I honestly don’t understand why your channel doesn’t get more views. This is 100x more valuable than watching someone hit 10 shots on camera and declaring a win. Your channel was the first to actually put data to the forgiveness myth of distance irons that I was struggling with. Switching to these consistency irons changed my game completely. Keep up the good work. This format is working better than the original videos.
Thank you so much for the feedback and support! We have a lot of room to grow in this space. We think you should see some big improvements in the content before the end of October.
We are working our way into a space that provides enough data, expert advice and some opinion to give you the full story on the equipment that is out there. We aim to improve. Thank you for subscribing and participating.
I have been watching these reviews for the last year or so and can't thank you guys enough for the amazing work you put into this. This is the only valid way of evaluating irons. It's been apparent from past reviews most of those large GI or PD irons (especially hollow body) struggle with front to back dispersion. Finally, you have come out and said it. Nice job TM on these P770's. I purchased the Apex 21's after seeing the small dispersion those provided and they have been great!
Thank you for watching and engaging! We are working hard to give the best results, understand them ourselves, and provide the best information for people to get the best clubs for them. We will dive into the data you mention soon with some other factors to take into account and see where it leads us. Most of all we are glad that this content helped you purchase golf equipment that works for you!
So happy for you guys to test it data driven. Lets see how good my dispersion will be. Looks like every major deviation with this one will be down to me and not the club. Nice
Good evening, finally a serious competitor to the Cobra King tour with a better dispersion graph at 1/4 inch. At 80 mph 1/2" off center the King Tour still holds first place thanks to better tolerance on heel strikes. But honestly the 1/4 inch graph of the P770 is insane. Thanks for these tests and I'm looking forward to the Wilson CB.
Thanks for watching and participating in the content! We love that people are enjoying the graphing. We have also received the wilson heads and will get them tested on the robot as soon as possible. With the current release schedule it will be a few weeks, but we will get it done!
I know the P770 is geared towards the better player but the metrics show comparable results to that of the Cobra Limit3d (with p770 being ~5yd shorter). Does that mean Cobra Limit3d is more forgivng because it can retain distance and dispersion despite stronger lofts?
We think the grpahs show some of the forgiveness metrics and the others come from club attributes such as sole design, offset, surface area etc... we are curently working on ways to display this data to give even more accurate information on everything that may contribute to forgiveness tat a robot test alone can quite answer. Both of these clubs are excellent performers!
The seemingly superior ball dispersion of these Player's Irons may simply be due to the weak loft of these irons. It is impossible to compare the difference in dispersion between Player's Irons and Game Improvement Irons without using the same distance range. This data cannot be used for comparison, it must be determined on a stand-alone basis.
Take note of the indicated loft on the graph and the carry number (the average carry). Other numbers to assist with effective comparison are spinlaunch (rpms/launch angle) and stopping power. They help us understand how the loft and design of the club work in harmony relatve to distance, dispersion and control. We provide enoguh information for people to see a holistic picture.
Yes, conclusions from the data should not be based on any one indicator, but should be comprehensive. Many commenters focus only on batted ball dispersion to make comparisons.
You talk a lot about mixing clubs in the bag, do you have any videos on swing weights? You mentioned that loft is one of the biggest, but the feel of how heavy the club is what I struggle with when switching or mixing clubs.
We are in the luxury position of assembling the clubs ourselves so can control every aspect of a build including swing weight. Remember it may not be just swing weight, it could be the total weight and where it is positioned. Try to measure it all if you are trying to match.

Agree 100% just found this channel and will subscribe. Would way rather see the robot results. we all know the booth results are not accurate enough.

Wow those charts are incredible. Well done Taylormade.
We think so too! Thanks for watchng and participating in the content.

They are going in the bag. Been waiting for these for ages having ran the old model for a few years.
We think the best version of the P770 to date... and the numbers kind of prove it!
Wow. Blown away. Data driven review. Instantly subscribed. Appreciate what you guys do
Welcome aboard! We look forward to building this channel to new heights this year.
Finally got some challengers to the Miura TC-201. Those results are nuts
We thought the same thing, these seem to be in a class of their own.... At least for now!

Yep, you weren't lying! These seem INCREDIBLE. Might have to come get fit to see if they beat out my T-150's!
That would be a great contest! Two of the best in this category for sure.
Lol why😂?
@@CoolClubsone is hollow the other isn't
Colin Morikowa has already put these in the bag. Rory had put in a 4 iron.
Two pretty good judges of quality and consistent product!
Jason Day as well
Great video! Looking forward to the Callaway ai 200 irons
All 3 Callaway reviews will be released today. Thank you for watching and participating.

@@CoolClubs Appreciate you guys for doing this. Much clearer than fitters hitting balls and telling you how far a club goes
Any chance we can see the KM 700s on the machine at 90mph?
How do these compare against the Apex pro and T150?
Head here to make all the comparisons you like: coolclubs.com/iron-reviews/
Would you blend them with p790’s or full set?
Personally a full set.... unless you were looking to stretch the distance of a 4 iron.

I've been swinging Nike forge blades for years and cannot find anything that feels similar with swing weight so I just never upgrade.

Curious here
But Rick Sheils says its not better than the old model!!!!!
Everyone is entitled to an opinion. We just try to investigate our data.
