so i've been seeing blogilates for awhile, and i would always be on my bed eating away my stress and problems with my physical. people say i'm skinny when really i feel like i am fat. i may look skinny do to the baggy clothes i wear because i don't feel comfortable in my skin with tight fitting clothing. my arms are noodles, my legs are big, and i have a stomach that i don't like. my goal is to start getting toner and losing the belly fat. today i finally came to the decision to start working my butt off to get the body i want. give me some motivation you guys imma need it 💕
You can do it! Keep on fighting, everyday is a new one, don't be afraid of failing sometimes, but be sure to alway get back on track again. I believe in you!

It's all about consistency. How long have you've been doing these workouts? You won't be able to SEE any results until at least 4 weeks have passed. And then you could PERHAPS notice any difference. You've got to keep going. Do it because you feel good after and during the workouts. I love soccer and biking. I like to go out biking before breakfast just because I always feel so damn good after. My mood is up in the roof. Some days I add a video after. I just feel amazing after I've finished. So if you find something you love, and stick to it. You will see results. Keep watering yourself with motivation every day. The most important part though, is your diet. Keep down on the fats, processed foods and sugars. I am vegan, and I've noticed a HUGE change in my body (to the better) since. Watch "Food Matters" and "Cowspiracy" on netflix. There's a huge selection of other fitness documentaries there aswell. Keep on fighting! You can do it!

For those asking how many times a week one should workout.. I followed the calendars strictly for about 3 months after finishing beginners however I lost track not because I wasn't motivated but because I felt that after those 4 months I couldn't put as much strength into the moves as I used to. I just was exhausted all the time and that came at a point at which I was supposed to have grown stronger. I realised that for my body and also for my psyche it was just too much (put pressure on myself, have a history of eating disorder and body dysmorphia) so I decided to go with a minimum of 3 times a week 30-60 mins plus cardio like dancing, jogging, etc. whenever I've got free time. I've been able to stick to that routine for about 2 years now and although I still consider myself on a journey I'm finally somehow content with who I am and how I feel and look like.
I just started this back workout. My back hurts nearly every day from sitting, lifting heavy stuff the wrong way etc. Hope this helps! Stay strong and motivated you beautiful people out there!

The first time I discovered your channel was around 2013, when I was struggling with eating disorders. During my recovery, I stopped working out and kind of forgot about your channel. I rediscovered your channel maybe 2 month ago, and it helped me so much. I do around 2-3 short workouts and a streching routine a day, plus my riding and hip-hop lessons. I will try to do more workouts in the future, but I want to make small steps and get used to the movements and not force myself to hours and hours of exercise. I want to thank you for your motivation in the videos, you make me not wanting to give up! I also noticed some changes - my legs are firmer, I sit straighter, I am happier and more relaxed and my skin is so clear. I can not thank you enough for making me enjoy working out after thinking of workout only as something related to my ED! ♥♥

so next month is the month of ramadan, many people fast during this time but still want to work out! Can you put up some videos where it would be not as intensive but still getting a workout for those who are fasting??
Simply do everything at a slower speed or time yourself so you do less and take breaks even though she continues. And then of course, try and do it right before you eat, so you can get proteins right after exercising. ü .
Try her stretching routines... It's not quite a "workout" but i personally wouldn't recommend working out seriously when you're fasting and - above all - not drinking. Or do her regular exercises a couple of hours after Iftar (maybe more, depending on how much you eat on Iftar lol), if your routine allows for it (I have some friends whose biorhythms totally change during Ramadan... Basically they sleep as much as they can during the day and stay up at night). Ramadan Kareem!

Sugar isn't the issue, it's animal products and processed foods. Try transitioning to a vegetarian diet and if that goes well try incorporating vegan meals too

Thank you for making this video! I thought the exercises were difficult to do, but easy to understand, which I think works really well for a beginner! I did have some trouble trying to figure out how I should be breathing with some of the moves. Could you maybe talk about that more in future videos?

I'm no expert but I been living a healthy lifestyle for a while now and am a pretty active person. I think if you are a beginner then maybe start working out 3 days a week, and when you feel comfortable just switch to 4-5 days a week. Make sure you have rest days. Workout only once a day but work hard, eat right. I find Cassey's moves really help tonning your body but if you want to lose some serious fat then try do hiit 4-5 times a week. Keep up the work and I'm sure you will see results one day. I hope it helps 💗

I'm no expert but I been living a healthy lifestyle for a while now and am a pretty active person. I think if you are a beginner then maybe start working out 3 days a week, and when you feel comfortable just switch to 4-5 days a week. Make sure you have rest days. Workout only once a day but work hard, eat right. I find Cassey's moves really help tonning your body but if you want to lose some serious fat then try do hiit 4-5 times a week. Keep up the work and I'm sure you will see results one day. I hope it helps 💗
