£50k! That's insane, and I don't accept the common "that's what things cost these days" response, either. Peugeot won't sell enough in EV form, and they'll be stung by the government for missing the targets... I'm genuinely getting concerned for the future of our car industry 😢.
Agreed - So 10 grand more than same spec ICE version then they wonder why they can’t shift them - Did they not get the memo battery prices have come down 😵💫
It’s insane. £49k for a mainstream car? Nope, hard pass. It’s more than the average salary. Who the hell has a cool £49k to spend on a car? Even supermini’s are creeping towards £30k!! We are being ripped off in every direction
Totally agree with the absolutely insane automobile prices nowadays, absolutely bloody madness! & they wonder why the car market is on its arse!😮 the number of jobs gonna be list in the next 12 months wilk be astonishing worldwide 😢😢🎉
"I haven't sat in the 7 seat version of the Model Y"... and, from the videos I've seen, you never will...!! It's absolutely miniscule, at least in terms of headroom... mini-humans only, for sure... 🚸

Versatile car, and a great review, and for some reason, I get the sudden urge to watch the rearmost seats being pulled back into position..........
Thats a handy cheese grater on the front.
The design Is Like Renault
Stunning car! Bravo Peugeot
Nice job by Peugeot, but please car manufacturers make EV MPVs for Europe❤❤❤
Great video Vicky
I'm sorry but I'd hardly call £49000 reasonable, I don't know many big families that could afford it. Another hideously overpriced EV.

@Dreador. Pure greed plus the other factor is it'll be alot higher to insure too
@@Dreador. These are UK exclusive prices in continental markets, starting at around £41k.

@arsensarkissian7927 totally agree and that's before you try and insure it.

Car I would buy if I had given up on life. 😂
Did she say 'Big seller at £49k' 😂😂
Mother of jehovah........ £50k for a Peugeot EV!! The world has well and truly gone mad!!
All these cars are priced for people doing salary sacrifice lease deals. After 3 years, prices drop to half, where private buyers come in.
I'd rather have a low mileage used Mercedes EQB for less than £30k 👍
EQB is an ugly car and also very cheap inside (interior)
Judging by the fact that EVs are falling from favour ...why not instead review the hybrid version ?
ROFL.... did the Daily Mail say that?
Sorry to touch your feelings, but between January and October this year, there were 14% more EVs sold in the UK than this time last year.
@@Dqtube I was referring to the consumer market rather than the company car market who get tax advantages. I ought to have made that point clear.
@@alexmcwhirter6611 got a link for that so we can read what you read?
