The voice for this video is a voice actor. I've heard him on many other vidoes/channels.
They've had other voices on the channel if you go back to the beginning.
My bet is that this is 100% completely made up content, not from his real experience.
That said, the obvious advice in the video is obvious and stands on its own.
I doubt it's any magic wand to get you your Rolex quickly though.

Call a highly reputable grey market merchant and buy it from there. Unless you’re willing to buy a dozen watches you’re not getting the one you want. And prices going higher is not guaranteed.

What you're stating is too good to be true. You make it sound like the Rolex Cartel doesn't play games. Tired of being on waiting lists. Too many games by these sales reps who are always ready to be taken to lunch - Can you read between lines ??? Maybe you need to watch the videos from the Rolex sales guy from Hawaii. There are too many other fine watch makers out there ! No customer should be treated the way Rolex treats it's customers. World recession coming in 2025 - Lets see how the Rolex Cartel & it's deceptive dealers weather the storm..........
There is some merit to this video. However, most AD boutiques cater to long time customers. Best place to get lucky is an international airport.
There's nothing new here that hasn't already been mentioned on other videos.
Your advice on how to get pieces is very good, however, your overview of the Rolex market and its models is too broad, and is too generalized, and can be financially injurious if taken literally by prospective buyers looking to "invest" in pieces.
The market is down and only a very few pieces are "profitable" to purchase.
Advice: Do a bit more research and make an edit of that section.
