    Being patient off the floor made a huge different for me. Being slower and more deliberate off the floor made me stronger and ironically faster

    Had no idea about hand position oddly enough. Way too wide..
    I really appreciate the content here. Not many informed creators are making simple/right to the point videos. Thanks for what you do! Your squat series from many years ago helped me identify a sticking point recently and things have gotten much better since
