I wish this solved my problem. The exact same but the 2 options you had on there I didn’t. It was set to “integrated peripherals” with dropdowns of: “vga detect (auto/off)”. “Onboard lan controller”. “Lan option rom.” “Network sack”. “Ipv4 and ipv6 support”. “Onboard wifi module” “Sata configurations”

Your instructions still work. I have an older MSI Bazooka system with 2 graphics ports. When I installed an NVIDIA GPU, the onboard Intel Graphics was disabled. Following your instructions, I was able to get back the ports. Just a quick note: Some systems have the menu items on the upper part of the screen. So instead of esc, esc to get to Save & Exit, move the cursor over to that item and hit RET and you will be ok. Esc will not work but will give you a message which might send you in the wrong direction.
Anyway, thank you for all the great contributions to the world of flight sim!

For me, instead of "IGD Multi-Monitor" I just had "Integrated Graphics", which I was able to set to "FORCE" and achieve the same results. If people are having a problem getting Ryzen VEGA working with this setup, changing from CSM to UEFI may solve the issue. I had to have Primary Video Adapter: PEG, Integrated Graphics: FORCE, and Boot Mode: UEFI set in order to get everything working and *also* have audio output from both HDMI ports (couldn't get audio from the graphics card if first was INT, and didn't have Vega working correctly if not UEFI). Thanks for the video - it got me looking in the right direction!

Although it "kinda" works, it doesn't seem to actually work. I tried many options, the best result i had was putting the primary video adapter as the iGPU, and booting. For a moment, or sometimes, when windows boots it switches to the dedicated graphics card on the login screen, after logging in, it switches back to igpu and forgets that that there is another monitor that is connected. GPU's do get detected, but besides the primary one set in bios, the other is useless.
This is on the MSI A320m PRO-E motherboard. some may have better success, some other models may work better, but ill keep trying to make this work as i really need a 2nd monitor working.

So, to update, I actually got my dual monitor setup working, for a while now, just to see whether it would fail or not but yea
on a a320m pro-e motherboard, with a r3 2200g apu, and a gtx 1650 (no ti or super) you can apparently get 2 monitors working, one on the discrete gpu, one on the integrated gpu.
before all, you kinda need to have both amd and nvidia drivers installed (interestingly they didn't really conflict, so long as you have the igpu enabled)
Like in my previous comment, setting the igpu as the primary driver, and putting memory allocation to whatever you like ( i chose 256mb) you will get it working, but on the igpu. then (assuming you have installed the amd drivers) its only a matter of checking whether the pc finds both monitors, if not, just unplug and replug your 2nd monitor (the one connected on the discrete card, remember we enabled the igpu as the primary adapter) and well for me it magically turned on and it worked, you may need to go to the Windows Settings (don't touch the amd or nvidia settings, in my case it didn't do anything, unless you will need to set a custom resolution) and choose which is going to be your primary monitor (of course, i choose the one connected to my discrete card) and voila! It works!
I cannot guarantee it will work for everyone, worth a try if this is your only option.
And i think i should add that, this way of doing things i first saw in a reddit post, but unfortunately i may have lost the link to it. it wasn't easy to find either.

Normally, when you install a gpu into the correct slot on the motherboard, the motherboard should automatically detect the card and the video should becoming from the gpu ONLY. If not, then you obviously have a faulty motherboard or a used/refurbished one. In that, you can clear the CMOS. If that doesn't work you can RMA it.

Hi I've got an MSI MAG Z690 TOMAHAWK WIFI DDR4 but this option just does not exist. I tried updating the bios via M-FLASH but also no luck there. I'm 100% sure I did the right thing and have the right model but the files don't pop up. Have seen that a lot of people have this issue. Anyways my board is only 6 months old so it should have the same settings at least as your board does. But seems like it doesn't however...

I'm trying to figure out why my B550M MSI Mortar mobo doesnt AUTOMATICALLY try and boot to onboard graphics (for connected HDMI or DP monitors)....instead, on post boot, i get 1 long and 2 short beeps, which refers to uninstalling and re-installing the GPU card. I don't need an external card for my current requirements...and cannot get a display out. WTF!?

Your processor doesn't has an integrated GPU, for ryzen the processor name ending with g are the one's that has Integrated graphics, like like athlon 3000g, ryzen 3 3200g and like that, there are other ones too that does have integrated gpu
