      @@JuggernautTrainingSystems I'm sorry. I need to clarify. You were saying I could use Front squat or belt squat as my main movement. I was adhering to what you said. If that's what you're saying. Anyways great video.

      @ you could but I’d use high bar as your main one day and either front or belt as the main on a 2nd/3rd squat day.

    Thank you for the video! I would love to see this over strength, peaking, and a bridge block😊

    Would similar principles apply for something like strongman? Or do you think the more varied nature of strongman means hypertrophy specific phases is less important?

      Tons of strongman info here: ua-cam.com/video/IuAZbsjniKc/v-deo.html and StrongmanAI coming to the JuggernautAI App very soon

    The problem with this program is twofold. 1. You can forget what week you’re on if you quit a while. 2. You basically can’t restart the thing without dumping the subscription.

    • @JuggernautTrainingSystems
      @JuggernautTrainingSystems  2 місяці тому +6

      @@epiwah1 1. If you quit for awhile, what week you were on is irrelevant, you’d need to start a new program. 2. Settings > My Program > New Program.
