Honda EM5000S GENERATOR carburetor cleaning, gaskets, thermo switch

www.paypal.com/paypalme/lazyg... was asked by a co-worker to get his Honda EM5000S generator running. he told me it only started when he sprayed starting fluid into carburetor.
definitely a telltale sign of clogged carburetor.
upon inspection I discovered gunk inside screen of gas tank, also more gunk inside tank itself.
I decided to clean carburetor inside ultrasonic cleaner instead of replacing, new carburetor runs $170.
also I discovered the thermo switch wires were broken. as I was replacing the switch I discovered reason wires would easily break again.
