Very nice, perfect for a retired couple or single who love to garden. I like the idea of opening the living area by incorporating the small bedrooms, and using the large rear room as an office / studio / guest suite. The large covered patio is wonderful, add a traditional churrasco and it is indeed the perfect summer living area.
Very confusing. The house is attached to so many other houses. When you showing the drone video, the house looked massive. I was about to say that i wanted to purchase it for that price.
in this rural areas, and as a semidetached house, is comun to find things like this one. But i guess that the other house was close, and will possiblly be for sale as to.
