If feeling sassy one in the morning one at night ...bosh 40mins.

Of this 30 day advanced challenge, I think my mental stamina has been put to the test the most! 😅 Every time I finish the first workout, I think I have nothing left in the tank for the second one, but with your coaching, Linda, I manage push through. I definitely had to modify a few times, but it was worth it when I finished! Another productive and challenging workout session...day 15 of the advanced challenge, complete! 😅💪🏽🧠🔥💖

I've really been increasing your abs workouts- it's amazing how strong my core is again so thank you. Anyways, my abs are sore and it surprised me how much I felt them. I love how many muscle groups your workouts always incorporate. I don't think I could pick a favorite exercise because I loved all of the twists on the classics. Thank you!!

I love this workout and your outer thigh workout... can I use each every other day. Meaning outer thigh workout one day, then this workout next. I've heard one should have a rest day between working one muscle group, what would you suggest? Thanks!
I suggest listening to your body. If you are super sore then don't work the same muscle group the next day, but if you are not sore then go for it. I often work the same muscle groups every day 😊
How come I've missed this one? Anyway, I'm done with it and proud of myself! 😁 Yesterday was my upper body strength training day and I'm sore in the upper body so I decided to work on my lower body today. I combined this one with you Booty Burn Extra Toasty and Hotel Room Inner Thighs and every part of my lower body is well toasted 😁 and shaking. Thank you, Linda!
