This watch is absolutely perfect. I don’t understand the fascination with huge watches these days, and I think a lot of the new watches are very gaudy. It’s gotten out of control. Recently I inquired about 36mm watches at a jeweler and he immediately assumed I was buying for a woman. What? Why? This 36mm is plenty big for any man. I understand I may be biased because I have a smaller wrist- but I also remember Tony Soprano and his huge masculine wrist wearing this same piece perfectly. The way the trends are going- it seems like in the near future-I may only be interested in vintage watches . Congrats sir- it looks amazing.
Agree, 36mm is the best size for me, and it would work well for most people, excepting very large wrists. (I was even thinking about trying out a 34mm OP)
This is my favorite watch to wear. It's extremely comfortable. Mine has factory diamond bezel and string diamond champagne dial. Bark gold on the band. Rare 18078. But I usually wear it for dining out etc. It's really the true rolex. But gotta be fairly confident with diamonds. I see these on the old Hollywood stars and rappers... It's a cool vibe. You know the day also has a quick adjustment, right? Put the crown in the same position as you do for the date adjustment, but move it counterclockwise instead.
Very nice and iconic watch,the good point with the 36mm is the price at second hands because when the rich customer fight for buy the new 40mm 70hours power reserve the price of the recent 36mm is more and more low because suposed to be opsolet,i find various 36mm full gold around 17000euros or 24000...creasy

This is a perfect Rolex! And 36mm is the best size too, in my opinion. It is plenty of watch. It is between this in rose gold or the full rose gold GMT for me. I only want one gold Rolex and this is in the running when I hit another milestone birthday.
I switched it over to OrSlow, both the fatigue pants and overshirt. Accurate reproduction of vintage Army details and good quality material. Boots: Viberg Service Boots.
This might be a rare Tridor day date. Look carefully and you might actually see three different metals.... Yellow gold, white gold and platinum. Subtle difference in the last two. These are valuable... Let me know if this what you find. 😁😁😁. Enjoy the watch. I just wear mine all the time when dressed up a bit.

I feel its too small for a man. At least one of nirmal size. Maybe if you were below average size or small like most Asians, it wouldn't be a problem.

for that vintage outfit, without diamond would be much better fit. diamonds just not go with your out fit. Big fail.
