    Hello Somya ...I am taking your workout challenges along with cardio exercises... I am doing exercise regularly since 45 days....I cut down table sugar .. I didn't eat junk food or any fried food since 45 days ..but I loose only 2 kgs ...please reply

      Personally, I wash my hair with plain water after working out and once every 3 days with a shampoo and conditioner

      @@motherteresaschoolmtems6961 yes sure, as per my possibilities am taking my diet some days i follow diet plan given by sowmya di😍😍.....other time morning i go with lemon water and heavy breakfast like idly mostly, afternoon rice or roti and night i go with salad or soup i dont skip any of my meals i do it on correct time.....

      Hey I have also heavy weight I m also taking up this challenge as u said I m also getting tired so first do nixe warm up next do the excersice with many breaks first 5 days do with 30 seconds slowly increase to 45 then 60 u will feel much better and u will be happy seeing your body doing the excersice for 60 seconds continuesly all the best 👍👍👍u can do it
