    Kristie - standing on one foot when brushing your teeth is very good training .It is also a big help if you get sciatic pain as you lean forward from the hip.😊

    Hi Kristie and thanks for all your beautiful content and your good and kind spirit!
    Im dealing with some wear and tear changes in my right ankle, confirmed by an mri. I was wondering if you've had some wear and tear ankle changes for a long time and can still manage to live an active and full life without overwhelming pain and the ankle clouding too many things.
    Essentially I'm looking for inspiration regarding this ankle journey and to see examples of it being possible to live ones life without it clouding everything.

    Doctor KristieI wish you had included a disclaimer about attaching to a folding chair. This is the first exercise i thinkI need to wear a helmet. I pulled the chair on me, but quickly changed the spot where I attached my band. Great work out and made me move faster than I have in a while

    Dr. Ennis. I failed the portion of my last pre-employment physical where I had to balance on 1 foot for 30 seconds. I use a spring loaded balance pole and balance strap suspended from the doorway. It gives me some stability, but also makes me adjust more than using a wall mounted bar.

    Question: how sturdy/healthy would the ...any ankle need to be to do said exercises? (so that it doesnt hurt, naturally..... rather is there a limit of how long after an ankle injury one should wait before any exercises?)

    This, I need. Years ago I jumped out of a truck right onto uneven ground and my ankle twisted but didn't break. Seems like it stretched the tendon. So it's my weak spot.

    My question is. Are these exercises any good after 50? I believe they have to be started at age 8 and then when U ll 30. U ll be strong. Atleast that's the ligament science.
