I'm not sure if you noticed but this video was filmed on a new camera! The channel had a great few months so we decided to upgrade to bring the highest quality video to you. We went from our Canon M50 to the Sony A7C. #sorrycanon Apparently I have some learning to do as it seems to have uploaded in a different format.
Learning as I go, the only way to do it!

The squirrels must love you guys for the water and snacks. Pears and any nutbutter is indeed delicious! Especially with a bit of cinnamon.

I recommend starting potatoes in cold water to cook them more evenly and gently! Plus no scare of splashing boiling water :)

Great idea. I am going to sprint a bit. I was running with my 5yr old granddaughter who said “Nani your so slow” 😳🤣. So I caught up to her and tapped her and then tripped and fell 😳. I need to practice running again.
Yes paddy pans are supper. First time I ate those I was 15yrs old. I absolutely love them. My sister cut them in chunks, steamed them then added salt, pepper & little real butter. I need to plant myself paddy pan plants. Did you ever wonder - - Why dont stores sell them???. Your video was great as usual. I like your nature hikes. Have a great day!! Don’t forget to remind Crystal how much you appreciate her. It’s so important that we tell our loved ones what they mean to us.
Tip - soak the date for an hour or 2 before adding to your dressing. It dissolves in the dressing rather than chunks.
I love the full day of eating/working out videos--excellent inspiration! I've enjoyed your videos for years, but I have to say they have been really outstanding this past year. The amount of work you put in definitely shows!

I've kind of settled on uploading 1 video a week (although I want to bring back the 2 vids/week) and it keeps me in a good flow, but I do feel pressured to make sure it's a good one if it's the only upload that week. I'm glad the effort comes through, I take a lot of pride in my videos so thank you!
When I first went vegan my breakfast every single day was two honeycrisp apples with two tbsp of natural peanut butter, a cup of strawberries and two slices of whole grain toast with earth balance "butter" I LOOOVE Apples and Peanut Butter

I used to halve apples and take out the core. Then put a spoonful of peanut butter in the hollow. My kids loved them, called them "peanut butter in a hole". They made them for their children too.

Peanut and apple was my FAVORITE snack as a kid.... then I grew up and discovered ALMOND BUTTER... so much better!

I had never heard of nor considered Apple + PB til I met my husband as a teen and he made it as a snack for us. I was like WHAAAAAA...?!?! 15 Years later its the only way 1 of our kiddos will enjoy his apples 😆😆

I injured my back 3 months ago. 'If you don't use it, you lose it' is hitting me especially hard right now. Going through physio, lost a ton of strength and flexibility. Idk when I'll be able to run again, but I'm working hard towards it. It's the light at the end of the tunnel for me. 🏃♀️
Ah dang. Sorry to hear, but good on you for doing the work! I wasn't at all referring to people who are disabled for any reason, I hope it came across. I just noticed in myself that it starts to go, and I know it's tough to get it back. All the best on your recovery, I have faith in you.
@@Simnettnutrition Oh no, I didn't take any offense! It's the stupidest thing, woke up one morning and I must have pulled something in my back while I slept. Had major back spasms on and off for 3 months. I think the worst is past now, but now I have to rebuild to where I was. I love living vicariously through your nature vlogs even when I feel well! But I can def attest to losing strength and flexibility quickly when you don't (or can't) use it.

I only sprint, almost never jog. It gets boring sprintingly fast. Lol.
I like to go from 0 to max output. Gives me this "super-enhanced-cat-on plants-chasing-prey" vibe.
I used to be a big time runner. Like lot’s of miles and I even did all races. Then I got arthritis.I had to get hip surgery. So now I do some walking . But do yoga with weight lifting everyday . I usually eat oatmeal filled with blueberries and a banana. Unsweetened almond milk. And a smoothie filled with blackberries and blueberries and a banana.. with some organic protein powder ! Thank you for sharing your amazing day with working out and recipes. I’m just starting out with ny new lifestyle of plant based foods. How does everyone eat vegan in restaurants??
Thanks for the inspiration! I’m 55 and still play soccer on Sundays with the young guys so I can get in my sprints. When I’m chasing down the ball, I feel like I’m in my 20s again. Plants have totally jacked up my endurance and recovery.
I do eat a bit of pasta naturally because I am Italian. But my favorite carbohydrate sources to eat or oatmeal which I have for breakfast every single day of the week no matter what. And I also love potatoes which are my second favorite carbohydrate source. They are very filling for very few calories. And come on! Who doesn’t love potatoes?

Your recipes look delicious, and I like how you use simple ingredients that are already in your kitchen, so you don't have to go out and buy all new ingredients to make a dish. And your videos inspire me to add more raw veggies to all of my meals!
I prefer a homemade dressing to anything store bought nowadays since they all seem to have too much salt and oil, and my go-to recipe is pretty similar to yours. Tahini, water, lemon juice, hummus, nooch, stone ground mustard, onion/garlic powder, paprika, etc. I don't usually add dates because I'm often too lazy to use my blender, but I've added dates before and it's awesome! That pattypan squash is picture perfect 🖼💛
