nice features, except I would get rid of the pool in front of the home and make it all deck with railing...put a hot tub down by the river, and plant lots of trees to make a food forest on every terrace...first I need to win the lottery, but I can dream

What an impressive property, and i'm only at the far end of the land with you! That is a lot of well terraced, arable land! And facing that gorgeous river. That cool-off hiding spot in the river where rock jut up from the water is very attractive -- the allure of that should motivate many good days' work on the land. Wonderful to have an asphalt road just outside the house. And direct access to the terraces for tractors!
Carlos wan't kidding when he said this property is unique: not only has it that long river front, but the house is stunning. Beautifully restored, rebuilt, modernized, and appointed. It's just my size, too, built for chiefly relaxing indoors after working and enjoying the outside.
Normally, i don't care for houses so close to forestry, but this one seem a tiny bit fire resistant, doesn't it? Ruthie want 😍.

Am already out there strumming,😂 the house as been built to a very high standard and must be given high praise indeed.i love love stone work this was unique , outstanding , the only negatives was the design of the pool? Hand rails etc small things that new owner may consider. But those terrases😂😂 were amazing I would restore that old mill and that old well restore that too with a donkey.Carlos said horses I think wow if only, thank you for the drown shots also, wow location to die for welldone guys ❤

I was actually in CdP so I took a drive over. Beautiful and quiet location, all you hear is the running water of the river and the birds in the trees. The property is definitely worth a look it's all relatively new, it's very well finished and is definitely in a lovely location. The land has lots of potential it slopes away quite steeply down to the river, but there are lots of opportunities. It's absolutely worth a look.

I am sorry if I caused offence, my comment was regarding the thick pine forest in the surrounding area. As an American living in a part of the country that has been exploding with fires in recent years I am hypersensitive to the effects of climate change and the massive fires that result. I am all too familiar with the tragic losses of life, including close friends, to some of those massive forest fires.

I've considered this and compared it to the waterfall house that sold for 175k.
This has so much more about it, not sure if it's 75k more but I hear you.
We don't set the prices and ultimately it will sell for its market value, things always do.
We film a wide spectrum of property and like to film something a bit different and special.

It's filmed in 4k 30 on a Sony cmos 1 inch sensor, I think it's yt compression as it no longer upscales to 4k when you upload.
It's very annoying when you put the effort in to make quality work and can't share it properly, I'll see if there's a work around.

34 minutes is where the house gets entered. I'm confused that we never see the lower half of either bedrooms, never get to see the flooring or anything below the waist. The upper bedroom you only see the ceiling.

Is the roof insulated? the EPC just says C on your website. Looks like it has moisture issues, rivers a bonus but it seems expensive.
I would guess it is as they bothered to insulate the walls. An email to Carlos would be your best option for clarification.

It's a Portuguese estate agent selling for a Brazilian couple, so me helping his business is in no way stopping locals buying houses here.
For instance, if we hadn't bought our little ruin it would still be empty and was empty for 20 years.
How many more decades should we have left it empty for locals to buy?
You also don't take into account the amount of money that immigrants put into the local economy.

Locals and imigrants suffer from the same speculation. Non residents should not be allowed to purchase residencial houses or land like it happens in many countries. Otherwise you will pushing locals for emigration like is happening in Portugal. Populists and far right are with you on this, not me.

I think it's a bit expensive too, but that's just me.
This is a great location for windmill projects and lithium mine exploration. I would be concerned about these projects ruining the location. One can't discard this probability since governments are rushing these projects everywhere to meet EU and UN sustainable goals. 🤔
The locals are not having it, there's been hell up in these parts and it's not gonna fly, if I know anything about the Portuguese they will stop this before it even begins.

Look around before you get hooked. Very expensive for where it is.in the mountains.
I think the land is a waste of space. You cant do much with it.unless you are a mountain goat. House aint bad. But definitely not worth the price. If anyone works the land they know what it takes. When they say a price. They pull one out of a hat.
The land was shaped into those terraces by Portuguese forefathers who were farmers, I'm sure they'll appreciate your insight and knowledge of how best to do it.

The current owners are not farmers, they sound like a modern young couple who do business work from home.
The land was to enjoy, they did not need it to generate income.
