So I watched the full episode and just like this short snippet still doesn't show all five you get the three then you start asking questions that deviate away from the five ways ! Or was the sunlight grounding and breathing separate ? How much mineralized Baja gold or Celtic salt should be mixed into the 10 of water ?

@thedudemandude lol spare me. Humans haven't been getting poisoned like this in the history of mankind. Every single thing we hold, wear, ingest, breath or simply gaze upon is making us sick. Fuck just holding this phone and staring at it isn't healthy and all of these tiny things add up. It's almost unfathomable to think about. I do like your optimism however. Cheers.

Easiest way to see how grounding works is to take a little voltmeter ($15), hold the negative lead in one hand and the positive lead in the other. Check your voltage. Then, take your shoes off and step from the pavement to the grass and see the difference.

You are talking about electric charge - he is saying its magnetic. It sounds like nonsense, unless you get someone to better explain what is going on. If this were true it would work at any building level as the potential charge anywhere - even inside will be the same because the entire building is grounded.

Grounding a car, grounding a house, grounding an outlet, grounding yourself... all doing the same thing. if you are standing in a building that is grounded you are not grounded because only the buildings electronics are grounding not the building itself. and you are wearing shoes which prevent you from being grounded until you take them off and touch soil. the building itself is grounded by a pole that goes into the ground. it's called a grounding rod.

Agreed. This guy has machines for everything.
I bought a grounding sheet but felt no better ( maybe the silver threads didn't like the washing machine). But sitting barefoot in the garden after sunrise for an hour (sunset too) was gently invigorating. Getting infrared plus grounding. So I got an infrared light panel, as we live in the U.K., so sunny warm mornings are rare.

As a physicist the part on magnetism and charge was a difficult watch. There may be something good about getting your feet on the ground but it's not because the Earth's magnetic field and discharging only work outside (check your compass next time you're on the loo).

it's easy, measure the voltage running through your body while sittings next to your IT system, repeat while putting your naked feet on a grounding mat below your table.
I bought a mattress and pillow cover for about 175€ in order to be grounded during sleep aka the longest daily period of rest. It's almost impossible to achieve similar benefits during day time by walking bare foot. So far it's the only thing that helps me with the nerve pain in my feet (neuropathy). It doesn't cure it but helps to walk pain free in the morning for 2 -3 hrs.

I tested and still use strophantin, lithium, iodine, benfothiamin. Just learned that neurogenesis (growth of nerves) can be supported by using warmth, either via sauna or bathing in warm water at about 42°C. A red light infrared panel didn't help.
However chances are it's another side effects of my long covid.

The single most powerful thing I have done to defeat both my anxiety and depression is walk barefoot for at least a mile daily. I just came in from a 2 mile jog/ run right now. The PMF mat is there a cheaper version which can do the same job?
And the infrared light you and your partner bought, what was the make as there are so many and prices vary so much.
And when looking on the Internet you never really know if your getting the right thing. In advance thank you for any advice you could forward on.

Which tap water is he talking about? It's not the same in every country. Where I live it's controlled to be perfectly good to use it to mix babys milk products with. Without boiling it first. So. A filter for microplastic is.... exciting? Didn't know that.
But lets hear what else is there
Edit: The pH of human blood has very very little space to go up or down before putting you straight to the hospital... I won't EVER mess with that. Your liver must be totally screwed for your blood to be off it's pH and presenting you with symptoms.

    • @IamDude2
      @IamDude2 12 днів тому +5

I hope you don’t live in the UK, what we thought was excellent water quality turns out to be full of microplastics, fluoride, chlorine to name a few. All 3 should be filtered out. And yes, the PH of your blood doesn’t change much at all, we’re talking a couple of decimal places, but that’s enough. And if it’s the government or water companies saying your water is good enough to mix with baby’s milk or formula, well that’s on you.

The mixture of cottage cheese and flax seed oil or UDO’s oil omega 3-6-9 is the cornerstone of the Budwig diet. You make the mixture of cottage cheese, flax seed oil and some low-fat milk. You can have it as part of a muesli made from ground or whole flax seeds. You can also add some fruit, nuts and honey to the seeds. It’s combined with the protein and makes absorption into cells easier .

What about raw sewage? Mexico famously pumps it’s raw sewage out into the Oceans. The raw sewage from Tijuana drifts Northwards with the currents and pollutes San Diego Beaches. It makes surfers sick! There are often pollution alerts due to the sewage. So how do you know for sure the Baja Sea Salt is free of raw sewage?

In the beginning of the podcast he says to add Balja Gold salt or Celtic salt to 10 oz. of water and 'whack it back.' Later, he says to add salt to a 10 oz glass, but don't drink it. Let it dissolve and then take 2 tablespoons from that glass and put it in a gallon of water (don't drink it out of the 10 oz glass). What I don't understand is why people can't tell you how much salt you should put in the glass in the morning and, 'whack it back.' Why leave out that important information? Putting too much salt in your morning drink can do more harm than good. It's just irresponsible to not be more exact with measurements.
