All the foods included in this list are nutritious options for weight gain like nuts, seeds, homemade nut & seed butters, dried fruits, etc. . However, avoid highly salted, processed variations of these foods. Also, minimise the consumption of oils including coconut and extra virgin olive oil.
What about ghee
Pure Organic Ghee is good if taken in small amounts.
Ghee, however, is not VEGAN :)
Try to increase the quantity of good quality protein for gaining healthy weight. :)
