- Enabling on-board graphics on an AsRock board when you have a GPU installed. Please make sure your PROCESSOR supports integrated graphics! If it does not, this whole process is worthless.
4 years later, thanks for the walk through!
March 17th 2024, With your walk through I was able to quickly fix the issue. Thanks you very much!
If you have ASRock and you dont see chipset configuration then you are going to have to get a display port adapter because good chance your pc doesnt support integrated graphics allowing both to be used by different displays. Only thing I could do was wait and get a dsiplay port to HDMI
I dont have it, why?
@@pocilemon6511 I have an ASRock b650E motherboard in 2024, its hard to believe this wouldn't support using both but I guess stranger things have happened.
I have the adapters but the displayports don’t work all the time. And all four monitors don’t work simultaneously.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge and expertise. This video helped me to enable IGS in order to reflash the BIOS on two previously non functioning AMD GPU cards. I'm new to the PC hobby and having a blast learning from channels like yours, thanks again, liked and subbed.

man this just solved my issue, I was trying to connect a second monitor to the mother board using the vga port and I was getting a black screen, then I noticed that I wasnt able to even connect my main monitor to the mb, thank you so much!
I was busy for 3 hours trying to find a solution and finally found one after i watched your video thanks a lot 😅👍
Thanks! It worked for me, it took about a minute before windows recognized a monitor was plugged in to it.
Thank You So Much! It's 2 :00 am for me i was trying so hard for a full day but didn't see any videos that would help me. But finally this works.
Thank you again 😊
Sorry for being kind of late but for those who don't have chipset configuracion you can do the folowing:
1. Please press "F2” or "Del” during POST to enter BIOS setup
2. Choose primary video adapter as internal graphics
Path: Advanced\AMD PBS\Primary Video Adapter\Int Graphics (IGD)
3. Save Changes and boot up your computer
Where the fuck is chose primary video afar Ofer as internal graphics
Wait I found it
Thank you boutta see if this fixes my black screen problem when gaming

Will it still use my gpu on gaming?
Jesus Christ I had my pc for months and couldn’t figure out how to enable it. Thank you so much!
thank you! when i put in my new gpu, my plex server wouldn't do hardware transcoding so it used up 100% cpu from software encoding because my video card doesn't have any encoders on it. Didn't realize I had to enable it lol and this worked and fixed my problem!

Many motherboards have on-board video support but relying on the CPU to support on-board graphics. So the pre-requisite for this is a motherboard and cpu that support on-board graphics.

hey i’m having the same problem, did u find a solution ?
@@fouless4347 No my Mobo was dead 😂
I replaced it. You will need to go into the bios and probably enable secondary display to be able to use the mobos hdmi port. But for that you first need to boot 😂. You should have enabled the option before your pc ran into problem. Well no one knows that's before , I came to know that after it was not booting.
If you gpu is dead and your cpu doesn't have integrated gpu then you won't have any display output.
