well i've really seen some progress in the way i stand but to be honest i can't tell you it is 100% the result exclusively of this program, cause i am also going to the gym in the same time.But everytime i finish doing this i feel really good and have more confidence to keep going :)

I've never worked out my back as much as I did in this video. My back is kind of happy for all the new attention it has reviewed but at the same time, my back is also pretty sore lol. That stretch at the end has never felt so good!

Just finished the last day for the April 2018 calendar, can't wait for the May 2018 calendar!!!! April was my first month following your workout calendars, and I loved. i've never really stuck to any workout plans, but this one was my first. I love you so much Cassie and thx for being amazing. Always turn to this workout when I notice stiffness in my shoulders; helps me to carry my weight properly in my back rather than putting too much strain on the shoulders alone!

I've been doing this exercise for a while occasionally but always forgot to leave a comment. Have to say it works perfectly as it fixes my posture in just about 5-7 days each time. No more hunchback, with more flexible hip :). Thanks Cassie ;) !
I'm 14 and 5'7 and I still wanna grow but I'm just doing this for a better posture bc I've had bad posture for years and I've never done anything or have exercised in any way so that's my goal hahaha. I'm trying to come back to this comment in a month or so and tell you if it worked:)

I am just another small person who wished to get bigger, now I am really happy. I was 158cm after taking this technique *4GrowTaller. Com* I acquired 5cm now i am 163. Just one more thing. If you feel that it will work, it will, but if you are taking process an.d also believing that its doing nothing maybe it will not work nicely..?

_Growth sinerama wmx really work. I was doing the stretching exercises for three months and gained a little height so I decided to buy the _*_growth sinerama wmx. Finally I am seeing results_*_ that I wanted to see_
Omg this is the first time that I've managed to do almost all the moves in a blogilates workout all the way through without taking little breaks during the moves! Yay for getting stronger!!

Day 13 of the beginner's calendar and 2/3 videos are complete. This exercise felt great and made me notice just how much I curve my back. It looks like I have to work on that in the future.

I dont think you can dramatically increase your height with these videos, so I wouldnt be worried! theyre good for your posture, and thats what I would focus on

You should try to eat more wholesome food and several times a day. 3 main meals and 2-3 snacks. Have good carbs, healthy fats and protein at every meal so that you give to your body the necessary fuel to buil up those muscles. Do a lot of strength training, from Cassey's videos and also start to lift weights. Don't do too much cardio, as cardio is designed to burn fat and if you do too much of it you might end up burning muscle mass, which is what you don't want ☺ hope that this helped 😊😊
