In one of the most in-depth expansions in Cities: Skylines history, Industry becomes a larger and more meaningful part of the game with this expansion. Players can customize their industrial areas with supply chains for the four different resource types and unique factories. Well managed industry areas will level up and become more efficient. I don’t think the path to the train station will work as the road you connected it to is a motorway

Hi, I looked at the map. May just be that I'm missing assets, but I think the railways are missing a few bridges on the outer parts, so there is no outside connection.

Please dont skip the parts where you place in Services (schools, police, fire, garbage, etc). That sort of infrastructure is really interesting. Where it should go, How you deal with the traffic from those items, etc.
Agreed! When I make my neighborhoods I also place services as needed - also making the school/hospital/etc right by my metro or bus lines....
@@chrisbenson4483 I see a lot of placing services reactively based on demand. I'd like to see more crafting on infrastructure to increase demand.
Yes, please show. I came to the comments to ask: "why is the area growing, but you haven't placed any services?"....then I saw this, and I saw the hospital in the video, and realised you probably have placed them, but we just don't know where :-)

I believe the walking path ends on a highway with no zebra crossings. There needs to be a tunnel or viaduct.

I would suggest to change the elevation of the train tracks that are going through the city from the train station. I think it would look pretty nice when you lower the tracks and the ground surrounding them so its kinda like the Los Angeles river but instead of water you have train tracks. You can then put a lot of shrubbery and decorative items there. I think that would look better than this tiny train bridge. Since this part of the city is on a hill, the train tracks will level itself near the connection of the main line.
No creator plays CS like Biffa plays CS. I keep coming back. Keep it up my good sir. ☕

The last walking path you added is connected to a road where people can't walk.
I have a 1440p monitor and UA-cam auto scales 4K vids to this resolution. It looks much crisper and cleaner rather than upscaling it from 1080p. Nice improvement, nice vid.

Your understanding of road hierarchy has greatly improved in a year. It's really crazy how simple this game is but there is always room for improvement. Your new series inspired me to look at my old cities and yeah they were terrible.
The walking path at 21:42 does not work because pedestrians canot walk on the highway
You should make a city with only 2 way roundabouts for junctions... I mean heck anyone could but you're fun so it would be extra fun lol. It would be neat to see you make it a serious, nice looking build that also doubles as a drunken ant farm simulator. XD

Well, well. Pretty weak the road hierarchy and the public transport pre-planing. I would start first with these things. Check how they built Brasilia city or Las Vegas. No binding historical restrictions, jut planning and planning. Anyway the content creator pack looks lovely, as well as the 4K. Thanks. Please produce more. We have only 1 Biffa.

HATE 2 WAY ROUNDABOUTS
Try "The Jazmine Dragon" or "Iroh's place" for names. They are both tea related. Alro referenced from ATLA (tv show)
Added on the XboxX version, superb speed doing that Paradox well done. The buildings look good on my experimental Xbox city.
Get rid of all those one way roads. You just made an unnecessary mess of traffic doing that. Also you need to flatten those bridges. Some are humped and some are saging. That new pack does have some good buildings in it. I still need to get the campus pack too. I do like the self sufficient high density residential. The first pack I got was the green pack.
Obviously that New District name is "Kappa Tee District"
A really nice thing you can do with paved park walkways is to move two together so you get a nice big one. Looks nice in city centers.
I tried to play city skylines on the Xbox one and it was very confusing, I may still play it but I don’t know¿
Cities Skylines needs an DLC so that you can build a "Stadtbahn" System. Wikipedia can explain that better then me.
For the 6 lanes, could you close some lanes? Turn off the left, right, straight and not allow lane switching? Something I think I'll try.

Have 2.5K tablets, 4K TVs and 4K monitor screens over here. No more muddy image for me ;)
Seeing a city center so disconnected feels weird, hopefully it will sit right in the middle of a bustling metropolis in the future.
But I belief the little path from the train station is not usable, it seems to be connected to the two-way highway, that doesn't have walking paths.
You also could make one of the little, scammy Path-Parks, so people pay for walking, as a nice little extra income or a bus line that connects to the center and another one for the rest of the city.
The main city will grow around it 👍
Suggestions for Tea Citea 🍵: a place of worship 🛐 for the tea 🍵 people, a bus stop 🚏 at the citea center, and then I think some more parks would be nice.
I think you should invest in some smoke detectors and maybe some more fire stations as the main part seems to always be on fire

You need to provide a way for pedestrians to cross the road into the city from your station.

The block in the city center you tried to zone but couldn't around 7:00... is it possibly because you had a park there, and then used "move it" to move it? Almost seems like the game still thinks it's a park.
Yep, to get zoning back he would have to remove the roads and put them back again.

Loving this series so far!!! You should run a bus from the train station to the main bus hub and another bus from the train station around the city centre. Also a tram would look amazing running along the coast for the future 😖

Hi Biffa your game is looking stunning mate. Have you been getting any problems with the Ultimate eyecandy mod? Its causing a division by zero error in my city, were everything despawns and disappears. If you have can you tell me how you fixed the issue. This mod makes everything look so good because vanilla colours and lighting look horrible.
No problems here. Maybe its another mod?
@@BiffaPlaysCitiesSkylines I painstakingly went through every mod mate, switching them off then loading the city then switching them on etc and it was the Ultimate eyecandy mod causing the issue. Ive been googling the error aswel and i cant find any fix anywhere. Thanks for the reply Biffa.

Love your videos, amazing! I just had a few questions: ( I am sure that you have addressed these in previous videos?)
• Symbols, how do I know what they are? (blue guy, garbage can with red background, skull and cross bones, etc...)
• Why, when I have garbage service, do I see residents complaining about lack of garbage?
• What are mod's and how do I install them
• How do I backup a city to avoid loosing it?
• How do I do curved streets?
• How do I get the big sky scraper buildings?

Hey. Like the city. And thanks for showing the Real Time Mod. Love it. Mind i suggest: In addition i am using the District Services Mod. Basically if you have a Service Building (School, Fire, Garbage, ...) in an District, the Building is only for this District. You can add other Districts by clicking on the Building and using a Checkbox with a disctrict List (and also a Checkbox with "all districts"). Outside of a District, it will be Citywide. Also for Schools there is a Option in the Optionmenu to set them Citywide all the time. Good bye "Oh there is a Fire at the other End of the City, so i schould send a firetruck through the whole City and generate useless Traffic - Maybe the Building is still there if i arrive there". Really cool for Garbage Management as well. Needs a bit "training" to not forget to add a Disctrict to a big firestation in an area - for example. But enables nice build options like Cityparts without Road connection without Services failing, maybe on an island. This Mod maybe would be a nice addition to your City. There was/is a Bug with Campus DLC Universities, but as long as the Campus is not in a District it is fine (The industrial/park/university Districts don't count for this mod, only city districts). Don't know if its fixed yet, don't have Capus myself - only read about it. Ah and btw: Your path at the end goes to a highway. - And sorry for messing up lower/upper chars... As a german it is weired to me to write nouns lowercase. :D

21:40 - Those 4 lane national roads don't support pedestrian or cycle traffic - your pathway, while pretty, is useless. Might try squeezing in a "park" path between the IT buildings just "above" where you have the current pathway.
