2 days trying too play I Canik on my forklift because of your video I figured it out in less than five minutes I appreciate your time making those videos for people like my self super thanks .
Another day I was repairing a known German brand forklift, no start, no lights on dash, nothing - the key switch contact had come loose from driving on uneven ground.
I wonder if the other tech checked the fuses as well but just touched the fuse rather than the fuse holder so he didn’t catch that the holder was loose.
So cool This was just what I needed for my first check. Thank you. I have good fuses thanks Do you have any tips on my next steps? If fuses check out good?
Great video as a always, quick question, do you know what the definition for a p1249 code on a Komatsu FG25T-14 Forklift with a Nissan k21 engine. I am having a crank no start issue
Thanks so much - Easy to follow and understand, unlike some of the other videos.
😅p😅
A very good training video as taught in auto shop 60 years ago. You can call this your Classic training video series. ;-)

Awesome find! The round push and twist holders are problematic too
Greatest video ever thanks to you I fixed the forklift at work it had the exact same problem it was very helpful
good diagnose.
I JUST FOUND YOUR CHANNEL TODAY!!
Thanks you are doing good.
I now suspect the ICM but had no idea how to check it. So I'll be going through your process first thing in the morning.
🎉 good investigators
Prob need to tighten that holder clip up & find the fuse box cover, rather than leave it loose like that!
well, you get to work on all brands and ages machines. I never seen one with those fuses anymore.

Make sure positive reaches the ignition coil. If it does not, trace back.
@@forkliftgeek10 Thank so much. The problem was in my Coil. The power went to it, but nothing came out… put in a new one and she purrs. Thanks
It has three coils so I replaced the one that was not firing.

P1249 -LPG fuel pressure is excessively high
@@forkliftgeek10 okay thank you, can this cause a no start issue
If the fuel pressure is really high then the engine could get flooded preventing it from starting.
@@forkliftgeek10 Thank you very much as always
Can a p0118 code cause a no start issue on those nissan k21 engine. Because I am having a no start issue and the two codes present are p1249 and p0118
Good video !
