Hello, are the roof from the building are cement or asbestos panels?
What does it matter ?its the roof. Asbestos dust is dangerous not the roofing sheets. But judging by the construction of the building being fairly modern I would have a guess that they are fibre cement

It's not close to the ocean, it is inland. Faro is about 300 km. Porto or Lissabon (airport) probably 200 km.

No they are not shutting down. Even more American comes to store their money in Portugal because the first years you dont pay taxes ore if you pay it less then in america :)
Shouldn’t Americans stay on the promised land? Your economy is booming. Fuel is 4 times more expensive in Europe, etc
