It is always a treat when Fernando shows a property, he takes the time to explain what the area is like, as well as necessary details like utilities, sun exposure, etc. with his guidance we can get a real feel for each property and whether or not it suits our needs. Other agents can seem hurried and we miss a lot.

Hi Nick and Fernando, what a great project property this is loads of space to park a caravan while doing the house up and then do the b&b up there’s plenty of room if you want to extend the b&b as well. Only limited by your imagination once one gets a good name then the bikers will come from word of mouth all that’s needed dis a web site linked to you booking software then people can even self. Book their stay leaving you to cater for you current guests. 😊😊😊😊 if. Only I could throw away this dammed wheelchair.😊😊😊😊

I hope your pad is coming along and you’re winning with it as it seems a long time since you did a vlog on it. Hint hint we need an update please. @1MartinWaite I've just been making the house a bit more comfortable, taken the bedroom wall down so we can have an adult sized bed which we got a good deal on.
Been sanding shelves today and a piece of chestnut to fill in the hole in the floor where the wall was and rendered up the stonework so bits didn't fall on the bed.
Just making the temporary accommodation more pleasant whilst I start the rest of it.
It has given me inspiration to get the rest done, starting with a new bathroom that I've been planning in my head how best to achieve it, will start imminently...
So nothing really worth filming, maybe I'll just show it all with the new dog vlog 😉
@1MartinWaite glad you're feeling better, maybe to avoid bugs you need some more sun! I've been outside sanding in just shorts getting a bit burnt, the sun is excellent therapy for all ailments ♥️
@destino2portugal oh now we're talking new dog 🐕 we need more info in fact all the info on this new dog and need it soon as possible please. You can't better than a need dog to cuddle and play with we have 4 dogs but no cats as we don't do cats as the wife was bites by one when she was younger and has never been able to be near them. The closest she got was when we rescued a kitten but unfortunately it didn't make it the couple across the road have cats and they took it in but it didn't eat anything and just laid in the box it was OK at 5am when the dad went to work but when the daughter who was looking after it got up at 7am to try and feed it it was gone. We think one of the dogs may have shook it and damaged its insides before we got to it.😢😢😢

LOVE this property. I typically have an aversion to fixer uppers, but this is so well placed and has so much potential as you say, that it's asking price isn't silly.
Love the quiet but bright, clean (vs depressing) street and proximity to the N2. Love the features of this stone house and its outdoor spaces. And how about that orchard and forestry! I could keep myself supplied with my own olive oil, cherries, citrus, grapes, firewood@
To the land, I could only add slender raised beds (so i wouldn't have to stretch far across to plant and tend the veg).

That's nice however in Australia 700km is a 1 day drive with 2 breaks for food a 1 for fuel and food 1000km is still an easy single days drive ,ps love your presentations
