After watching your video on the nitric oxide dump about a week ago, I began doing it three times a day as it just happened to coincided with my previous decision to restart HIIT. I have no problem committing to the three times daily routine for several months.
Great! Glad to hear it. I'll be interested to hear about whatever results you get. On a side note, pomegranates (and I assume juice) is also good for your testosterone production...but it's got a lot of sugars in it.

Not sure that I understand your question, could you rephrase it, please. What I'm suggesting is that you try doing the NOD 3 times daily, for a couple of months and see if it helps.
