    It works...I did this for one week and it works perfectly...my hips were 92 cm before and after doing this my hips are almost 89.5 or 90 cm

    Challenge taken
    Before hip size (40 inch)
    Day 1 - 100 normal squats ✔️
    Day 2 - 100 open squats ✔️
    Day 3 - 100 chair squats ✔️
    Day 4 - 100 lunge squats ✔️
    Day 5 - 100 closed squats ✔️
    Day 6 - 100 plyometric squats ✔️
    Day 7 - 100 squats jacks ✔️
    And the result is unbelievable 😱
    I literally reduced 1inch without any strict diet plan.....

      @@noorbilal2458 Yes.....coz that 1 inch gave me motivation and confidence that I can have my slim legs without following any strict diet....I followed more and more videos and today I have my slim legs back😌
      Hence, just focus on your exercise and be consistent with it......you will definately achieve what you want.....and most important - keep patience too😀

    POST WORKOUT UPDATE: Did it for 2 weeks and before I used to go for walk for like 45 mins and after walk I did this challenge. But before this challenge my hips were 42" and now 39".
    P.s : please do this after some warm up exercise!!

    Started with 10 reps each exercise
    Day1:it pains and my lower part is sore cant even move my legs as I had heavy lower part with hip :39 inch thigh:23
    Day 2:done same pain no change in inches

    She should tell that everyone don't do 100 squats in 1 day because I did this and now I can't able to bend down my knees. 3 days and I'm still having worst pain. I cried because of it 😣😣😢😢

      Try to do upper body workout and when will lower body pain gone then do lower body workout
      Btw if muscle hurts it means working out is working

    Day 1: Complete
    Day 2: Is also successfully done. But, highest heart rate i ever felt
    Day 3: easier than the previous day...So day 3 is done done done.

    Some videos tell squats increase your butt size,but some videos tell they reduce weight. I dont want to gain weight and I am confused a lot.

      Squats tone your entire lower body ... If you have fat around ur hips and thighs at first by squatting the reduces and the muscles start to tone ... I have a big butt and i started doing squats regularly and i am seeing great results my thighs and butt are more toned and i have lost one and half inch around my hips

    Plz.show easy exercises for belly ,tummy fatloss.
    Me on diet,brisk walking,chia seeds,green tea,jeera water.but.no visiible changes. Difficult to do jumping jacks,skipping rope due to heavy thighs and hips. Kindly advise.Thanks

      As she said, u should've done a proper warm up before doing this becz i have experienced this before, if u did a warm up before then it can also happen by skipping a day after doing it, it causes burning thigh pain

    In summer how we do these exercises to reduce thigh fat my bp gets low after little exercise and a lot of body pain what I hve to do i am living in the area where summer heat is just killer 🤕

      Hi dear its a misconception
      Squats never increase but size , it helps in toning of your buttocks ☺️👍🏻
