Honestly, the entire "And I Return To Nothingness" EP is pure fucking gold. The vocals in "Of The Abyss" blow my mind every damn time, the epic, almost "happy", feel of the guitar lead parts in "And I Return..." are absolutely beautiful and almost have a Power Metal feel to it and To The Hellfire is also a banger opener. Can't wait for the first LP with that new singer. Absolutely beautiful music.
When I first heard this song i literally started crying. I listened while reading the lyrics and the message of rebirth really hit me. I have struggled a lot with the fear of death and dying alone but this just made me think about the things you say. “With life comes death” and that’s just how it is. It made me accept that one day I will die, and that’s okay as long as I have done everything in my power to live a happy life. This song gave me a new perspective on life. The instrumental is just pure perfection. Will is just flawless. As a vocalist myself I can really say that he’s without a doubt one of the best in the game. Lorna Shore is setting the standard of deathcore along with STP and I’m all here for it. Thank you for a great reaction and keep doing what you do Alex. You’re class my man❤️
NikNocturnal said it best - deathcore is fun this year. Between Lorna Shore doing Skyrim Daedra summoning while fighting dragons, and Slaughter to Prevail doing friggin Iowa-core with an angry bear, it’s just so interesting and so fun and amazing to listen to

The way Will Ramos can paint an extremely vivid picture in your head with his vocals is haunting. He does these songs as incredible stories in such a beautiful way and you can feel the absolute power in his voice it hits hard. I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve listened to to the hellfire on constant replay since it came out. I can’t get enough

Key changes, let alone two, for the ending are very common in power/symphonic metal; but this song has pushed the deathcore envelope.
This song is probably their most symphonic power/black metal fashion yet though. Awesome combo!

My fav part about this video is when Alex was going to drink his coffee, and then just set it back down some time after the 3:00 minute mark.
The facial expression from Alex was priceless when he heard that solo! Hell, I was shocked myself!
Fun fact. They have a live video where the drummer had actually gotten an epidural in his spin due to a herniated disk just so he could play the show and he didn’t miss a beat. His was perfectly on time even being in that much pain
