Good exercises! Please include a timer duration for every exercise
Beginners do only modification exercise till 4 weeks after you can try actual so u won't get body pains and u will weight loss too

I don’t know how many videos I watched,how many I have saved to watch later🥲 but whenever I start doing ,I don’t last doing them for a week or so🌚
You can do these exercise when you dnt feel like going for a walk or running... when you do regular walk then do this in moderation...and slowly when you think about getting fit you will start doing by yourself at any time of the day...you will automatically start doing all this whenever you get time...not all of them but yes one at a time alteast ...whenever you feel lazy or bored from your work..you can do some of them when you are in office or want a abreak from your work...most of them are very easy..need not any special clothing or environment...
Go to your office washroom do them and come back fresh by doing simple streching...it will regulate your blood flow and keep you active and will built some muscle strength too...
*Do only which are easy for you...do them for atleast a week...then try other one also...try them in morning empty stomach..that will be more beneficial and will charge you for whole day.
Intially you may feel tired..for that keep check on your protien intake- drink warm milk after half hour rest. And you can have lentils, cottage cheese, egg white
If you lose interest then you should try counting your steps you walk or even while doing stretching also...it will increase your concentration as well as stamina.
See her videos...she is also doing the same.. she counts every step she do...it trains your mind to do better everyday and to concentrate more...
I was also struggling with the same issue...i tried this and loose around 10-12 kg easily...these all exerciaes are good if you have busy work schedule. It hardly take 20-30 minute
Donot forget to take break if you feel too exhausted...and even on weekends...do only short 2-3km walk..

1:00 jumping jacks
2:00 knee taps
3:00 skipping
4:00 alternate touches
5:00 squat jacks
6:00 high knees
7:00 butt kicks
8:00 sprint hop
9:00 lunge jumps
10:00 twists
11:00 2 min cool down session
Has to be done 3 times a day can take breaks
Warmup is compulsory
Can be done at anytime
One last thing to follow is have 8 hours of sleep and have no sweets, fried food and packaged food u will get great results

Usually I don't have time to do exercise in evening... that's y I used to do each and every exercise in Morning Time. Before exercise I used to drink CHIA SEED with warm water. Within a Month I loss 15kg (Before-70 kg; After-55 kg) Seriously all this exercise really helped me a lot in lossing weight.

@@priyanshi6404 No I didn't took any kind of special drink. I used drink CHIA SEED with warm water 2 times a day. It really helped me a lot in lossing a weight. Also I did all the Exercise which is shown in the video

Day 1- it was preety good. As a student it's not time consuming. And from tomorrow I gonna stop eating fried food and junk food. Also gonna take two meals. First meal would be any indian meal in morning and at night I gonna have sprouts and soyabean because I am vegetarian so I can't eat chicken as a source of protein

What happened did worked ?
Is it possible to reduce 4 kgs within 7 days bcoz I done it and I followed ur modification workout plus converted to fully veg diet.. before that my body weight was 88kg and after 7 days now is 84kg. I'm 30 years old right now thank you so much sister.. after post pregnancy only i got such a tremendous body weight I worried a lot several months about my body weight and day by day so many health issues arrised bcoz of over weight but now I just reduced that weight and completely satisfied thanks alot sister
..and after one month later surely I'll tell my result...

i did this exercise for almost 2 week lost 1.5kg just did one tym a day t with nonsugar no outside foods just homemade. And i can see visible results continuing the same i was 72kg now 70.5kg will update after 2 weeks again

Hi! For your age, your weight is perfectly fine and normal. I would suggest also maintaining a healthy diet if you want to lose weight. However, I’m no one to stop you. Lose as much weight as you want but please be careful because you’re still very young :)
