They have done a superb job on the work they have completed. It's gorgeous. I'd say it's overbuilt and probably overpriced for this part of Italy, but still, it's nice to see. Thanks for showing it.

since it seems a lot of money was invested into the renovation here I wonder if there is any experience with application of combined underfloor heating/cooling solution using reversible heatpump instead of underfloor heating and a separate aircon as in this case? combined heating/cooling would be a much cleaner solution with minimum extra investment, but maybe there are reasons why these are not common in puglia?
What was this building originally? It seems a great deal more work. It seems this is a very flat land. What is planted . It looks like a farm.. if what kind.
the stone work here is incredible and the interior downstairs is as stunning as anything i've seen. outside tho its strange not least because comparing this landscape say to tuscanny its flat and uninteresting and along with that is the vast expanse of open area within the compound itself .... i daresay that's down to my lack of imagination .... but place this building in tuscanny and omg you have heaven on earth.
It’s really an area you need to visit before deciding it is not for you, Tuscany is beautiful but has a very different feel to this area, as with every location it has its strengths and weaknesses, it all depends on your priorities
That´s why in this area properties are much cheaper than in Tuscany. The problem is only when owners renovate in the way they like and intend to sell because they tend to charge too much. The possible income is much lower than in Tuscany too because this area is not as well known and visited as that.

It seems to me it was designed as a small boutique hotel rather than a home, and as such, that lovely kitchen is not actually as functional as it could be - was there a large larder hidden away somewhere? How and where does the washing up happen? The only visible (beautiful stone) sink was next to that stunning range, so the dishwasher would be in chef's way, and it would be very difficult to clean large pots and pans in that sink in any event (and in full view of the guests). Was there a commercial dish washer squirreled away somewhere, or any dishwasher? The kitchen is indeed lovely, just not well designed to actually do any serious cooking.
So very wrong on all points. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything; I don’t know where you’ve been looking. Of course there’s a dishwasher and a lot of serious cooking happens in that kitchen on a daily basis ;)

I suppose you could use the terras for landing your plane. You failed to mention how much they wanted for it. disappointing. Landscaping would probably run half a million. To do it justice. But wow.

I do not know one person who wants a massive bar as the first room of their home. You are overselling the basics, not spending enough time on the unfinished space, not adding the drone footage, not talking about some of the basics like utilities taxes and price are just a few of the red flags.
Nice huge property to renovate. I do not like the deco of the renovated area. That bar, the lights and more of the modern/ indusrtial aspects of it. Do not like the open shelves or that island or the small windows in the kitchen. And I do not know what the floors are made of The real jewel here is the unrenovated part of the building because one is not determined by someone else´s taste

I do not like hanging cables with apparent lightbulbs (year 2000 tendency that got old, I used and replaced by a chandelier) I do not like kitchen islands that are huge and bulky, I do not like open kitchen shelves (everything gets greasy) and I should pay for those things and later pay to tear them down (as the case of the entrance bar) and then pay again to do somethi9ng where those things were.
