I wanna say that Phly did the exact same for me in my dark moments. He was always the first voice or personality that would keep me sane in all the chaos that life can throw at you. For me it’s probably been about 6 years

I used to think of early British planes, especially bombers, as paper airplanes with BB guns, because they caught fire easily and did no damage. I eventually got good with them.
The fighters they are on usually make up for mediocre machineguns, but on bombers they trully are shit

The British corsair is also really good and really slept on, you get six 12.7mm guns at 2.7 with a top speed that can keep up with 4.7’s easily. One of my fav planes to fly in game
I think the reason it does is because the US has several .50 cal demon fighters at that or around that BR. Which means most people don't wanna buy it if they can get it for free.

Yeah I have the Japanese Corsair and it’s pretty insane, had it for years and it always delivers as a fantastic plane to play in RB

More than likely. First time I came to check if he's uploaded in weeks now. He used to be my favourite UA-camr, but he's just faded into obscurity and keeps lying to his audience. I get he has a family, but so do many other UA-camrs that can keep a schedule. If he wants to quit he just should and stop sugar coating it and feeding his fans with false hope that he's gunna come back.

This video is what I needed, sir. Been watching you since Freshman year and man it is so enjoyable seeing a new video you make. Currently, 17, senior year in high school, and pushing college soon. I've had some uncertainties or doubts if I would be able to start a family. I know I have a long time ahead of me but I am the kind of kid to think about the future a lot. You speaking about how you spend time with your kid just by digging a hole made me realize that everything will be fine. That digging-a-hole experience made me think back on when I was with my dad and we always spent our days outside. I assure you I remember every catch and throw of a football that I and my dad exchanged. Truly a core memory I will never forget. Thank you for everything you do and wish you the best for your channel and family.

I ended up getting a talisman for this thing from a battle trophy. Not a huge fan of how boaty it is, but the guns are funny.

The Typhoon mk 1a was the plane that got me into War Thunder, when I first started I was an Arcade noob, not too into warthunder until I unlocked that beauty, took it into my first air RB (back then it was called Historical or something) and fell in love, started looking at War thunder videos, found Phly and roughly 10 years later still a massive fan of Air and Naval and of course Phly
Well this is the first UA-cam has unsubscribe before I got the changes. lol
Damn, now it‘s over…not necessarily in the sense that he will never come back again, but the YT algorithm has stopped recommending me Phly videos, even YT has given up on him…

@@safty8240 idk, usually when he went quiet for some time it was due to family related stuff, spending time with his kids and so on, which I totally understand, but his lack of communication with his community is getting really frustrating...he keeps saying he will upload again and once the day comes where he supposedly is going to upload: radio silence and no video for over a month...just feels like he doesn't care about this UA-cam thing all that much anymore.

There's something about the combination of energy management, position, teamwork, and all of it being single-life that makes every moment feel super "important", for lack of a better term. I used to play a multiplayer dogfighting game called War Wings, and this thing was an absolute beast on there as well. The tiniest bursts just absolutely shredded anything you fixed your crosshair on.

Man back in the day Phly was just the biggest WT youtuber but otherwise nothing special. Watching this video now just showed me how much you have grown, it also feels more personal too. I like that you also take out some older , "less special" vehicles, bc sometimes there are real gems that no one ever talks about. I feel like everyone is just always making videos about the new vehicles but I really miss the older content that was more about having fun and things like tactics and strategy. I started playing War Thunder back in 2017 with the bri'ish aircraft and this really got the nostalgia kicking in. Coming back to this channel after a few years was really worth it, thank you, Phly, for entertaining us with something more personal, more special than the standard WT content ❤

I remember coming home one summer and finding that my dad had just randomly built this seven foot tall bottle rocket launcher, had this big blue chord you pulled to launch it, made the most satisfying pop sound when you did. From my little kid perspective it was like firing off a piece of artillery; it was the coolest thing I'd ever seen.

My son (age 5) loves the outdoors, digging holes, bonfires, and all the other things. He also loves crafts, so we're painting rocks we find in/around the yard. We're collecting them to make a colorful rock garden sometime. I'm adding little messages on the bottom, like a journal/garden combo we can go back an look at over time.
Definitely one of my favorite low tier British planes, that amount of gunfire with tracers might as well be a flamethrower, very cool!

You're a grown-up man and you should be smart about this. And like it or not, you need to lay off the Twitter Kool-aid because that kind of hill isn't worth making a last stand on. ive always played as the typhoon my top pick for low tier air rb or arcade. It has great climb great guns, and comes with bombs, not only that but it has great top speed and manoeuvrability
