They blocked the roads with their cars and all lights came on. I was so surprised that they trapped me in the intersection, while they blocked all lanes of the highway. Next thing I realized is they got out of their cars with their guns pointing at me. I looked at my friend and was like wtf did you do? Then walk backwards towards his voice, kneel and put hands on my head. They came over and pretty much gang tackled me while I was kneeling with my hands on my head. My only thought was to go limp as a sign of submission. After twisting my arm the opposite direction that it bends, like 29 times and kneeling on my spinal cord with all if their weight combined. I started to get really light headed and confused. I did hear INE if them ask me where the gun is and another saying a "late model camaro". This is when I got angry and yelled at them saying " this is a fn 69 camaro, I don't have a fkn gun" . I could see them looking at each other and whispering to each other. Dave Chappelle had a bit about not wanting to call the police because of how nice his house was. That it would looks he didn’t belong there. This is why I’m hesitant to call the police to this day.
I think the officer should be charged for the 5 follow-up shots. But the first shot itself is very troubling as well. I understand you're afraid of people with guns as an officer. BUT, if that's the case, why did you walk past all of those closed doors? Hell, he even opens one of them as though he's about to clear it, but just immediately proceeds past it. Anyone with a gun could jump out behind you as you pass the doors and shoot you in the back. I get that you're running towards the noise you're hearing, and i understand that, but with 2 armed people inside the house (apparently, based on 911 info), you should probably wait until more backup arrives. You're trying to be the hero, which is very dangerous both for you, and for the victims. Waiting just a couple more minutes could mean life or death for the victims, but so could charging in and making reckless decisions. Anyway, now that he made the decision to enter, to not clear the house but charge through it, not even turn any lights on, he sees in front of him a guy in his underwear, and a fully-clothed woman wearing what appears to be a mask (i know its a hijab). They're wrestling each other for a knife. You know the caller is male. It might be a good choice to ASK THEM WHAT IS HAPPENING rather than "DROP THE KN.. BOOM BOOM BOOM!" Like, had he just taken 5 seconds to attempt to figure out what is happening, just listen to either one of them until he would have surely heard " I CALLED I CALLED! I AM THE HOMEOWNER!"
interesting facts about 911: despite the fact that MOST people will only ever have to dial 911 about once or twice in their lifetime, with many people never having to do so, there are still about 240 million calls to 911 each year in the USA. There are about 40,000-60,000 shootings in the USA involving injury. About 1,000 of these are police officer-involved civilian deaths. That means that out of every 911 call, only 0.02% of them will involve a shooting. That's almost none of them. Ask many officers who are near retirement, many of them have never experienced an actual gunfight in their entire career. So, for so many officers to just be charging into situations guns blazing is just .... absolutely unnecessary. "The person may have a gun." WELL, considering that's our 2nd Amendment right, i guess they might! Is there too much gun violence in America? YES! But it still makes up such a small percentage of total incidents that it's almost silly for the police to carry their guns with them. Let's say you have a phone, and the battery lasts all day. You never need to charge it at work. But you carry your charger with you just in case. If your phone had a 0.02% chance to die while at work, you would go 5,000 years before ever needing the charger you've been carrying around daily. You'd feel silly looking back on that, like "why did i ever bother carrying it?" Let me put it this way: I'm 40 years old. Many of you are 15, 20, 25, 40, 75 years old. Out of everyone who reads this comment, almost none of us will have ever been shot at with a gun. Yet, if you called 911 right now for literally ANYTHING, the police will show up and their first and main concern will be who has a gun. And they will kill in order to find that information out.
In what scenario is it ok to headshot anyone when there is no immediate risk to the shooter? It's less accurate, more deadly and it's not what is teached in the police academy 🤷
A 220 pound woman with a knife is a threat for sure when you're 185 pound man. But what eventually happened with the passed out woman behind the sofa? Was she indeed drugged...?
"Alejandra Boudreaux"is actually "Robert Boudreaux-Williams". Explains that factor which no one has mentioned. Robert also has a history of this kind of criminal behaviour.
According to another commenter they actually did tho, which of course makes the officer’s actions even more egregious, inexplicable and confounding. Like come on, 5 fkng shots, AFTER a head shot??? Absolutely inexcusable and unforgivable.
He knew who he was looking for- it’s on the body cam- he kept saying the person’s description over and over as he was getting out of the car. So he knew- but still screwed it up. Completely incompetent.
The level of police incompetence here is criminal. Dispatcher didn't tell responding officers who called or even the gender? Even the perp counted on cops going for the gun instead of taser. Shooting in the head, shooting him again multiple times. Failure to find the date-rape-drugged lady for hours. We must be living in a cartoon or something because competent police would never have done at least five things they did.
its not always incompetence. In this case and many others, these officers of the law know what they’re doing. They get off on killing minorities and disenfranchised youths
Situations like this once again reveals we have a long way to go. People still lack critical thinking skills… still judge on outer appearances… And the list goes on. ANYTHING to divide us.
Red hoodie dude is a big man, a man who set out to get another man killed. Drugged lady might have been strangely lucky 😲 to have been passed out in a hidden place 🙄.
Has anyone ever even checked if any cops know what “de-escalate “ even means? Because it seems rare that they do anything but escalate things much more.
I watched a deposition where a cop explained how pointing a gun and shouting at someone was de-escalation because they need to have full control and compliance over the situation in order to deescalate it.
@@StarmersKarma : No one is rushing to judge. It’s a fact that an unconscious woman was found in the house by the crime scene workers. If you think that is appropriate for a child to be exposed to, then I consider you immoral also. It’s a fact that his daughter reported the parties that he had in the home. If you also consider that appropriate then that is another reason why I will proceed deem you as immoral. I am just basing my opinions on the facts. What are you basing your opinions on?
Impetuous, callous, and unjustified. 2 seconds is barely enough time for anything to happen. This is second degree murder and the woman should also be charged with his death as well as the break in, and property damage.
If officers did not know who is the caller and who is the perpetrator… the 911 dispatcher do not do their job or perhaps the violence prevented the caller from telling him/her (dispatcher) that information. That information is vital. I haven’t seen the whole video yet…
It’s getting to the point where people are having to seriously consider whether it’s actually a good idea to call the cops for help. This officer DID know who called 911, he responded to the house in the days before he murdered Brandon, he was also told what the intruder was wearing.
So the guy in his underwear was the home invader, while the woman in the hooded jacket was the victim?? Also, it's claimed that the dispatcher described the intruder to the officer. It appears that the situation was stable and that there was time for talk. The cop was in no immediate danger. A 100% avoidable atrocity. How do the police continue to recruit such panicky and logically challenged officers? The blame is shared between the officer, and the officials who put such unsuitable and under-trained police into the field.
@@j3suisd3 You seem to have misunderstood something - it was his girlfriend in the jacket! Though according the to good Dr, she was bigger and heavier than the poor victim.
Putting out this fast lol, just learned about this 30 mins ago. I mean yeah its a stressful situation but you have two guys fighting over a knife, ones in a bright red jacket/face mask and the other is in their underwear. Kinda obvious whos breaking into whos house
Just playing devils advocate here, the man was holding the woman to the wall and seemed to have primary control of the knife. He did appear to be the primary aggressor on first glance and I can see taking the first shot to prevent serious injury. Though if dispatch did describe the situation at all, the officer could have known. We were taught to slow down in the academy. However, the other shots? Idk.
@downrangefuture6493 good thing a cop is here to play devils advocate and take the side of the perp and cop against the innocent person. I can see why you were hired as a cop. Go stand in the corner and wait while the adults solve things
I really need more info on the drugged person who slept through a shooting and was found by a crime scene tech behind the sofa. I saw some comments about it but they only left me with more questions than answers.
I don't understand what prompts someone, like a cop, in this type of situation, to shoot someone multiple times after delivering a head shot, which was probably enough to kill an elephant. How can someone shoot someone FIVE TIMES who's injured, unarmed, and down??
Not really, the dude in red also being a man is relevant, if red hoodie dude was a lady Brandon would not have needed police help to disarm a lady. But red hoodie knife man is bigger.
There's no way that him being a man has any relevance in this case. The man was trying to protect himself and his child! The POS cop told them to drop the weapon and shot him in the head 2 seconds later! 2 seconds!? Then, in act of overkill, the cop put 5 more rounds in this INNOCENT man! What's relevant her is that an Innocent man was the victim of a home invasion, so naturally he called the police to save him and his child. Instead, he was brutally murdered by the very people whose job it was to protect him and his teenage daughter. It doesn't matter that the knife wielding offender is a woman! What if she got to the child first?? If one person is armed and the other isn't, that's relevant as well.
What about the airline ticket that got canceled? Who used a suspicious credit card to purchase it? I don't think Brandon's love life has anything to do with an investigation unless he was the one that drugged the other woman. It's no crime to have several love interests.
It'll never change.. my main comment tho is to tell you Dr. Grande have such a great sense of humor I love all your content and seem to be a great Psychologist. I wish I could be your patient! Anyway, thanks for the fun, ignore the haters!😂 see ya Bruce
Unfortunately, being a man-and a man of color in today's social climate-combined with a gun-trigger-happy officer and a jealous, vindictive girlfriend, led to this young man's tragic death. It's deeply unfortunate, and the officer should be charged because the use of force was excessive. The first shot was enough, as the man was no longer a threat after that.
"He will have to live with this poor decision for the rest of his life." If he's found not guilty, he'll go through life just fine never thinking about this again. Terrible people don't have a conscience. When I was a kid and people used to say that people who did bad things would have to live with the guilt, that's just not true. They don't care.
Brandon’s daughter being home while he drugs a woman sounds crazy, another reason could be she and Brandon were partying in his man cave and doing narcotics. A simple blood test would give a better idea.
Hearing Dr. Large say repeatedly "who's daddy now? Who's daddy now?" In his seriously monotone voice, is forever implanted in my brain as one of the funniest things I've heard. I've got an image of him now, being assertive in a suggestive manner. Hilarious. 😂😂😂😂
NOT making excuses for the cop. He MOST definitely f-ed up w/the 5 additional shots. The original first shot could be looked at like a BAD (but somewhat understandable) mistake. It was a bad situation no doubt, but the woman is more to blame in my mind. I remember reports of cops shooting ppl for holding a rock and it was declared justified homicide. (IT HAS HAPPENED, why not just back up? ). One point I would argue is that bc he was in his underwear isn't a no brainer. What if he was trying to rape that woman? Just remember there is only seconds sometimes and I think that matters. I am not making excuses for the cop, but I could never be a cop bc I know I have made poor judgements at times when I had nothing but good intentions. Therefore, I avoid those situations/circumstances the best I can. The 5 additional shots? Wow, that might be hard to explain. I often wonder why their training instructs them to keep shooting until they are certain. Overall, I would say "heat of the moment" and sort of feel bad for the officer. (not saying he didn't screw up BIG TIME) His life is OVER as well as the man he shot bc he made a huge mistake under pressure. I very much doubt he is enjoying his "vacation" as another poster suggested. Can you imagine what his life is now like?
I can’t imagine how awful the officer feels about what he did. 2 seconds before discharging? Then when the homeowner was down, the officer lets more off into him? That seems extremely excessive. (Sorry, I have to rephrase my comments because mine seem to get removed.) Consoldences to his dear daughter.
The poor kid. I’m worried that if her party-lifestyle father had custody then she has nowhere else safe to go. And she’s at just the age to go off the rails due to the impact of the stress and grief. And Alexandra’s nasty comment to Isabella is almost worse than her I’ll intent towards Brandon.

interesting facts about 911: despite the fact that MOST people will only ever have to dial 911 about once or twice in their lifetime, with many people never having to do so, there are still about 240 million calls to 911 each year in the USA.
You'd feel silly looking back on that, like "why did i ever bother carrying it?"
Let me put it this way: I'm 40 years old.
Hearing Dr. Grande repeat the phrase "who's daddy now?" absolutely made my day 🤣🤣🤣
it's particularly funny cause we all know Dr. Grande = daddy
Lol😅
In what scenario is it ok to headshot anyone when there is no immediate risk to the shooter? It's less accurate, more deadly and it's not what is teached in the police academy 🤷
Dude murdered an innocent man in cold blood smh…
Innocent men don't secretly put sedatives in women's drinks that will knock them out for several hours.
Thanks, Doc! Always appreciate your uploads!
A 220 pound woman with a knife is a threat for sure when you're 185 pound man. But what eventually happened with the passed out woman behind the sofa? Was she indeed drugged...?
Woman @ birth?
"Alejandra Boudreaux"is actually "Robert Boudreaux-Williams". Explains that factor which no one has mentioned. Robert also has a history of this kind of criminal behaviour.
@eidetecker oooooooooo🗯
I like your take on this case. Good work! A personal approach. High quality!👌
If officers making entry don't know who called, then the dispatcher should be fired
That's a part of it
According to another commenter they actually did tho, which of course makes the officer’s actions even more egregious, inexplicable and confounding.
@@crinklecut3790incompetent? I guess pure hatred and malice doesn't exist anymore.
You really have to be careful of who you allow into your home when you have a child. End of story.
You act like only black people are shot by police and other race gets shot @@poindextertunes
Ah gender
Situations like this once again reveals we have a long way to go. People still lack critical thinking skills… still judge on outer appearances… And the list goes on. ANYTHING to divide us.
Red hoodie dude is a big man, a man who set out to get another man killed. Drugged lady might have been strangely lucky 😲 to have been passed out in a hidden place 🙄.
Why isn't anyone talking about the drugged woman????
Because these incels are too busy trying to relinquish Brandon of any accountability for his life choices.
@@FMD70757 like I'm not crazy right?... and her saying she's saving the world INCLUDING his daughter??
Dr Grande explains this, it's not relevant to the shooting. We don't even know if she was "drugged", there's only her word for that.
On the full badge cam ,the dispatcher verbalized what the suspect was wearing. It was pretty accurate.
This blows my mind.
Hee haw
Blew Brandon's, too ...
In what world would you think that the half naked guy wearing just boxers is the intruder?
In the a world where guys break in to commit rapes. But I agree the officer shouldn’t have shot the gun.
Thanks Dr Grande, now I can't stop thinking about Mr. Bookman the library cop, on the TV series Seinfeld.
😂😂😂😂
R.I.P. Brandon 🕊️💙✨
I doubt it. Rapist don’t get to rest in peace.
Thanks, Dr. Grande. Hope you’re well. 🙂
This case is a horrific mess. 😢
RIP Brandon. 🙏🏼❤️🕊
I can't say the officer should be charged, but clearly that officer should no longer be given a firearm!
undisciplined trigger finger seems to be very common among police.
Theyve been disciplined by society into believing in the automatic innocence of women and the automatic guiltiness of men.
with great power comes great responsibility.
Most people are seduced by it and that is a result of weak character.
Esp when the victim is Blk
Very interesting thank you Dr G!
Thanks Dr Grande. You told me more than the MSM did.
Perhaps bc Dr. G isn’t trying to stoke a race war.
❤️🍀
The woman aggressor is the true guilty party, if she wasn't there doing what she did, the police would never have been there.
What kind of awful man has drugged and unconscious women in his house at the same time as his child?
What kind of awful person rushes to judge without the facts?
@@StarmersKarma : No one is rushing to judge. It’s a fact that an unconscious woman was found in the house by the crime scene workers.
If you think that is appropriate for a child to be exposed to, then I consider you immoral also.
It’s a fact that his daughter reported the parties that he had in the home.
If you also consider that appropriate then that is another reason why I will proceed deem you as immoral.
I am just basing my opinions on the facts.
What are you basing your opinions on?
The confusion in this case may be because both Alejandra and Brandon were men. Google the story
Compelling. Oh lordy, that all sounds like one big steaming chaotic mess! Whatta scene, man, whatta scene. The lives of others, and all that....
What a shame! The woman in the house was EXTREMELY destructive and violent! WHY is the KILLER POLICE on administrative, PAID leave?! Committed MURDER!
Impetuous, callous, and unjustified. 2 seconds is barely enough time for anything to happen. This is second degree murder and the woman should also be charged with his death as well as the break in, and property damage.
Guilty of being male
You spelled black wrong
Calling the police DOES make things worse
Man so many of these women are beyond crazy. Super jealous and emotional sociopaths
And just like in this case, they know the authorities will assume they are the victim rather than the perpetrator
That is so devastating and frustrating
I feel so sorry for this dude and his daughter. For all men make sure you do your due dilligence some.of these women crazy asf
Everything about this is horrible.
That poor little girl.
Similar to the cop who shot the unarmed lady who was in her kitchen recently.
This officer DID know who called 911, he responded to the house in the days before he murdered Brandon, he was also told what the intruder was wearing.
never trust a cop to help you
This is why Americans fear their own police⚛❤
So the guy in his underwear was the home invader, while the woman in the hooded jacket was the victim?? Also, it's claimed that the dispatcher described the intruder to the officer. It appears that the situation was stable and that there was time for talk. The cop was in no immediate danger. A 100% avoidable atrocity. How do the police continue to recruit such panicky and logically challenged officers? The blame is shared between the officer, and the officials who put such unsuitable and under-trained police into the field.
They weed out people with half a brain because cops that think won't follow all orders immediately
It was a bloke in the hooded jacket ... he is bigger & sounds a dangerous nutter.
@@j3suisd3 You seem to have misunderstood something - it was his girlfriend in the jacket! Though according the to good Dr, she was bigger and heavier than the poor victim.
Hi, we are with the US government and we are here to help.
Putting out this fast lol, just learned about this 30 mins ago. I mean yeah its a stressful situation but you have two guys fighting over a knife, ones in a bright red jacket/face mask and the other is in their underwear. Kinda obvious whos breaking into whos house
That is good insight that most will miss like myself. thank you!
Idk.
@@downrangefuture6493complete nonsense
@downrangefuture6493 good thing a cop is here to play devils advocate and take the side of the perp and cop against the innocent person. I can see why you were hired as a cop. Go stand in the corner and wait while the adults solve things
@@downrangefuture6493ludicrous please don’t be a cop
Karma is crazy.
How can the cop not have all the info before entering the house??
All info should be passed on from the 911 operator.
There are SO many things wrong with the actions of the people in this story. Mind blowing story.
Dr grande I really enjoy your after thoughts.
That cop killed that man for no reason .
Awesome analysis Dr. Grande!
The Dr. Grande Trend Jacking Machine. You need another channel to go over how you put these great videos together.
"We're the police, and we are here to help."
Omg! I know this guy! I’ve been hearing about this in the news and didn’t realize that it was Brandon. Wow… how freaking sad :(.
Did you go to the drug parties in the garage? Is that why you are sad that this rapist is off the streets?
Most of the time, breaking into a house in your underwear is quite safe.
What about the airline ticket that got canceled? Who used a suspicious credit card to purchase it?
I don't think Brandon's love life has anything to do with an investigation unless he was the one that drugged the other woman. It's no crime to have several love interests.
Like you said, he drugged a woman and was messing with the other girls flight
It'll never change.. my main comment tho is to tell you Dr. Grande have such a great sense of humor I love all your content and seem to be a great Psychologist. I wish I could be your patient! Anyway, thanks for the fun, ignore the haters!😂 see ya
Bruce
No way that cop is innocent. If the victim is unknown, you don't just start randomly shooting people.
"Hey Boss I may have found a clue" Dr. Grande you are hilarious 😂 😂
Dealing with certain types of women will land you in jail or hell

Be aware of the consequences that come with shacking up with crazy.
He liked ‘em crazy!
…or both.
Victim-blaming is so necessary here. /s/
"He will have to live with this poor decision for the rest of his life."
If he's found not guilty, he'll go through life just fine never thinking about this again. Terrible people don't have a conscience. When I was a kid and people used to say that people who did bad things would have to live with the guilt, that's just not true. They don't care.
We’re going to gloss over the fact that a woman was drugged and then not found until the next morning???!
Loving this Grande morning ❤ thanks Dr G
I can’t imagine how awful the officer feels about what he did. 2 seconds before discharging? Then when the homeowner was down, the officer lets more off into him? That seems extremely excessive. (Sorry, I have to rephrase my comments because mine seem to get removed.)
Consoldences to his dear daughter.
There's a high rate of comment deletions lately
Cop feels fine, he was uninjured.
You're in your friend's house. You're behind a couch. You have no idea how you got there or how much time has passed. You feel like you blacked out. You're awakened by the police. Your friend has been murdered.
Crazy that removing standards and dignity from policing had deleterious results
