my wife needs to watch the SPOS segment, I have the disease in a very progressively way😀
Your tranny tranfer case probably will go out at 159k

I say itll last abt 250,000 itll fail maybe 220,000
SPOS is not new, back in the day here in the UK the same malady was called 'Escortitis', the symptoms were an incessant urge to modify the engine and update the suspension, many sufferers lost all their money when the illness struck hard and they often suffered from divorce. The sickness is highly contagious and those looking to avoid infection should watch out for one of the main indicators that infected folk are near by looking out for black tyre marks on the road and the roaring of a small engine being revved hard, The best medical advice is to get out of the infection area as soon as possible to avoid transmission, if an infected car unexpectedly comes into sight displaying indications that the driver is infected (such as wide wheels, modified bodywork, loud exhaust etc) the advice is to close ones eyes and put fingers in ones ears and wait quietly for the danger to pass..
Ah yes I hate when they try to dump their auto trans. Nobody can avoid transmission at that point. Its errywhere.
lol I’m saying 157253. Thanks for the tire code to btw I need a new set of tires
I suffer badly from that 😅
No treatment but continue with the disease. That’s a terrible diagnosis.
I own a Nissan Frontier. They just work as is.
As a 4 escort (2 in bits, all non running atm) owner I feel personally attacked by this diagnostic
I’m a doctor, and certify SPOS is the real deal, good thing is the treatment includes more wrenching and ordering more parts

Based on previous SHO experience with this generation, I think you have a high pressure fuel issue. Last one I had, had a failed high pressure fuel pump that killed the fuel injectors. It will be fine at higher rpm but will be very sluggish from a dig. You may want to consider the replacement of the HPFP and injectors. Should help the sluggishness off the line. The pump is pretty easy to replace and injectors arent too bad. I could help you out with it if needed. I work in the area. (I was a master certified ford mechanic for 10 years)
I am certainly not a technician but working in parts for Ford the last 6 years of my life you see some trends in this issue. The high pressure pump and injectors even for trucks with the 5.0 and 3.5 are common items to check when having a long crank or fuel pressure issue. Sometimes it's just the driver module. Definitely worth a look for a car with 150k miles.
Hopefully you see this. How sluggish would it be like take a lil bit for it to kick in and go?
@@feelinloud It's a little hard to explain, but basically, it would feel weaker for a good second or so, then feel like full power. It may not be consistent either. Throttle response on the 3.5 Ecoboost should be pretty snappy. Also may be more extreme. Like you floor it and nothing happens for a second or two, then full power hits.
Also, it usually only is noticed under a heavy to moderate load. Off the line, or at a cruising speed.
@@Tylerspyler okay thank you. I just bought a 2015 ford Taurus sho. Seems like no problems at all. Loving it so far. 15k 81.7k miles
@Tylerspyler I have a 2014 SHO non performance package, what are your thoughts of this generation of Taurus? Should I sell at 150k miles or can they go for 250-300k miles? I'm wanting to drive it till the wheels fall off if possible 😂
19:09 irony for me is that I had a 1999 V8 Taurus SHO that had a slashed gas tank when I hit metal scrap that fell off a truck in front of me at 70 MPH. I was on my way to have the cams welded to avoid the known issue when this occurred. I JB Weld the gas tank at the gas station. That temporary fix turned out to be a permanent fix. LONG LIVE JB WELD! The car lasted until 2015. It went to over 180K with no major mechanical problems. I had sold it to my much younger brother who owned it for years until his girlfriend wrecked it.
JB Weld is "the shit"!
Could have left out the part about the gf cause that pisses me off did she fix it she probably did that shit on purpose
I had a ex police Taurus and my genius mechanic used a brilliant way of clawfoot swivels and extensions and took the sensor on top of the PTU out and drained and filled the PTU in 2 hours. I was verry impressed . I did the front and back myself and when it cam to the |PTU) I just was not smart enough to figure it out. But he did he is a young kid maybe 25 years old but grew up in a garage.
I daily drive a 1987 Ford Thunderbird 2.3 Turbo! Modified. It gets 27 mpg. It's old but paid for. I love your channel.
I had a black 87 tc loved that car! Super easy to maintain.
NICE!
My wife was listening in the background and she immediately said that I to have SPOS 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
We all do brother, we all do......
😂😂😂 that's what my girlfriend said
Same lol
My wife heard that part and was asking what I’m looking up on WebMD 😂

I recently got rid of my 16 SHO. I had a water meth kit with a noise maker delete intake pipe and it was so much fun. I've seen some comments saying you've had the timing and water pump already taken care of, watch out for the turbos too. I had a rear turbo blow along with a dripping water pump and it was just time to let it go. Super fun under rated car though.
How do you bypass this problem ?
@@SonOfTheShiner flush the coolant once a year and run only full synthetic oil like pennzoil platinum or ultra platinum. Granted the internal water pump design isn't great but it could be worse 🤪 but if it needs done definitely get the timing components and high pressure oil pump replaced with the water pump to save some money
Currently dailying a 1991 Saab 900. Pulled it out of my garage after 3 years, and it’s been magnificent.
My SPOS started when I was only 14 and now I'm 60. It's incurable
😂😂😂
Nice finally seeing someone actually work on these PTUs. I can’t tell you the countless of times I’ve seen where a thick black metallic paste just comes out of it. You tell the customer they should at least do a fluid change but they don’t care.
The problem is two fold, and fords fault. The PTU fluid is classified as 'Lifetime' which means there is NO normal maintenance schedule for it, which also means you dont get a reminder from your normal care places. It also means a dealer wont do it even if you ask. AND, if you have the non-performance package version (the PP has a cooler line going to the radiator, a design is shares with the PPV), there isn't a drain on the PTU, so the only way to flush it is to vacuum extract, so its not even something you can easily do at home.
Ford will not change the PTU fluid. It is a lifetime fluid, and they will refuse the service when asked. You have to go to an independent shop.
@@jaymorrison2419 Drill a drain like he did. I did that years ago on a Freestyle I used to own. Very frustrating that 2 decades plus of using PTU that Ford still claims lifetime fluid on a qt of gear oil.
@@jaymorrison2419 I have a 2015 SHO with the performance package. This is the first time that I’m hearing that my PTU has a drain. I just bought this car back in February at it only has 92,000 miles on it. I know the Ford dealer won’t drain it but if it does have a drain then I guess I could get a non-Ford dealer mechanic to drain it right?
@@bobloblaw8660 They dont have drains, but you can pull the cooler line to do it. Go find a transmission guy, he will know how to do it.
Really glad to see that you had a solution to your PTU issue! Last year my 2016 Taurus SEL had the PTU come apart, destroy my driveshaft, and crack my transmission.
Youre my favorite UA-cam channel. Thanks for the priority tires discount. I was wanting to buy tires for my wifes ‘10 Mazda 6 3.7l. I even bought the same tires you did for the SHO. Keep up the awesome work. Youve given me confidence in building my 93 Trans Am. You show that not everything goes to plan, fix it, and keep moving forward!
I'm happy you are raising awareness for SPOS Alex, we don't get the recognition we deserve. I've found buying a Lexus helps a lot, but my older BMW's still cause relapses every now and then.
my Lexus LS430 is getting coil overs, uprated control arms and drop links fitted. Not sure if this counted as modifying a daily use car
@@davidtreeby3909 My LS430 motor got damaged by a shop replacing the cam ear gaskets and now I'm having to take them to court, other shops are quoting me 7K to repair. I'm in disbelieve that I'm dealing with this situation.
I've got to say, Alex: I ALWAYS look forward to your vids. You seem to hit that one spot in my brain with each and every vehicle you work on, that brings pleasure. You pick, fix and modify the exact vehicles I've lusted after for years. Keep doing what you're doing!
I’ve found this to be true for myself always something I’ve been interested/obsessed over at some point. Waiting for an S60r like mine🤔
Thanks brother!
I was sorta pissed he's stole an idea I've been toying with for a couple of years and if more people find out about these the price is going to go up I can't find a good ppv for cheep now thanks alot Alex 😂😂😂😂, did they make a Lincoln version?
Appreciate the opportunity to watch & listen to u on this journey with ur sho cause I know what to look forward to (I have a 2017 sho) & love it nothing major yet, but taking notes
Out of all the channels I watch, I like the way you integrate your sponsors into your videos. Most people have terrible transitions or splice some ad that doesn't make sense in. At least you show the product while you are in the process of filming your current vid.
I always loved the SHO!!! Back in the day, my friend had a manual 1990 SHO, which was so fun to drive!
The 1990 intake looked very cool...!
...and those lift hooks so you can pull the engine for belts or plugs.
Hey, brother, I just gotta say you're a great mechanic. And you always produce great content from the editing to the commentary. An even a lot of funny moments ,Thank you for what you do. You are awesome. You are truly an awesome individual. Been watching you for about 4 years. Always cool, never boring. Keep doing what you're doing. From one chicago guy to another
Great improvements on the SHO! I’m daily driving a 23 Honda Ridgeline. It’s a quick truck at 6.0 seconds 0-60 and tows up to 5,000 lbs. Not bad for a minivan/suv based truck.
My daily is a 97 Firebird Formula, with 205k miles on it. Has been for about 4 years now, and I have no plans to stop driving it every day.

Here in NC, there are approximately 60 Ford Taurus SHO models for sale. I started looking to purchase one a couple of months ago then earlier this week, I lost my job!! At 52 yrs old, I know it's not the end of the world because I've been through this before, albeit 20 yrs ago, I'll somehow make it. No job, no car (driving my dad's 04 Ford Explorer) to and fro my old job. Anywho, great video!!
Dozier - keep the faith bro. I too lost my job at age 52, and faced no decent opportunities for employment. So I decided to turn my hobby into a money maker. I survived and am now 77 living in Raleigh. Best of luck, and God bless.
Sorry to hear about your disease. I hope you can 'work' your way though it. Strength brother.
I loved and miss my 1990 SHO! Drove the tires, brakes and clutch to oblivion! Was a amazing car and so did everyone else who got to see and experience it! The SHO was bulletproof. Other then the tires, brake pads and clutch.
Gear Head Rocks!! I change the PTU every 10-15k and tranny drain and fill every 20k. You're going to love it in the Snow! Get rid of the noise maker as it leaks and youll loose boost pressure.
My daily is a 2012 Dacia Lodgy, it's a Romanian car. It's a mix between between a van and a station wagon.
It has a 4 cylinder, 8 valve, 1.6 non-turbo petrol engine, making 83 horsepower.
It does 0-60 in 14 seconds.
I'm sure you can agree that with performance numbers like that, no further tuning is required, I got all the power I need.
I have a 1993 Mitsubishi Delica Spacewagon off-road van. You would be lucky to get to 60 mph, maybe downhill in a hurricane.
Man Dacia still exists? lol. I haven’t heard that manufacturer since I last went to Romania.
Dacia are owned Renault, they're a success dude to selling budget cars for poor people. Think no AC and manual window winders...

I had a 2015 PP SHO before I got my E55, it was full bolt on, down pipes and a 3bar tune from Livernois that was good to about 450hp AWD. It was SCARY FAST and ate up highway at an alarming rate and still got 24+mpg. I only got rid of it because the warranty ended and it started to show signs of the water pump/ timing chain issue yours already had repaired. It was black on black, lowered with bronze TSW wheels and with the Borla exhaust, you could tell it wasn’t your average Taurus. Even the police usually just gave me thumbs up, even if I was going over the limit and a couple I got to know in my area said they wished their cruisers looked that good. It handled pretty well for a big girl but the couches you sit on limit your cornering ability unless you brace yourself on the door, lol. I just paid off the E55 and she needs some suspension work so it will stop eating the inside of the rear tires and I need to do the rest of the mods I have sitting in a closet so it’s coming off of the road for the summer. I’m going next week to visit my parents for Mother’s Day and picking up my 2001 E430 that’s been sitting for 3 months and driving it 1500 miles back across the country back home. I’m doing my own LegitRoadKill trip! Wish me luck! 😂
Some people don't realize just how much your seats can prevent your cornering ability. I love adjustable bolsters. I ain't gonna put a racing seat in absolutely everything... hold me in at least a little guys c'mon!
Ford's internal water pump design on these is horrible along with any other manufacturers who decide an internal water pump is the answer. Ffs do a remote pump and be done with it manufacturers!
I've got a Gen 5 Taurus with the 3.5 and the same BS internal water pump so I'm using a digital coolant gauge to monitor temps because that weep hole doesn't always tell you when there's an issue. It's my work car so if it dies I'll sell it for whatever I get for it and find something that doesn't suck as horribly. It's a limited awd too.
Also I would never touch an ecoboost Taurus. If people who own them like them, more power to them. It's got miniscule interior space for the boat of a car external dimension wise and after owning 9 different Fords including my current work car, I'm done with em. I'll stick with Japanese cars, older muscle cars, etc. Nothing new by any American manufacturers.
Bad case of SPOS , IT MAY BE TERMINAL.
I had a 14 tuned by Brew City Boost. I got rid of mines for the same reason. I miss it sometimes but the explorer ST keeps me happy lol
So a 3 bar tune means 45 psi or 30 psi because of the vacuum side?
The water pump replacement doesn't "require engine removal" i changed mine in the car. Cost me $900 in parts but i also replaced cam phasers.
People always go by the procedure that the stealershit uses, but of course they pick the most expensive and inefficient way to complete the job to maximize labour.
Love ur enthusiasm and general positive attitude! Also love SHOs and think it's definitely one of the most underrated 'modern' hot rods! Special thanks for how you incorporate the bolt sizes and screw types in ur vids...details DO matter! Lol. Born in Chicago (North side-Rogers Park) so go Midwest! Thanks for this video. WolfmanVegas!!!
Weather is nice so my daily is my 59 Studebaker Lark IV.
Mechanically, it's a new car so I get the 50's style, but with 90's tech drivetrain/running gear.
2JZ-GE freshly built, 5-speed, 4-wheel discs, Corvette rack&pinion, fresh stock suspension with Koni's and big sways, Buick Century bench seats and a nice radio. Reliable, sounds great, handles better than you'd think, 30mpg and all the confused looks!
Couple great items to add as far as upgrades goes:
EPP Air Intake is a well worthy upgrade as it separates the piping to the two turbos which will result in less waste gate duty cycles and sound cool.
EPP hot pipes: as you increase boost the stock hot pipes can result in boost leaks (especially the noise maker) and you can order them in any color and being aluminum might help with some heat dissipation
XDI high pressure fuel pump
And when 400 AWHP gets boring Gearheads gen 3 turbo upgrade will blow you away.
I owned a 1993 SHO. One of the most beautiful engines ever made. Great sounding too.
While at my dealer, who I do not use for maintenance, I asked about the maintenance interval on my transmission and Supercharger… was told lifetime. I then asked why other manufactures have mile intervals on the exact same parts - they doubled down and told me “lifetime”. So frustrating. Don’t worry - did EVERYTHING at 42,000 miles - even when the previous owner did it at the dealer. Gives me peace of mind knowing the definitive date and miles of the service plus using product brands I trust.
"durrr I don't know what fluid color and smell mean. I changed it all. I did good?🤣
I love it! “I now have a tuned SHO” meanwhile there’s a car seat in the back!! All good! I have a car seat in the back of my scatpack.
Hey Alex. I daily drive a 2012 Mercedes-Benz GL550 4matic, 132,000 miles. I never thought I'd own a Mercedes but since watching you and all of your Mercedes videos, you gave me the courage to get one. Before this I had a 2013 BMW X5 xdrive 50i which you know the issues they were plagued with. Not that Mercedes are worry-free. But watching your videos literally made me more comfortable purchasing my first Mercedes. And it's an awesome machine. So thanks and I look forward to your videos every weekend.
First time watching your channel, you work on cars exactly the way I do. I genuinely enjoy watching your videos. I have done everything under the sun on my 13 SHO PP, absolute sleeper. Just NEVER neglect maintenance.....
My daily is a 2023 Nissan Frontier Pro4X with 25K miles. It’s got plenty of power, drives/handles well, has all the tech I need, and the seats are very comfortable! I bought it because of the 3.8 n/a motor (no turbos), hydraulic steering (I like a heavier feel), and it was the only midsize truck that I like the design of.
What does it have to do with this?
I have twin turbo explorer with a tune and it tows 6,000 fairly well. About same as your truck with 3,000
2013 SHO with the performance package. I put the car on jack stands, poured some Liquid Moly in it, and put it in drive for 10 minutes and then reverse for 10 minutes, then drained and replaced the fluid. I plan on doing this a couple times with oil changes. Then do fluid changes every 10k miles or so.
I have a 2015 SHO with the performance package. Where is the drain for the PTU located?
On the passenger side of the ptu. It is a hex plug.
@ thank you so much for the reply. Now this is a stupid question I know, but since I don’t really work on the SHO myself, I have to ask do you fill it back up through that drain hole or is there a fill hole?
@@bobloblaw8660 the plug is the drain/fill plug. The PTU is not supposed to be a serviceable part, but because of the oil cooking issues, people have been changing the fluid in them. The oil has to be sucked out. A true drain plug would be on the bottom of the PTU. If you watch this video, he changes the fluid.
@@ssiever3 ok, I thought so. So, just to be clear only the performance package option gives you the hex nut that you can use as a drain / fill location. In this video since he doesn’t have the performance package option, he needs to drill a hole and put in his own plug. Did I get that right?
My 4 year old son and I start our Saturdays with your videos!
Thanks guys!
Alex you have a good sensor humor , and you make any mechanical work fun ! Specially when you talk to your self !!
I’ve been working the overnight shift at Churchill downs doing security on the horses racing in the Oaks and Kentucky Derby. I’ve checked for a new video so many times, you can only talk to a horse so much without it talking back before boredom sets in 😂.

That PTU isn't going to last much longer. Running them low and not changing fluid every 30-40k absolutely kills them. Open it up and you will be amazed how cooked the old fluid is. Check out FORD MAKEULOCO's you tube videos on these. Keep up the great videos man.
Can't have cooked fluid when there's no fluid left!
🤣🤣
@@JREwing78I'd argue thats the best time to actually have cooked fluid. When it runs low and then there's only enough left to cook onto the sides, and every other surface inside the PTU... When the remaining fluid inevitably gets hot as a MF!
Agree! Change every 30,000 miles!
Dorman I believe makes a replacement unit
Ever since the 90s everyone has slept on the SHO and underestimated them and their performance.....
Watching this 4 months after but just wanted to mention that the hose for the turbo is actually doing something. I know it sounds cool but that air actually works to help with turbo lag. It does that by spinning the fan blades with that extra air. English is my second language so sorry if worded wrong.
LSC quickly became my favorite youtube car channel. Quality down to earth stuff with a side of silly
please do a water pump replacement when needed, I would love to see the engineering benefit for installing a wear part in the engine, thanks for the great content and entertainment - the pure joy in your face and singing when you make repairs is plain awesome!!!
I definitely suffer from a horrible case of SPOS 🤣🤣
My daily is a 2014 Masi Speciale CX. And even us cyclists get SPOS.
I suffer from a rare, yet related form of SPOS. Its actually called "Stupid Piece of S**T!"
It's so odd, that this is one of my favorite cars of all time. It's not nearly as flashy or showy as some of the sports cars or performance trucks/SUVs I like but this car is at the top of the short list. Excellent job doing maintenance and modifying this car. This is one sick sleeper/grocery getter.
The PTU fails mostly because of galling of the fluid. That causes bearing failure. The heat from the downpipes literally cooks the fluid. Leaks don't help either. Also the ptu holds 18 Oz of fluid. The best fluids we have found have been the Amsoil and the Redline Lightweight Shockproof.
Anyone tried insulation behind the exhaust to keep the heat down?

Awesome video! I love that it's an hour long too. Currently I own a 2015 silver SHO that I bought in 2018 with 29k milage and named her Sheila. I've done nothing to her regarding modifications other than paint and body work. She's never broken down or left me stranded. Fast forward to today, Sheila has over 107k, and all was going good until I had to step on her to pass some fuck-stick while getting on the freeway. I heard a loud noise which I couldn't make out due to the stereo being up loud but I did feel a vibration and the check engine light came on so I immediately pulled off the freeway and all the sudden the vibration went away as well as the check engine light. It was like she repaired herself within seconds which I have never seen that before. I eased her home without any further issues. I drive her the very next day and all is normal. Then a few days later I had to step on her again and the exact same noise/vibration returned and the check engine light came back on as well (it was blinking btw). This time I kicked her into neutral and came to a complete stop at the red light. I shifted into park then back into drive and everything went away again. I've been driving her for about 3 months without any further issues but I have yet to step on her again. Anyone know what this could be? I'm afraid something bad is going to happen any moment and don't know what to do. Thanks
I was so relieved when i crawled under the wifes '15 SHO to change the PTU fluid after we put 10k on it (85k now), and the fluid looked like maple syrup.

167,517 miles is when the xfer case blows up. Fitting hoses that don't want to go on. A little dishwasher soap as lubricant works wonder. You can also microwave hoses just a bit to heat them or use a heat gun - good for motorcycle head/carb boots. Dishwasher soap to put on motorcycle hand grips works well. And when soap dries- they are on nice and tight. Looks like quite the project. I do enjoy your vids. Keep up the good work. The odd repairs I do I document like how to training vids.

The best stuff you can ever get/ make to break bolts loose easily is a 50/50 mix of acetone and transmission fluid. The 2 fluids don't like each other so they don't mix well but it's the best stuff they don't make.

When I got rid of my 94 SHO which I loved I said "Never another American car again." Thanks for the video reassuring my decision.
Finally, someone posting SHO content that is long form and in depth !
Anyway know if the chair leg covers can handle the heat of the engine bay during long drives?
My 2010 Flex failed at 162,990 miles... Had the same issue you are dealing with being it is basically the same car with a boxy body... I did exactly what you were talking about and got the case from a police Taurus with the 3.7L V6 with the cooler and it held more lube.... worked great so I sold it while all was good.... Only recent car I have had that I really miss.
For a very long time, I had the fastest stock turbo SHO a 15 PP. 11.92 and 11.94 back to back runs. Down pipes, tune and lowering springs only. Such a sleeper
Im so glad somebody is talking about this. I've been suffering for quite some time. I've told my wife, " it may be time for help."
I have a Fusion Sport and it's an amazing sleeper with one of the most reliable engine/transmission combinations you can get!
What a steal on that SHO. I currently have a tuned ecoboost explorer and it’s a lot of fun
A 15 Lexus IS 350 F-Sport is my current daily, but I have experience with 4 prior SHO's 89, 92, 99. 01. Those motors were anemic compared to newer versions, but persistent issues kept me from pursuing newer SHO's.
Hopefully the Taurus lasts until 156429 miles. Love that you take cars others are worried to buy and fix them up, long time subscriber and love the builds.
My daily is a 2014 Taurus Sho. It’s just a beast.
It's actually my 3rd Taurus in 3 years.
2011
2017
2014
I didn't see you changing the plugs, lol
I heard a click in my f150s front end the other week. Some how I installed new ball joints, billet uppers, sway bar links, inner and butter beefy tierods, 4in lift and 33in tires. Noise is gone.
Not sure if you still have the car, but once you start tuning these 3.5L engines you will need to replace the OEM plastic blow offs. I had mine on a basic tune for most of its life, and the factory BOV cracked from the extra boost after 6 months. I installed a turbo smart one and it sounded even better!
I thought these 3.5’s were fast before I started driving BMW’s lol.
For what it's worth the Taurus SHO is a very quick vehicle especially with a tune. It's not a BMW or Audi but big thumbs up in my book. I love my SHO, I do supersize a lot of cars I race from stop light to stop light. Just my option.
i like to tape cardboard over the radiator fins to protect when taking out and going back in. takes 5-10 minutes and helps protect the soft fins
Thank God for you!!! I have a 2018 with 50K on it and will need to keep track of maintaining it.
My Daily: 2018 GMC Canyon 2.8 I4 TD Denali. Restored from total loss left front collision at 38K. Just enjoyed it past 50K!
Another easy way to remove exhaust from the hangers is with channellock type pliers. You just adjust it so that the other end of the pliers touch end of the metal hanger. Then you just pry/twist 🤔
I always been interested by the new Ford SHO & now You just made me want to buy one & upgrade it right away
On my 2016 explorer sport the ptu has a drain but no fill plug so I had to put hose clamps on hose going to the breather on top of ptu and fill it that way. I’ve been using amsoil every 10,000 miles. For my ptu ford says 17.9 ounces which really isn’t much at all.
Mine went at 136k. That's because the catalytic converter is right next to the pto cooking the oil causing it to burn. 2 remedies. Drain plug to add oil every 30k or add a heat shield.
Your the first person to inform me there was a name for the illness i knew i had. I too suffer from SPOS. I enjoy attending our support meetings, Cars & Coffee, but i realized they are toxic. They don't help they only cause me to buy more parts. 😥
Not bad you should do like a 2018 f150 w Coyote tune now amazing performance.......
I have a '14 Lincoln MKS Ecoboost. I found a Ford dealer with a machine that extracts the PTU fluid. 95K miles and no issues.
I'm guessing 175,000 miles when it gives. Just found your channel and I'm enjoying it as we speak. Keep up the great work!
I am soo happy that I found your channel... I love your random questions and jokes man 😂❤
I love this, then the "Play Ball" thing and you read my mind. this is great content!
I am guessing 163,553.1 miles please send care package this way! Thank you 4 the videos legit. Keep it up bro!
Mine has just crossed the 210000 mark. Love it!
You ever thought about doing a diesel truck build. I think like 07 and blow is all pre DEF fluid and emissions and stuff. Trying to pick up clean pre-mission diesels can be someone expensive with today's market especially low mileage. But I'm sure you're like me not scared of something with a miles if it's rust free and everything seems to check out okay.
I had that BOV mod on mine and the rear was spewing very little bits of oil on the back of the motor so I would put a catch can on it.
FYI, you installed the exhaust tips inbound too far. When the car is at idle the hot air from the exhaust will accumulate behind the bumper cover and deform it. The tip end should be flush with the bumper surface.
