  • What do vegan macros even look like? Can you hit 100% of your RDI’s? Find out in this video where I show you what I eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We dive deep in to Cronometer and find out what nutrients I'm getting.

    I watch UA-cam on the TV when I visit my mom. She refers to you as the “positive energetic vegan guy” and thinks your content and attitude would be perfect for Food Network. I couldn’t agree more!

      By comforting you mean enabling and vindicating. You know the majority of vegans don't thrive but you take this one as justification. Take away his "supplement" pills and injections and he would degrade rapidly

      @@rowenaanderson3739 it's his iris but he has catchlights from a light on one side (you can see it in the back mirrored) and one from the window on his other side. in the kitchen he doesn't have them as much because the light sources are more specular

    So easy to watch. I love your food. Beautifully prepared. I am a 75 yr old vegan lady that loves to experiment with veggie/grains bowls. I get lots of ideas here. By the way, as others commented - the eyes. HYPNOTIC!

    the format for this video is so good! gives the day of eating a more authentic feel since you don't have to "perform" for the camera during the day, and the commentary keeps it entertaining but makes it more educational and reflective. love that you show we can make gains with such simple go-to meal ideas, really encouraging for my own fitness goals! keep up the incredible content

    I enjoy the nutrient information and stats. I simply find this interesting and educational. Perhaps, if we learned more about this as kids, we would grow up knowing why a healthy diet is so beneficial and important and eat healthier.

    It's "Kala Namak" /ˈkɑːlə nʌmək/, This is a hindi word from India. Kala means Black, Namak means Salt, hence BLACK SALT or KALA NAMAK in Hindi :)

      @@AutumnBRreeze sulfur compound as you know ... If it's available I'll use it but if not combining it with salsa works too -- easiest way to deal with tofu from a lazy person who loves food.

    I always find these videos SO interesting! I try to remember to track a few days a month in Cronometer, just to see how I’m doing, on average. It’s kind of a pain, but I like having the information. Especially when someone asks if I’m getting enough B12, protein, or whatever, on a vegan diet.

    Cool video, i'm also currently tracking. Usually don't worry much about the day to day only the 2 weekly summary of averages you can get. Good to build up a meal plan that you mostly keep to track for a few weeks/ months to optimise it then try to roughly match that week to week with no longer tracking 😊
