- Team TaylorMade's Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, Scottie Scheffler, Collin Morikawa and Tommy Fleetwood compete in a short game contest modeled after Around The World. Each player must hit their ball inside a circle using Milled Grind 3 Wedges. Once they complete a station, they move on to the next station. There are five total stations that show off pitch shots, bunker shots, chip shots, and flop shots. They test the versatility and control of the MG3 Wedge out of a variety of lies.
This battle comes down to the wire and even has a bit of drama to come along with it. Sit back and watch as the best golfers in the world show you how it's done and see who can come out with the win.

Really shows how unrealistic some of us can be. Most of us rarely practice chipping and yet we get very upset when we don't up-and-down from around the green. These guys practice for many hours each day and were missing, especially the last one, often significantly. Us "normal" golfers need to be less hard on ourselves. It's a very difficult game! @@deldridg I did putting the other day, 8 shots. 3 on left to right break, 3 on straight and two on an uphill right to left.
I missed 2 of the straight ones and nailed all the hard ones (ofc 🙄) all from 6 feet. I was getting down on myself for missing those self proclaimed "sitters" and not getting 8/8 @6ft until I googled the PGA tour average from 6 feet and its 70%....
At this point Im thinking I should just enter a competition lmfao, I might win if this is what PGA tour pros pull off 🤣
@@TheStaniG For sure. I occasionally pull off the most remarkable saves and think to myself how easy the game is. Then on the next tee...
How many times am I even par after 9, and then bogey the next 9? I did this the other day and my son said - "dad - you played the front nine as a scratch player, the back nine as an 18 handicapper". He is correct of course, but I didn't love hearing it. I've just blown out to 9 from 4, so can be a bit frustrated at times!
Off to the local par 3 course today where I usually hit 4 or 5 under. My long game is not great and not sure how to fix it. At 55, I'm not as strong, fast or flexible as I once was. Very frustrating at times! 🙂

We always played you could "risk it" in basketball. Would allow 2 shots in a row from the same spot, but if you miss you have to start from the beginning. Would have been fun to see the strategy.

Can we just appreciate that Tiger is still here playing with the Team Taylormade. Im in medical field and i can tell he is enduring all the pain and stress on his body with all that sweat, movement and body mechanics in all his videos but he is Such Goat. Love this content!

@@OnlySplits7Ten you can still tell he’s exhausted as hell in this video. They recorded basically a years worth of content in that one day. That’s a lot of strain on his back and leg.

@Tony Fortune I get it to a point. But you have to think, this video was only a few minutes long, but was probably a 1/2 hr to an hour of filming, and Scotty never let it go to the end. I think it was 40% joking, 60% butthurt honestly. Lol

@Clayton Broyles yeah. Tiger is the greatest and knows it in a lot of ways, but in an odd way he isn't an arrogant person or thinks he's better than anyone else as a human being, just as a golfer.
It's a trait I've noticed in a lot of the greats in sport, Jordan, Tyson, Maradona, incredibly arrogant in the confines of their field but also fine and humble off of it.

It would be a dream come true to play nine holes with Tiger. However if I were ever at his house and he asked what do you want to do, I would probably say let’s do a jigsaw puzzle or go fishing. Talking golf with fans can not be a great time for the 🐐

Tommy definitely deserved it, Scotty taking jabs every shot showed no class at all. Everyone had a laugh and a jab, friendly banter, but Scotty couldn’t let it go 😂
If one guy, let alone multiple guys question your shot saying it doesn’t count, you have to have the class to take the group judgement. Not be a child and say I win. Scotty was the only one with balls. And much friendlier then most should have been without cameras. Disappointed in Tommy, but still top notch in my book, and would love to see him win again.
Trottie gave it, the only person out the players to check it was Scotty and he said it didn’t count. The ball was on the rim without touching the outside of the circle, therefore it counts

This shows the difference in quality of short game I'm happy with pretty much everyone of these shots, they're upset if a bucket shot is 8ft away from the pin
I bet every one of these guys mastered the short game like this before they learned how to hit it a mile...most important part of the game right here. If your kid wants to learn golf, have him get out and learn to chip FIRST

It’s interesting how Fleetwood who is the only guy without wins is the one that’s pulling away early on and Sheffler who is now the current stud fell behind just goes to show it’s not all about mechanics there’s definitely a mental game involved
this is the first short game video I've seen where they play like mortals.
