Should it be done in order
I've been doing yoga for about 5 years but I switched to everyday practice without a single day off since 1 January 2020. So I'm at 579th day today. The thing is, I've lost the sense of it and I've been doing it mechanically just to get it done. I'll try this new attitude, thank you.

Mer_lin, I struggle with daily practice. Discipline has never been my thing despite knowing it's importance. I'll give you some of my chill relax if you give me some of your tenacity.

How after yoga jogging is less straining then mundane work or is it sbout mental starin, i prefer running with ebook?
In practicality, devoting 1 hour for yoga and then going for brisk walk and then start your kitchen job, is a big challenge, when school lunch box and breakfast has to be ready by 7.45am.That too without any household help. But I try to do around 9 am after the others have left for school /office.
I didn't had a guru to teach me and my parents didn't knew quite I just worshipped god and they became my Guru and still they are teaching me through various means

It feels great to learn so many valuable things from you, which are not easily told by many business oriented Yoga tutors.

i do love yoga and it's benefited me a lot. but saying that yoga always gives you energy and never makes you tired no matter what isn't true. It's often true. But take it from me who had been failing to engage certain important muscles for years doing yoga, it can make you tired. It can even injure you. If something feels wrong, always say something. And remember that while yoga is extremely helpful in so many ways, it's not always going to be a magic pill to change your day. Again though -- it certainly is sometimes. Technique is harder to understand sometimes and it's also more important than the act of doing yoga itself. It's important to be specific as not to lead to loss of hope and also to injuries :)

1. Do not forget to practice relaxation after yoga practice.
2. Go for brisk walk.
3. Hydrate your body after yoga practice. A glass of water immediate after yoga. Drink by sip by sip.
4. Eat fruits.
5. Do not touch your phone after yoga sadana.
Sit for a while and pray 🙏🏻

Then you should do yoga.
Things to do after every yoga session :Video SUMMARY
1)Do savasana for 10mins atleast - relaxes your nerves and calms you.Not for 2/3mins.
2)Brisk walk in Nature-lungs will be in full capacity after asanas.Breathe good air.
3)Drink water sip by sip no gulp- add cooling stuffs like jeera,souf .
4)Nutritious Diet- fruits and protein rich foods.
5)A positive mantra- recharges you for the day's work .
When we should do yoga before cleaning our stomach or after cleaning our stomach
