DESCRIPTION
Welcome to the Target 10 series. You will target all your problem areas with 10 rounds of 60 second intervals. You will add extra equipment such as ankle weights, resistance bands and pilates ball to some of the exercises to increase the burn even more. The workouts are easy to follow, but tough to do. They require very little space and guarantee results if you do them on a regular basis.
In Target 10 Outer Thighs you will use ankle weights in a side lying tucked position to burn out all angles of your outer thighs. You will start with knee and toes, a raise to knee in combo, bend extend, then l shape extensions and finally a straight leg raise to front kick before moving on to the other side and repeating all the exericses. Staying on the one side for 5 rounds fully fatigues the muscle and will give you the best results. Do the workout with or without ankle weights depending on your fitness level.

I did this one today, without the ankle weights.
I did this as an add on to cardio. My thighs have died. Your shorter workouts are the hardest. I am definitely going to do this again to see how much stronger I get. Thank you for this.
it's true, I go all out with the shorter workouts cause I know the torture isn't going to last long 😊

Just when I was thinking how strong my outer thighs have gotten....then I attempted this workout and it put it all in perspective. 😅 I had to lose the weights on the last couple of exercises for each leg...that burn was real and well earned! I know I’ll see the changes from this one! 😂 🔥💪🏽 Day 23 complete...whew!
ankle weights are definitely a game changer. Soon you'll be adding them to every workout that you found challenging even without 😊

Thank you very much for these exercises, these are the best I've found to activate medium gluteus. But if I wanted to increase muscle I would have to do them with 3kg ankle weights and pause between series?
yes, to increase muscle you would need to add some weights. Going slower and with weight is a good option 😊
I started to close my eyes and then you said it's ok to close your eyes. My outer thighs are screaming

The is such a great quick workout! I keep coming back to this workout and each single time my outer thigh muscles/ glutes are burning and are sore the next day. I need to commit to doing this more often :). How many times per week do you suggest ( I do it as an add-on workout)?
honestly, I work outer thighs nearly every day. I guess you can just gauge it by how sore you are. Maybe skip a day in between. I do have a lot of other outer thigh workouts that you can mix and match with 😊

Can you donone like this only 30 min of side lying like the ankles weights outer thighs and abs workout you have and also a mat quad workout 30 min like your 10 min. Quad workout. Love those!
hi, have you tried my ankle weights series on youtube? There are outer thigh side lying exercises and the front of thigh burner workout has quad work in it too. I will make more in the future too 😊
These are my favorite outer thigh, glute med exercises. Can you do a full side side lying 30 minute like your target 20 but target 30 for side outer thighs. Love these. Great for tired days and those with ankle foot injuries, which I am recovering from.
target 60 might be f un to haha

hi linda! thank you for the great workout but am i doing something wrong if i kinda feel a burn in my supporting leg's calf area?
that does seem a bit strange. Maybe try straightening your supporting leg more instead of having it bent?
@@barlatesbodyblitz i tried this again following your advice and my calves feel slightly better! i think i was putting too much weight on them for balance for some reason. thank you
@@mia-mt9ck good to hear. The other thing that could help is if you put a heavier ankle weight on the supporting leg or even a heavy dumbbell if you can position it so it doesn't hurt. That will weigh it down without you having to contract your muscles to keep it stable :)
I have a bigger thigh and I don't know what leg to use first, any idea?
use the bigger one second. It will be working a bit while you are supporting the other leg working, so overall it will get more work.

Sorry, I can't give that sort of advice because everyone is so different. You can try some of my beginner series workouts. If you go to my beginner intermediate workout playlist you will find them there 😊

I actually have quite a few workouts that are an hour long. The Tone and Torch series has some and even the Metabolic Training series has a few longer ones. There will be more longer workouts coming soon. You can also add a few of my shorter ones together 😊

@@stillatuts If only it were that easy to bulk 😅 It mostly depends on what you're eating. Unless you eat at a caloric surplus, this will probably slim you down.
