  • If you are having problems getting your Troy-Bilt pressure washer started, this may be a quick fix for you. I've used it several times to fix my starting problem, and now I do it EVERY time prior to using my pressure washer, especially if it's sat for more than one month. Note that my pressure washer does not have a choke or fuel bulb. If yours does, this still may help you. FYI, I bent the aluminum shield on the front part of my pressure washer up to provide easier access to the carb bowl. NOTE #1: Do not store gasoline in your power washer. Either drain it out by removing the brass nut or let it run out of gas. This will help reduce the amount of gunk in your t-channel. NOTE #2: If you can, squeeze the wand trigger with one hand to take pressure off of the pump while pulling the starting cord with the other. Trying to start the pressure washer with pressure in the pump can be very difficult, especially if the power washer runs for a while and you are trying to restart. NOTE#3: If this does not work, try cleaning out the main carburetor jet which is fed by the longer channel of the t-channel and is threaded into the carburetor body.

Summary created by openai using the video transcript:
The video is about troubleshooting a Troy-Bilt professional power washer that won't start.
The speaker explains that there is a brass nut on the bottom of the carburetor bowl that needs to be cleaned.
To clean the brass nut, the speaker uses a half inch socket and a sewing needle.
They loosen the brass nut, take off the carburetor bowl, and use the sewing needle to clear any debris from the channels.
After cleaning the channels, they put the bowl back on, tighten the brass nut, and test the power washer.
The power washer still doesn't start, so the speaker suggests using starting fluid and loosening the air filter cover.
After using starting fluid, the power washer starts properly.
The speaker advises to always wear gloves when working on the power washer and to use fuel stabilizer to prevent the gas from going bad.
