandemic. Since then I’ve gained back 20lbs. These videos have given me the drive to start again. Started today with the two week shred and this one. Only made it half way on both, but I’m determined to drop 100 lbs to hit my goal. I’m a chronic pain patient and I have 4 kids. @@mariawasa1993 it depends on your intake I guess. If you eat calorie surplus it will get bigger but if you calorie deficit, it will get smaller. Eitherway, you'll loose fat and gained muscles, but the size varies with your intake.
I’m going to try and do Chloes workouts immediately when she posts them and then do the 8 min warm up everyday along with the abs workout. I think that’s a good start for me because I’m only 13 and I’m just trying to get slim so I’m more comfortable wearing crop tops and shorts :) Thanks Chloe because I’ve already lost a bit of weight from doing one of your workouts every night and this is so much better than having to go out to a gym along with having to pay for a gym lots of love. 🥰🥰💖❤️💖
I used to wear rubber resistance bands during these type of workouts but they would always fold or move around. I recently bought Chloe’s resistance bands and wow! They are amazing!
To anyone who finished this workout and struggled: I’m so proud of you for completing it! It’s okay if you had to pause and take more breaks or if your form wasn’t 100% perfect the first time. What matters is that you did it and a 10 minute workout is still a workout = a day of being active. Be kind to yourself and focus on what you’ve achieved so far!
Day 1: Done. I’m starting on a Tuesday and don’t know if I have time to do this everyday but I want to be accountable for myself. Day 2: Done. Got a later start than I wanted but I did it!
@@mariawasa1993 I did this exercise and my glutes only got a little rounder, not necessarily bigger. However if I had done this exercise more I think it would have grown. Of course I think it depends more on body type and fat percentage. If somebody has a higher fat percentage I think their booty would get smaller. I hope this helps!
Just found this video after finding the “hip dip” video, so these are my top two favorite videos. My booty feels the burn, but my legs do as well. I feel accomplished finishing those two videos!! I cannot wait to keep going 😀

Because she is annoying, has made wrong promises, her form is quite bad some times and I don't wanna know how many people got injured. And the music is to loud and annoying. Enough reasons? She makes millions of dollars with these videos. She doesn't want to help anybody to get fit because she is so nice. She has a childish face and a small stomach, that's why girls like her and want to be like her. That's why her videos get so many views. Not because she is good. And I really doubt that this "Heyyyyy guyyyys!!" can be considered as 'being herself'. She's an adult with degrees in statistics and she worked as an actuarial analyst. She knows exactly how to generate more views and how to get more money out of young women that believe her when she says it'll only take two weeks to get a six pack. Chloe is a business women going 40 who knows how to make the most of her god given talents and her breast implants.

I finally completely the flat stomach challenge today guys!!!!! So happy ❤️. I only did the low impact workouts throughout the challenge and still the results are amazing. I also didn't follow a strict diet but still I got stronger everyday. So it definitely is effective and you should do it too

I felt extra sore doing the exercises today. Day 5✔️: Butt Measurements: Upper - 86.2cm, Mid - 91.3cm. Day 6✔️: Butt Measurements: Upper - 85.7cm, Mid - 89.9cm. Day 7✔️: Butt Measurements: Mid - 91.7cm. Depending on where I'm measuring, the Upper differs too much so I'll stop measuring it. Day one: I did the 2021 hourglass challenge back in 2021 and saw great results. I haven't really exercised much since then, though, and have lost most of my progress. So I'm doing it again! I didn't do the warmup today, but I will tomorrow. It was harder than I remember (I couldn't do many of the exercises and replaced them with either a modified plank or glute abductions), but I suppose that's to be expected. My arms are very shaky today, but it feels good to have it done. Day 2: I ended up not having the time to work out yesterday, so I did Day 2 today. Today was a lot easier than Day 1, even though I had an asthma attack during the warmup and had to take a break. My booty is burning, though. Day 3: Oof, arms day. Today was really hard, and I had to modify most of the exercises as I have weak nerd arms. I can't hold a plank for very long, so most of the planks I did modified, likewise with pushups. Glad it's done, though. Day 4: Today was pretty easy. Still can't do planks for very long and had to modify them. Day 5: I did the optional video, today was easy. Day 6: I didn't have the motivation to work out yesterday, but I'm resuming today. My back was quite sore yesterday, but I'm feeling better now. Day 7: Rest day, my booty is quite sore so I'm glad lol I'll update my progress here! 19 yo f, 157 lbs at start of challenge (I'm not expecting to lose much weight, but we'll see)

Thank you very much for these uploaded videos! I am over 35 years old, but I feel stronger than I did at 20! Working out has made my life better! For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I always feel so much better after I've finished. I also try to give people a bit of motivation (on my Channel) to take that first, hardest step because they definitely won't regret it. here's some advice that has helped me lose weight faster and get good results:
•Do not workout in the kitchen. Lol I did that cause our kitchen had enough room to move in, but trust me, you'll just end up eating between breaks.
•Everyone's body works different but if you want to lose fat more than carbs, then I recommend working out before breakfast. (I'm talking about high intensity workouts btw, you're burning more fat in low intensity workouts.) I usually drink some coffee 30 mins before working out. (after I drink 2 glasses of water of course!)
•I've also noticed that starting a workout is harder than that actual workout. But come on, most of Chloe's workouts are only 10-20 minutes and you can do this!
•Warm ups and especially cooldowns are important. You might not even feel sore and be more motivated to workout the next day.
•You don't need to have a low-carb diet to lose fat. It is true that it can make you lose more fat than a low-fat diel but carbs are life! (the healthy ones lol I'm not talking about that pizza you just imagined in your head) just don't overeat and you'll be fine.
•I recommend having a high-protein diet. I actually got faster results after I started eating more protein. At least have some protein after working out to avoid muscle loss!
•Challenge yourself! If you're doing the low impact exercises try one of the harder ones day by day. You'll be amazed by your progress! I really recommend this one cause you don't understand how stronger you got until you push yourself more!
•Definitely take the rest days in the program. Cause your body works while you're resting. But if you really want to workout then some scretching or walks would be great!
•If you've stopped the video and looking for some motivation: You're losing time right now. Only a few more seconds. Let's goo
•And lastly: working out is not only for you to lose weight but it also helps you a lot mentally! I've never been this happier and positive my whole life.

To all of you guys claiming that Chloe’s workouts are too easy and that you don’t break a sweat: stop kidding yourself. Her workouts are far from easy. In fact, workouts are never easy if you do them right. You don’t have to stick to her pace. If need be it, go faster for more cardio or slower for more strength. Personalize it: you don’t have to follow her exactly. If you use mind muscle connection I assure you you’ll feel the burn. I’d be dammed if any of you still argue that these workouts are solely for beginners because they definitely don’t have to be. If you’re already fit, good job, I’m proud of you. Keep going and push yourself to the max. That goes for everyone as well, but I do believe the ones who are already fit aren’t working hard enough, or rather, find an excuse not to work hard (as I read in another comment, they might have “unrealistic standards”). Everyone else is putting in their all to get results, and mind you, results sometimes aren’t always visible. Even if you don’t “look fit” your body has changed, it always is changing. You’ll become physically healthy I’m sure if it, so stop saying you didn’t get results because you definitely did. I’m not saying Chloe Ting works for everyone, but rather that people should refrain from discouraging her workouts by labelling them as “beginner level” or “ineffective” (not that there is anything fundamentally wrong about beginner workouts, but more so the derogatory manner in which the phrase is used). Started today with the two week shred and this one. Only made it half way on both, but I’m determined to drop 100 lbs to hit my goal. I’m a chronic pain patient and I have 4 kids. @@mariawasa1993 it depends on your intake I guess. If you eat calorie surplus it will get bigger but if you calorie deficit, it will get smaller. Eitherway, you'll loose fat and gained muscles, but the size varies with your intake.

@@mariawasa1993 I did this exercise and my glutes only got a little rounder, not necessarily bigger. However if I had done this exercise more I think it would have grown. Of course I think it depends more on body type and fat percentage. If somebody has a higher fat percentage I think their booty would get smaller. I hope this helps!

And I really doubt that this "Heyyyyy guyyyys!!" can be considered as 'being herself'. She's an adult with degrees in statistics and she worked as an actuarial analyst. She knows exactly how to generate more views and how to get more money out of young women that believe her when she says it'll only take two weeks to get a six pack. Chloe is a business women going 40 who knows how to make the most of her god given talents and her breast implants.

Day one: I did the 2021 hourglass challenge back in 2021 and saw great results. I haven't really exercised much since then, though, and have lost most of my progress. So I'm doing it again! I didn't do the warmup today, but I will tomorrow. It was harder than I remember (I couldn't do many of the exercises and replaced them with either a modified plank or glute abductions), but I suppose that's to be expected. My arms are very shaky today, but it feels good to have it done.
Day 2: I ended up not having the time to work out yesterday, so I did Day 2 today. Today was a lot easier than Day 1, even though I had an asthma attack during the warmup and had to take a break. My booty is burning, though.
Day 3: Oof, arms day. Today was really hard, and I had to modify most of the exercises as I have weak nerd arms. I can't hold a plank for very long, so most of the planks I did modified, likewise with pushups. Glad it's done, though.
Day 4: Today was pretty easy. Still can't do planks for very long and had to modify them.
Day 5: I did the optional video, today was easy.
Day 6: I didn't have the motivation to work out yesterday, but I'm resuming today. My back was quite sore yesterday, but I'm feeling better now.
Day 7: Rest day, my booty is quite sore so I'm glad lol

I am over 35 years old, but I feel stronger than I did at 20! Working out has made my life better!
For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I always feel so much better after I've finished.
I also try to give people a bit of motivation (on my Channel) to take that first, hardest step because they definitely won't regret it.

I was so determinated and I felt better with myself after finish the challenge, but I didn't have magical changes. Some people have it but I don't and I know I have to work hard for it, because nobody have the same body or same metabolism.
I've been onto it with Chloe since November and I can see my booty turning into one of these instagram model booties and It's literally a miracle, Chloe I love youuuu

Day 6:Great workout! I am actually surprised about how I could stay on a plank position during the whole time required. I definitely see progress. AND I didn't need to take longer breaks🤗
