Yes doing OK managed a couple of hours sorting our land grab in front of bungalows today,it was nice sunny weather for a few hours 🙄it's now pouring down and foggy❤
@berenicethompson2476 it's been nice here today, planted a large orange tree and found positions for Sarah's magnolia tree and rosemary Bush.

WOWW! 😍 I so love this property. Way more than i need for myself, but i'll just have to tempt friends to enjoy excellent guest quarters and also possibly import family from other countries 😊. They're pretty handy ss most grow food, cook, build, etc.
This is so perfect for i-don't-want-a-project me 😁. It has everything i could want and is in the perfect tidy move-in condition. And man, tarmac road just outside the house! Gorgeous surroundings. I bet there's a tiny bakery or bread van in the little village, and maybe a mini mercado.
You bet there will be a bread van, possibly a fish van and maybe a little van mercado.
There's a track nearby that leads to barbecue areas next to the gorgeous Cabril lake too.
You already have the food trees established 👌

I know you can't make a new window or enlarge a window onto land you don't own, I don't know about window openings next to neighbours land, it seems a bit draconian so I couldn't possibly comment as I'm not in the know! Thanks for your support and kind words 👌
Hello Nick & Gloria what a lovely home with room to develop a bit more but you’re able to walk or wyheel right in and live in the home and take stock of what you have and also what you need to live a comfortable life while making the alterations to suit your lifestyle. Nick what was that building at the back of the garden right in the corner inline with the outhouses or was it another water tank I never noticed it til you put the drone up ?

We have several viewers with the need for somewhere on the level for that reason we are trying to find more wheelchair friendly homes to showcase. ♥️
A lovely house, beautfully equipped and reasonably priced too, given 4 bedrooms, sizeable plot and rural setting. I'm surprised the energy rating is so low, a 'F' despite the wood burner in the lounge. There's no central heating system, so perhaps the walls and roof are poorly insulated. Usually it's only ruins or houses needing a full renovation that have such a low energy rating. But still good value for the price.
That is a surprise to me too, and there are lots of uprated windows to double.
Insulation is only taking hold now here, it could be easily resolved starting in the roof 👌

How long has it been raining in your part of Portugal seems to be forever like the UK
The weather has been very strange for here apparently.
We've had some really unusual hot weeks and then lots of rain.
I saw yesterday the damns in the algarve are full which is odd and all the lakes and rivers here are swollen.
I think we have another week of rain.....🙄

@maddavvid2339 it's actually been a nice warm winter and we thought spring had sprung and we strimmed the land and then it came back 🤣 the cold rain, but the land and trees need the watering so I focus on that.
We were talking about October and November yesterday when we were still swimming and getting sunburnt so there is that too ♥️
