5th Gen Toyota 4Runner Tire Swap / Dunlop AT20 P265 to BFG KO2 P275

We waited until the stock Dunlop tires that came with our 2021 Toyota 4Runner Off Road Premium were worn and ready to be changed before upgrading to TRD rims and BF Goodrich KO2 tires. We also bumped up from P265 to P275 tires and we'll see if there's any concerning for tire rubbing with this vehicle not being lifted or modified suspension.

So the at20 are good for light off-roading? But not snow

how do you like the ride with the K02 ?

These KO2's with the E load rating feel heavier on the wheel a little, but not by much. The big notice is that they just seem to eat and dampen the bumps, speed bumps on the road, and that's a great feeling. Cattle guards, holes in the road, all feel way better than the stock tires.

Any issues with the 275? Any rubbing? Rattling?

They do rub on the mud flap at the tightest of turn but no rattling. When I drove home the 60 miles from the shop they felt unbalanced, but by the time I got home that went away. I'll probably have them do a viper cut to get rid of the rubbing.

Only occasionally when I'm braking hard at tight turns. I plan on getting a small lift kit anyway.
