Today I would like to talk about a subject that most men are embarrassed to talk about..... Erectile Disfunction... I have the AMS 700 LGX which was provided by the VA with no cost. No hassle at all from the VA. I talked with my primary doctor and within a couple of weeks met with urologist and had surgery the following month. I’m a dangerous man for the ladies here in Angeles. I love them long time

The hardest thing to do is to exercise more, avoid sugar and junk food, get some sun (not too much). Garlic and spinach are your friend. Breath more through your nose. Another thing your partner can help with; take your time in getting things 'worked up.' :)
I know I have bladder cancer (in remission, supposedly, Dr’s lie so……) and prostate (same story) so I’m cooked. Cost me more in pills than what “it” would be worth. At 72, who cares? Last thing on my mind. I’d rather have a cheeseburger/fries and a root beer.
Try not to give up at 72! I’m 72 myself with many medical issues, but I keep trying!

Walk 3+ miles about everyday, gym twice a week (40-50 min. sessions), bike 10-15 mi. once + -- or so a week. Pain in the @$$ to get my bike out of the condo or I'd do more, and it's not a girly 'lectric bike either. My wife doesn't even have a "girly".

I've found that when i lowered my blood sugar, there was less insulin in my system, (insulin is a vasal constrictor, it restricts blood flow) and my erections improved.

Very brave of you Brian…much respect…I’m a diabetic as well …I thought about the Cadillac a few years back but was afraid it would not feel the same but you say it does..
I did the same thing as you back in 2016. I had tried using viagra for over 5 years. But, also had the hot flashes and headaches. Also what a lot of people don’t know is that Viagra was initially formulated as a heart med. So regardless of where you buy it, you should clear its use and strength with your doctor. And as far as the implant goes, I’ll just say there are those that call me Mr. Bionic. I have never had any complaints since the surgery. And another good thing is when my 77 year lungs can’t supply enough oxygen to keep me going, if she still wants more, I just roll on to my back and tell her climb on and ride until your hearts content. Absolutely the best decision I ever made concerning my health as I am also a victim of Diabetes damage. So I can back up everything Brian says.

I tried the street stuff one time and it almost killed me(took me a year to get back to normal). Back then, you didn't know what they put in that pill. I would only buy the TRUE name brands from a pharmacy to be safe. I never heard how the PUMP worked and most can't afford it if they don't have insurance like you did. Thanks for the video.

You will get a skull cap headache until your body gets used to it. You may have to take it two or three different occasions. Taking with watermelon does help also bananas or baby bananas. If you take pills for hair loss you will definitely get a headache.

Wow! It is amazing that this topic has not seriously been discussed. I have type 2. I went to my doctor and was referred to a urologist. Urologist wanted to do the big solution. Humana tells me and the urologist that IT IS FULLY COVERED. Lies! Humana didn't cover a single penny. Health Insurance has become a joke.
Cialis low dose is good for a lot of things ED, prostate problems, and even your heart, they say ;)
Genuine generics at a reputable drug store are cheaper than the street prices for the sketchy unknown brands.
My understanding is a prescription is now required. I suspect that pharmacy is way over charging. I know the prices for legit generic are lower than that if you have a reputable pharmacy to deal with.
They sell selidifil which is the base drug in Viagra and Cialis etc.

The pump with you explaining how it works had me rolling brother Brian, but I can't afford the pump. Start at the lower milligram. You don't want to overdo it, or you might wind up in the hospital with a raging hard on for a prolonged time. Be careful.

Also, if you're paying cash, you're looking at $25,000 to $30,000. If insurance pays, if may cost $90,000 and up, which makes zero sense to me.

The one golden rule for men "lie to whoever you want except yourself". I'm soon to be 77. Made friends with little blue two years ago. Sildenafil P52 each last time I bought 100mg tablets at TGP in Cebu City. Almost all on street are fake and can be dangerous - not all - just most. Real Viagra needs script in Cebu City and P1,000.
Another thing a lot of men don't discuss - completion is possible regardless of stiffness.

I got some Maxman off of Lazada and works quite well. It is basically generic Viagra/Sildenafil. Doing the Kegel exercise is a must as well. I think getting more Nitrogen in your blood is good to do for over health. Taking the beet root powder for that.

Same for me, this was Viagra stateside. Taking with food makes it less but the headache was migraine material. Doctor asked if I wanted testosterone shots, I said no way.
My dad got the Cadillac, and he could not finish the job to climax. So, I have always been trying to keep mine healthy, so I don't have to get that. I'm curious if other men have it and are able to get completely finished up if you know what I mean.
