Great information. Thank you. I will tell you something else very important. Electrically charge your water by shaking it vigorously for 30s or more. This adds oxygen plus also breaks up water memory and structure. Water uses hydrogen bonding to form structures. Think of how different snow flakes are. You don't want this. By shaking the water you break up these temporary bonds and make the water more electrically available to your body. You will know this is working because you will be able to drink large amounts of water without peeing it out quickly. Your body will retain and use it longer. Hope this helps.

I have been maintaining a better brain on a few drops a couple times a week. I went to about 350-400 mg magnesium around the same time so I think that played into the brain fog resolution as well.

Or I just get some general negative reaction. I have the same struggle, i think its even worse because there are so many myths and hoax's out there which is difficult to recognize for normal people. Good information and advice like this is quickly labeled misinformation because actual researchers and professionals refuse to actually study and tell us what actually is based on truth and what not.
The other way around too, many people believe myths because its simply impossible for many people to see the difference between Real or fake, if only professionals took it seriously they could guide us through it!
With that being said i know that this is true because this is backed up by actual science, its just that not many people have access to actual science! Whaaa frustrating!

However, I was drinking so much water like 8 quarts a day at least, and using plain salt too. So I started learning that my water was empty, reverse osmosis, which strips everything out and by drinking so much water I was flushing nutrients ect out of me. So I started drinking water with lemon and switched my salt to Redmonds which I also added in my quart jars and only about 8-10 cups a day. I drink it throughout the day though Much much better now.

Until research was done by myself, now I drink water with lemon and Redmond salt about two quarts a day. Other liquids like green tea or some broth. No soda, no fruit juice, ect. I feel good! Dr. Ken Berry turned us on to this water. Been drinking it everyday for the last year and feeling good. The only salt I ever use is Redmonds!💧😊

I've never heard of that before, but I did know a good mineral salt helps with hydration and I put a pinch of it or so in my water during the summer or when I'm feeling a little dehydrated. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and time with us! Blessings to you!

That's amazing, love continuing to learn ways to take care of our bodies. We fill up big 5 gallon jugs on my parents well and keep it in the fridge. We stay away from tap water. We have a burkey but have not used it yet. Can't wait to try that out.

Thanks for sharing this Doug! I just started drinking the glass of warm well water with 1/4 teaspoon Redmond salt and some lemon first thing in the morning like Stacy does. It's great! I thought it would taste sour or salty and it doesn't. It's a very satisfying drink like you said. I like your rhyme Doug. I've been doing this since Stacy talked about it recently. I have not heard of the Sole before this.

Update! I went to the dentist after drinking this and I had had 14 depth of "4" pockets on my last dental visit 6 months before. I had 2 depth of "4" pockets! My hygienist had her dental visit too and she had 4, depth of "4" pockets in her check up! I asked her if she was "fudging" my numbers and she said she wasn't. I think the Sole with the Redmond Salt remineralized my teeth and helped my gums heal up! I am amazed! Thanks for telling us about this Sole Stacy! You are helping me with my dental health!

Doug and Stacy, I switched to Celtic salt(from reg. sea salt) about 9-10 months ago which has 82 minerals in it-it's a hand harvested sea salt with 3 magnesiums which helps the water get into your cells ...well here's a video about this salt by Barbara O'Neil: ua-cam.com/video/cBuK73K7t_0/v-deo.html. Celtic salt is great! I don't have the swelling around my ankles that was happening.Love what you guys do. ~Peace~
